一日，表弟家的母鸡生了几颗蛋。

几个星期过去了，小鸡们逐渐长大了，这时，更有趣的事情发生了：原本黄色的羽毛逐渐褪色，鸡仔们的颜色开始变得五彩斑斓——有火红的，有亮白的，有咖啡色的，有灰色的，还有黑色的-----几只鸡仔的头上还长出了又红又大的冠子，昂首挺胸，样子十分威武。
