architecture and traditional food. Peking Opera is spreading throughout. As to

ancient architecture like Siheyuan and Hutong, people are still preserving them

well as the symbol of the whole nationalitys historical culture. As for

traditional food, people are still used to eating it. Even though the world has

been extremely highly developed and there are many foreign cultures are pouring

into China, traditional food is still the mainstream. So, I think, although

those hi-tech products bring along unprecedented creature comfort, traditional

cultures will stay unchanged and they will develop further. And on the original

basis, it must creat miracles one after another, because it belongs to the souls

of our Chinese nationality.

转眼间，我已经在初中度过了两个多月的时间。回首望去，初中生活丰富多彩，有苦也有乐。在这里，我交到了许多新朋友，也学到了许多新的知识。

在踏入中学的那一刻起，我就是一个中学生了，它将见证一个少年，到青年的成长过程。学校是一个大家庭，它给予了我们快乐和温暖，让我们在学习和生活中享受快乐。

在一次数学课上，老师让我们解答一道难题。同学们都在下面议论纷纷，我也在台下冥思苦想，可它就像一只猛兽一样，阻挡着我前进的道路，使我无法前行。突然，我想到了一个奇妙的策略，于是我勇敢地举起了手，思路清晰地给大家讲解起来，一句句话，像波浪似的从我口中涌出，直到我讲完为止，老师和同学不约而同地给我送出了掌声，我感到十分开心。

每次到了第二节下课时，我们都要上间操，练习跑步，我是体委，总会认真而又熟练地指挥着队伍，喊着口号。我们跑了一圈又一圈，也没有感觉到那么累。有一次跑步，我像往常一样喊着口号，带领着同学们一起锻炼。突然，我的腿就像被刀片划过一样，疼得不轻，可是我却在心里想：我一定要坚持跑完，给班级的同学做个榜样。于是，我忍着疼痛继续向前跑着，终于到了终点，我暗暗对自己说：“你真是个坚强的人!”

放学的时候，也是我在组织队伍，这是老师和同学对我的信任，我对自己的这个职业感到格外的自豪。

这个暑假，我几乎泡在书香中度过的。因为读书就像我的美味大餐一样。

暑假前，我就借了能搭起一座“小山”的书，搞得我自己弄清了南，又找不着北了。借来这么多的“智慧餐”，这个暑假只有一个字“吃”。

书就像一个无边无尽的大海，我就正在书的海洋中遨游，却怎么也游不到头。读书成了我生活中的一部分，书就像一块吸铁石，我就是一块铁，被书紧紧地给吸住了。因为书中的语言实在太优美了，让我读了还想读，真是百读不厌，每当读到好的语句，我仿佛也身临其境，成为了书中的人物。

每天我都要以最快的速度，写完当天的作业，这样就可以放心地去津津有味的继续“吃”我的书。在家里，到处可以见到我读书留下的“痕迹”，书桌上有书，餐桌上有书，厕所里有书，电脑上也有书，每一处角落都弥漫着书的味道。只要我常常走过的地方，都会留下我的“光荣事迹”。

只要我的书读完了，就会死缠烂打的要妈妈帮我买书，要我的新“大餐”。书中的文字像一朵朵美丽的小花，等我去欣赏，书是一位最好的作文老师，它教会我如何写好作文。它丰富了我的精神食粮。

酸。记得开学前一天夜晚，为了每天有好精神面对新同学，新老师，以及我期待已久的初中生活，我可是早早就歇息了。第二天早上，我仪表整齐地站在镜子前，我在心里想：梁燕华，加油！从今天起你就是初中生啦！来到教室，我惊讶的发现同学们早就坐在教室里了。教室的气氛很沉闷，和以前活跃的班级有不同。我心里酸酸的，眼眶有点热。也许我还没有适应吧！有点怀念小学同学了。

甜。开学第二周了。大家相处得也越来越好，办事的同学渐渐热络起来了。下课的时候，女生总是喜欢围在一起讨论一些各自感兴趣的话题。活泼点的女生就会打打闹闹，互相逗逗。我和同桌的关系也很好，我们时不时开开玩笑，讨论一些数学难题。下课的时候，我总会停下手中写作业的笔，用手托着下巴。看着大家开心的样子，我心里暖暖的，甜甜的，好像吃了棉花糖一样柔软甜蜜。

苦。上初中了，科目也增多了。地理的北纬、南纬、东经、西经搞得我头晕目眩。而语文要背文言文，我是第一次接触这么长的文言文。我可是下了功夫努力了一番，连睡觉前都要背几次。数学就更是让人难以理解了。上课时我注意做笔记，努力跟上老师的步伐，让自己保持头脑的思路清晰。虽然努力的过程很艰苦，但是收获终点的果实时是甜美的。

辣。我发现，初中的老师们真是很有个性。他们都有自己的教学方式。上不同老师的课都有不同的感受，唯一相同的感受就是---辣。老师们很看重自己教的科目。对学生们总是倾尽所有知识，从不同角度让我们得到跟多知识。一波又一波的知识向我们涌来，那种快感辛辣而直接。

初中三年还很长，大家有时间慢慢磨合、相处。希望我们班的同学能携手共进，三年后都能考上理想的学校。

20_年×月×日星期X晴

记忆的沙滩上，波浪冲刷着回忆的贝壳，我捡起一颗，打开一看，哦!那是一个让我感动的日子……

一天晚上，肚子阵阵剧烈的疼痛把我从甜美的梦中揪了出来，我痛得在床上翻来覆去，终于，忍不住了，捂着肚子冲进了卫生间，吐了……

第二天早晨，没精打采的我老早就醒来了。妈妈昨晚得很熟，没有发觉我生病了。但天气好像发觉了，变得阴沉了许多，太阳好像也怕被我传染，戴上了口罩。我不想让妈妈操心，硬着头皮吃了饭，迎着刺骨的寒冷，走向学校。

在学校里，老师讲的课我无心听下去，只因这可恨的肚子又开始打内战了。轮到班主任的课了，我更加强忍着听讲，总担心老师那双慧眼瞧出我的心不在焉。可偏偏越加掩饰，就越容易露馅。

“方嘉惠，回答我刚才的问题。”

“……”

我根本无心听讲，老师提的问题我怎么会知道呢?老师开始批评我，我心里有一种说不出来的难受。

刚刚坐下来，还没等凳子焐热，我就当着老师的面来了个“一泻千里”，“噗”的一声吐了满地，全班同学的目光不约而同地向我看来，我捂着嘴向外面跑去，背后传来老师响亮的声音：“这孩子，生病了也不早说……”

随着一声“报告”，我走进了教室，老师依旧在讲台上热情地讲着课，被打扫过的地面是那么干净，同学们的神态依旧是那么专注，只是在我的课桌中央多了一杯冒着热气的茶水，里面装着琥珀色的液体，闻起来，香香的;尝起来，苦苦的;回味起来，甜甜的……

我感受到了!它不仅是一杯苦茶，它还是一份无言的关爱!

人生之旅如春夏秋冬，有风，有雨，有雷，有电，有花开花落，有云卷云舒。常言道：“人生不如意事十_。”行进在人生的路途上，哪会不遇到荆棘与坎坷，哪会永远有晴朗的天空、春日的暖阳?遇上阴履的雨季，于是心也沉沉，意也灰灰，落寞之情涌上心头。

想起一位名人曾经说过的话：使人疲惫不堪的不是远方的高山，而往往是鞋里的沙子。在人生的道路上，我们很有必要学会随时倒出鞋里的沙子。

是啊，我们有远大的理想、美丽的憧憬。我们也曾许下誓言，管他目标遥遥、路途艰辛;我们也曾豪情满怀、生机勃发、斗志昂扬。然而，在前进的路途中，我们随时倒出鞋里的沙子了吗?

我想起一桩往事——

有那么一个学期，我以巨大的热情投人到学习中，渴望着自己的学习成绩有一个巨大的飞跃。我努力呀，奋斗呀，然而期中考试下来，残酷的现实把我从自信的巅峰摔到自卑的谷底。我的心伤透了，我受不了心理失衡的煎熬，丢下一封信给班主任就离开了学校。回到家中，我又怎能从痛苦的深渊中解脱呢?表面上捧着一本书平静如水，心里却咀嚼着苦涩和忧伤。无聊中，看父母每天辛苦劳作，从清晨到暮色笼罩村野。那一阵，他们正忙着补插水稻。我的家乡临河，一场雨下来，河水暴涨，插上稻秧不久的田地经常是一片海洋。当时，我家的稻田又重复着往年的遭遇，但父母整天忙活着，没有一句怨言，没有一点颓丧。也许是父母的精神感染了我，点化了我，我竟慢慢振作起来，痛苦的枷锁卸掉了，心灵如同小鸟从囚笼中放飞一样。于是，当东方再次泛起“鱼肚白”的时候，我踏上了返校的路途。难忘那个清晨啊，吸着新鲜的空气，我的心轻松、坦然。

从那以后，无论学习中遇到什么挫折，我都泰然处之，“宠辱不惊”了。“得失浑作家常事，胜败应当笑傲然。”——愿我们时刻能用这样的胸怀去面对生活，面对生活中的不幸与不公。莫让伤痛和遗憾成为羁绊我们前进脚步的沙子，让我们学会随时倒出鞋里的沙子。

今天是家人团圆的节日——中秋节!

早上，我本兴致勃勃地等着晚上一边吃着令我垂涎欲滴的月饼，一边观赏着圆圆的月亮。谁知妈妈的话似给我泼了一盆冷水，妈妈说：“天气预告说受台风影响，今天会下雨，晚上不可能赏月了。”果然，不一会儿天就飘飘洒洒地下起了雨，而且越下越起劲，似乎没有停下来的意思。我叹了口气嘟囔道：“天公不作美，处处来较劲。我欲来赏月，非把暴雨请。”

晚上，爷爷、奶奶、姑父、姑姑陆陆续续来到我家吃团圆饭。在饭桌上，我们一边吃着丰盛的佳肴，一边谈着家常。我发现姑姑和姑父脸上都有一丝淡淡的忧愁。我着急地问姑姑怎么了，姑姑说：“你姐姐在厦门，那里正在刮很大的台风，所有的飞机都停飞了。她和其他空姐都关在宿舍里，不能出门，只能吃饼干和方便面，就像一只笼中之鸟，发回来的短信一条接着一条，好像话总也说不完。”我也替姐姐感到难过，每逢佳节倍思亲!此时的姐姐也许正手捧方便面，仰望着黑沉沉的天空思念着我们呢!

吃完晚饭，我们全家围坐在沙发上，一起看中秋晚会，品尝着月饼。月饼品种很多，有椒盐月饼，有五仁月饼，有蛋黄月饼……但我最喜欢吃的是椰蓉月饼。

接下来还有个重要的事件，那就是观看“天宫二号”的发射直播。在倒计时报数声响起的时候，我的心也跟着提了起来，就像被一只无形的手纠着一样。当“天宫二号”终于成功发射上天后，我长长地吁了一口气，天宫筑梦，举国振奋!我激动地打出了一个胜利的手势。

这个中秋让我既高兴又遗憾，遗憾的是雨一直在下，月亮始终躲着不肯出来，我们无法感受到“海上升明月，天涯共此时。”高兴的是千百年来，人们一直幻想到那纯洁的月亮上去看看的梦，在今天这个家人齐团圆的日子里，终于如愿以偿了。“天宫二号”成功升天，每个看了这视频的人，一定都和我一样感到兴奋吧!中国人又向探索宇宙迈进了一大步。我想嫦娥姐姐以后也能常回家看看了吧。

这时一阵阵鞭炮声此起彼伏，是人们在敬月光?还是在庆祝“天宫二号”成功升天?也许两者都有吧。

communicate with other people.

A great deal of communicating is performed on a person-to-person basis by

the simple means of speech.

If we travel in buses, buy things in shops, or eat in restaurants, we are

likely to have conversations where we give information or opinions, receive news

Face-to-face contact is by no means the only form of communication and

Firstly, inventiveness has led to advances in printing, telecommunications,

vast modern network of communications is open to abuse.

Earth Hour has brought about some new changes to our lives. The iconic Bird’s Nest National Stadium and the nearby Water Cube National Aquatics Center, usually illuminated by floodlights, went dark at 8:30 p.m., while dozens of hotels, office buildings, shopping malls and restaurants also switched some lights off. People join activities such as candle-lit dinners and star-gazing parties as a response to the call for going dark. However, some critics have dismissed the event as simply a gimmick that will not make any difference.

From my point of view, Earth Hour is a global call to action to every individual, every business and every community. A call to stand up, to take responsibility and to get involved in working towards a sustainable future. Earth Hour is a message of hope and a message of action. Everyone can make a difference.

From June1, 2008, shops and supermarkets are forbidden from offering free plastic bags to customers, according to a new law. A nation-wide campaign against plastic bags has been launched.

Nowadays, Chinese people use up to three billion plastic bags a day. While being very convenient to shoppers, plastic bags also cause serious white pollution” and waste resources.

Though the ban may cause some inconvenience to shoppers, it can help reduce the use of plastic bags when people have to pay for them. Besides, the ban, in away, can promote public awareness of environmental protection.

So I think it necessary to forbid shops and supermarkets from offering free plastic bags. When shopping, we can use cloth bags or baskets instead of plastic bags as we used to.

Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. In my young days I disliked any dismal atmosphere and could not bear the feeling of loneliness, yet the fact was that I often lived in a dismal home and frequently had the bitter taste of lonesomeness. I was not cheerful even in the company of my classmates at the grade school I attended. When I was alone at home the dismal atmosphere often filled me with fear even though thought here went to work in the morning but always came later than I did. For a young person like me t was too bad. Not until I was about sixteen years old had I outgrown t feeling of fear. Then there was that nagging feeling of loneliness either at home of at school. My father changed his job several times and with each change of his job we had to move and I had to attend a different grade school. Before I finished my elementary education I had attended three grade schools and thus it was difficult for me to cultivate enduring friendships. The feeling of being friendless was a constant source of pain to me. Those unhappy grade school days have of course long been over. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

My three middle school life is coming to an end.

In these past three years, we all have experienced a lot.

We have many good friends who studied and played together.

Our respectable teachers has taught us so many things that how to study, how to deal with questions, how to get along with others. Thanks for my teachers education for me.

Now, Im going to try my best to complete my lessons and use the freetime to do meaningful things.

I think I will miss you who are our friends and teachers.

吃晚饭的时候，他们总会说，“多吃点吧！

”说完就夹起菜到我的碗里。可是，我一点儿也不喜欢吃这些菜，只想着赶快把菜吞下肚去，可是外婆却开口说：“别吃那么快啊，小心噎着了……”

他们知道了我的期末考试的成绩之后，对我说：“这次考试增么考得这么差啊？自己好好写反思一下错误的原因，并写一份计划书。”我只能乖乖地坐在房间里赶快的写写计划书与反思。 ……

虽然他们都很烦，总是唠叨个不停，但是他们的出发点都是好的，他们的唠叨，倾注着他们对我的爱，因为他们对我的爱藏在了唠叨之中。他们的唠叨像一首动听的歌流进我的耳朵，像一股清泉滋润着我的心灵。我希望时刻享有这动听的唠叨，让他们永伴我心。

大年初一的早上，一切都是那么的热闹，太阳还没“起床”可天已经蒙蒙亮了。而那空中放鞭炮放出来的烟更是给这个早晨笼上了一层轻纱，一切仿佛都是一场梦。

初一我们先来到了江南水乡——乌镇，初二去了四大古都之一南京，初三去了别有洞天的金华双龙洞。我就重点来讲讲金华双龙洞吧!

像去了北京一定要去万里长城一样，去我金华一定要去双龙洞走走。我们已经到了双龙洞洞口，不知道里面会给我们带来怎样精彩、刺激的旅程呢?我迫不及待的冲了进去，刚到洞口我便看见三艘电动船，每艘船上最多能躺6人。电动船开动了，我们想拍一张照都难，眼前就是那光滑的石头，果然和叶圣陶先生写的《记金华的双龙洞》一模一样呀!

下了船，首先映入眼帘的是名为“将军护腿”，里面是一块极其像腿的石头，外面的小石头仿佛是这护腿的装饰，小巧玲珑的好看极了。其次是“老寿星望仙桃”、“小龙宫殿”和“龟蛇大战”，“老寿星望仙桃”可真是名不虚传，一块岩石上面有一朵类似于祥云的岩石，而“祥云”上面踩着的正是白发苍苍的老寿星，老寿星抬着头仿佛正在张望着什么，噢，老寿星张望的不正是那仙桃吗?看上去就让人垂涎三尺!参观结束之后便是精彩有趣的冒险之旅，你可以选择走也可以不走，这权力掌握在你自己的手中，这次冒险用最快的速度也要40几分钟，所以说这次冒险的路很长但还是很多人参加了，我看了一下竟有三分之一是老年人，孩子就没几个，最多的还是年青人，不过那些年青人远远不如我们这些孩子呢!

Hokkien.Amoy is widely used and understood across the southern region of Fujian

province as well as overseas.While it is widely spoken in and around Xiamen,the

business is Mandarin.

Xiamen and its surrounding countryside is known for its scenery and

tree-lined beaches.Gulangyu,also known as Piano Island,is a popular weekend

getaway with views of the city and features many Victorian-era style European

edifices.Xiamens Botanical Garden is a nature lovers paradise.The Buddhist

Nanputuo Temple,dating back to the Tang Dynasty,is a national treasure.Xiamen is

also famous for its history as a frontline in the Chinese Civil War with Taiwan

over Jinmen (also known as Jinmen or Quemoy) 50 years ago.One attraction for

tourists is to view Kinmen,a group of islands a few kilometres away and under

Taiwanese control,from Xiamen island.

The new term is coming and I will be carefully . Because I will learn more

konwlege .

I will listen carefully in class . I will do more sports , such as running

, volleyball . Sports are really interesting . I will read more English books to

improve my English . I will solve more difficult maths problems and be

interested in them . English is important and I will spend more time on it . I

will get up early . I will read book loudly everyday .

秋天的田野是一幅浑金璞玉的画，无需浓抹，无需淡妆，它虽朴实无华，但很美：

高昂的向日葵是秋天金色的笑脸，摇曳的芦花是秋天欢乐的情怀，金色的稻子是父辈们立体的夙愿。

收获的季节，天高云淡，我回来了。我从屋檐上取下那把雪亮的弯镰，把腰弯成父亲的姿态，把镰刀挥成母亲的麻利，收获着黄金一样的果实。

秋天的田野，是一腔火热的激情。那浓浓的稻香呀，温馨了我所有的疲惫。收获本来就是一首平仄有韵的抒情诗，弯镰舞过，我身后的大地是崭新的诗篇。“辛勤的汗水是它最明媚的诗眼。”

收获的季节，父亲的背弯成一帧壮美的画，我看到了岁月毫不留情地在他的额头上刻下了皱纹，父亲额头上晶亮的汗珠诠释着收获与付出之间简单而不容置疑的真理。

收获的季节，母亲的脸笑成一朵盛开的菊花，这是最令她欣慰的日子。

收获的季节，我有太多的感喟。踏着朴实的大地，我不会徒发感慨要求得到空洞的繁华。

收获的季节，父母用实际行动教会我在真实的垄亩上插下种子，浇灌、耕耘后，才会有收获。

我和父亲并肩走在田垄上。

天上有大雁飞过，它们有金色的收获么？我陷入了沉思。

父亲慈爱的微笑给了我最好的回答。我大彻大悟。

我很快要回学校了，父亲用粗糙的大手拍了拍我的肩膀。

“爸爸，相信女儿，这个季节，你收获的不仅仅是稻子。”

我对父亲说道，说出的每一个字在我内心的世界里掷地有声。

这个季节，我收获了很多：家乡凉爽的秋风，颗粒饱满的稻谷，父母用爱的经纬编织的希望，还有关于生活的深深浅浅道理。我一定要用金色的微笑去回报秋天，回报一个天高云淡、有大雁飞过的季节……
