有一次，我去奶奶家。刚坐下，便看见“帅哥”牧羊犬咬着骨头玩具，坐在地上，等着我来陪它玩。我刚开始不愿意。它就蹲在地上，用可怜巴巴的眼神看着我。看着它那种眼神，我便心动了。我站起身向它走去，它见有了希望，便立马站起来，飞快地叼起玩具，跑到了我跟前，把玩具放下，又拼命地摇晃着尾巴，伸着头，喘着气在我身边打转，好像在说：“陪我玩玩吧!”我找来玩具，准备着要飞快地踢出去，它便目不转睛地盯着骨头，像一位尽职的守门员。我飞起一脚，以迅雷不及掩耳之势的速度踢了出去。我想：哈哈，看你怎样挑战高难度。只见它一跃而起，朝着骨头的方向跳去，用前爪接住。真是万万没想到，看来我是小看了它的能力。它又去桌子那里转了一圈，好像在庆祝着成功。玩久了，我有些不耐烦，就坐在椅子上休息。它便也坐在地上，看着我，眼神诚恳，坐着一动不动，乖极了。我心软了，便起身，摸了摸它，它的毛真舒服啊!它见我为它按摩，索性懒洋洋地躺下，眯起双眼，撒开四肢开始享受了。看着它满脸的惬意，我开心地笑了。

原来，狗也是人类的好朋友，也是调皮、可爱、尽职的动物。现在，它见到我会很高兴，当我离开时又是那么依依不舍。

狗便成为我最喜爱的动物了。

茶杯狗，是我在她刚出生的时候，家人给我买的礼物，我本来以为，她只是名字这样叫而已。可是，在后来和他相处的日子里才知道，并不是这样。

我对我的茶杯狗疼爱有佳，恨不得把全世界最好的东西都买给她吃，买给她用。

一天，我给她买了一个很豪华漂亮的狗窝，满心欢喜的以为，她会很喜欢，然后，看见她迫不及待得钻进去的样子，可是事实并没有我想象中的那样，茶杯狗她并不喜欢进去，而是继续往以前的茶杯里钻。姥姥对我说：“茶杯狗就喜欢呆在茶杯里。”哈哈原来如此。茶杯狗不是长得像茶杯而得名，而是喜欢在茶杯里。我的茶杯狗除了名字很可爱之外，还有两个与众不同之处呢！

有一次，姥姥给我准备了一盒眼影，她看见了眼影就直扑过去，眼影一下子就被她打翻在地。我是又生气又心疼。不过从这件事情中，我知道了这是一只可爱的爱臭美的小狗，于是，我给她起了一个新名字叫丽丽。

又一次，姥姥把饭放在桌子上，她闻到香喷喷的味道，悄悄从茶杯里爬了出来，突然跳到了饭桌上，我们还没吃呢，她便帮我们品尝起来姥姥的手艺了。

Whenever a painful situation arises in your life, try to embrace it instead of running away or trying to mask the hurt. When the sadness strikes, take a deep breath and lean into it. When we run away from sadness that’s unfolding in our lives, it gets stronger and more real. We take an emotion that’s fleeting and make it a solid event, instead of something that passes through us.

当生活中出现痛苦的事情时，别再逃跑或隐藏痛苦，试着拥抱它吧;当悲伤来袭时，试着深呼吸，然后直面它。如果我们一味逃避生活中的悲伤，悲伤只会变得更强烈更真实——悲伤原本只是稍纵即逝的情绪，我们却固执地耿耿于怀。
