As we know “taking pleasure in helping others” is our traditional virtues, and the happiness which from helping others or being helped by others are beyond words.Helping is simple. Don’t feel like we have to make grand gestures or huge time. sure, helping can mean donating money to charity, donating blood, but it also mean: letting a car in front of you on the highway, smiling at a tried stranger in the street, holding the elevator door for people. and as the saying goes “the best return is passing it”. We come to a conclusion that people tend willing to help the one not strong enough, also, they also ask help for others.

65 percent of us think it’s our duty to help the old, while 8 percent of us think we may hurt them by accident because we are lack of medical knowledge and sometimes, we may even make ourselves in trouble. The rest think what we should do depends on the situation.

In my opinion, we should help each other during our daily life. It’s our duty to respect and care for old people. We should improve our ethical standards and affect each other. I think we should help the old, learn to protect ourselves and try to make our life full of love.

有一次，姥姥生病了，我陪妈妈去看望姥姥。病房的床单是白白的，墙壁是白白的，地板是白白的，我觉得病房很无聊，就跑到走廊，这儿看看，那儿瞧瞧。突然，我正准备后退几步呢，没想到一下子撞开了隔壁“3a-5”号病房的门。这是一间并不大的病房，只有两张病床，一张躺着一位年过花甲的老奶奶，脸色苍白；另一张躺着一位五十多岁的大妈，旁边有一个中年妇女，大概是她的女儿吧。我缓过神，摸了一下后脑勺，赶忙低下头道歉。“没事儿，孩子，你没事儿吧？”那个阿姨竟然很友好地对我说话，我顿时对她产生了好感，悄悄退出了房间。在带上门时，我突然意识到，我进门的一瞬间，那位老奶奶的神情由悲转喜，但看清是我后，就又悲伤起来。她在等人吗？等谁？等她的儿女吗？

带着疑问，我把门推开了一个小缝，偷偷观察着里面的一切。只见那位妇女把大妈安顿好之后，然后习惯性的径直走到老奶奶身边，喂她吃药，问她有没有不舒服，要不要吃一些米粥，要不要上厕所，要不要吃水果。她的表情没有一点点的厌恶感，反而有一种温暖的神情，就好像一位母亲看着自己生病的孩子一样，有点心酸又有些好感。不一会儿，我看见奶奶的眼角泛起了泪花，嘴角抽动着，模模糊糊地说：“孩子，自从我生病住院，你就一边照顾你妈妈一边照顾着我，但是…但是你没有抱怨过一句，还那么用心，不嫌脏也不怕累…你…真是好人！”那个阿姨俯下身子听清内容后，嘴角向上一挑，露出了一个甜蜜的微笑，这神秘的微笑仿佛蕴含着无数的幸福、开心。

我的眼睛有点湿润了。屋外，风瑟瑟地吹着，医院却没有一点冷的意思，反而充满了暖意。

爱，关爱。这是人世间最美丽、最温暖、最真挚的爱呀！而这种爱是没有距离，没有阻碍的。陌生，不陌生又有什么关系呢？陌生人对陌生人的关爱仍然唱出了爱的旋律，唱出了人间真情……

We live on the same earth and all of us are members of the large family. We shouldhelpeach other in order to make our lives more colorful. So I think it’s our duty to help the people in trouble.

First, helping others is to help ourselves. We all will come across lots of difficulties in our lives. We also need others to help us when we are in trouble or danger. Now we give our love and care to others, then we are sure to receive love and care from others some day. Second, helping others is a good way to show our politeness. It’s good manners to help others. If we do so, we’ll improve ourselves and become the pride of our parents.
