Everybody has a daily schedule. We do the same things almost every day. My

day is probaly like yours.

Heres my daily routine. I get up at 6:30 every morning. I take my time

waking up,but then I wash up quickly. I brush my teeth,comb my hair and put on

school uniform. I pack my bag for school and I leave. I never miss breakfast,so

I either eat at home or eat on the way to school. But I always eat hurry. After

school,I go to a cram school like all my friends. I study and finish my homework

for the day. Finally,I go home and I take a break. I have dinner with my

family,watch a little TV. I am usually in bed by 9:30.

This is my routine from Monnday to Friday. However,the weekends are

different. I can wake up late. Then. I can do whatever I like. I believe my

routine is typical. It is probably a lot like yours.

圣诞节到了，寒气随着东风来了。您处于哪里我不太清楚，可是我知道，你们那里一定下着漂亮的雪吧？对了，我很羡慕你们那里会下雪，我根本就没有看过雪呢！您今晚出来送礼物的时候，要多穿点棉衣，别感冒了！

The secret of success is not so much money as a strong will. A great man is

one who has a strong will and an indomitable spirit. In other words, if a man

does not have a strong will to win the final victory, he will never succeed in

his life. He is no more than a failure.It is quite obvious that there is no

difficult thing in the world. if you make up your mind to do it, you will

certainly accomplish your end. That stands to reason.

A little boy wanted to read a book, but he had no money; he decided to earn

some in return. But he had nothing to do, and so he just had to stay at home

just like usual life; he was very sad.

Suddenly, a strange thing took place, and he began to make use of something

that he wanted to try. After a short time, he came back from the basement with a

ruffled shovel in his hand. When it was time to finish the work that he was to

earn money, he smiled happily.

His work was to shovel snow for the other neighbors in the winter, because

most of the times when snow was very, very big; some of the house doors got

block, and they need to pay $100 for a builder to come and shovel the snow out

of way. But now the boy will help shovel the snow, and they need only to pay $10

in return. At first the boy was not good at it at all, but soon he got the use

of it, and earned lots of money. When it was time to use the money, he figured

that he didn’t have enough to pay for the grammar book that he wanted for

school. It was not that big of a deal of very much; but was not quite things of

time.

He kept on this work for 4 years, until he had finally got enough money to

buy the grammar. He was so very excited, that he jumped about in the room from

brick to brick. When he went to the store, he figured it was closed; all the

grammars are sold out, but in the other hand in opened because he shoveled the

snow away which let him get enough money to buy another grammar in another

store.

It was almost summer and the snow melted away, a statue of him was made up

in the town square where he lived; for making the snow disappear. He was also

the first in the class every morning, because he was willing to learn some

identities to learn grammar. He loved grammar. And when it was time for him to

head home and buy another harder one; he used the same plan just a little

better.

And when people saw his statue shimmering in the morning sunlight, they

would remember his gratitude for everybody in the town.

It was a “Magnificent” day; it was already beheld the shoveling day.

Hello everybody! My name is Chen Xuanlin. It is my pleasure to be here to

share my opinions of growing pains.

Grow up, like a boat in my life, driving the wave surface. Sometimes, be in

calm, sometimes be in rough. But the boat I was growing up, not everything is

going. For me, sour,sweet,bitter,ho t,everything .

Now, as I grow up, are becoming adults, so in the eyes of parents, I was no

longer to be a kid. Sometimes, they say "youve grown up,not a children!" When I

listen to this,my head will be pain.

When I was a little boy, my life is so relaxed.But now, in front of the

waves are bigger, and more twists and turns the sea,I become a middle school

student, that I have all gone past. Im taller, homework more, study more

subjects,have more test.When I was a boy, I am wrong no matter what happened, no

one to blame me.But now,if I do something wrong,my parents will shout. The

relaxe time will far away from me.I will be more busy.

Study pressure always troubling me. Grown up, more work gradually like

hills. After school, I do not dare to play, to see their favorite book, Im

afraid I cant complete the work, I can only try very hard to make the pen in my

book on wave, for example, I have to run on the way home. The course also

gradually heavy. Every home in the evening review, I looked at a lot of books, I

really do not know to study what subject, is Chinese? Or math? Or geography?

Or……

What should I do? To look life in the future.

Pandas like to eat bamboo, their colors are black and white. The panda is

very lovely, so its my favorite animal. But because humans destroyed the living

environment of giant pandas, they became scarce and protected animals at the

national level. I hope people can protect the environment and protect the

animals.

After leaving school, I attended the Orient Technical College, where I first studied Fiber Technology and Color Chemistry; later I studied other subjects related to textile manufacture, and in 1991 I obtained the Diploma in Textiles.

After completing my studies, I joined the Top Clothing Company where I worked until 1996. In that year I moved to Prior Productions, who was pleased with my work, and as a result, in 1998, I was promoted to Assistant Works Manager there.

I enjoy my work, and I am prepared to work hard. Moreover, I am sure that Prior Productions would give me an excellent reference. I therefore feel that my application deserves your serious consideration.

Every night before going to bed， I have to drink a glass of milk， which has

become a habit. Mother said that its good to drink milk before going to bed and

sleep soundly. Its also good for my health. And every night before going to

bed， I send me a cup of fragrant milk. I began to take it for granted： "When I

was in junior high school， I should supplement more nutrition."

Until one day， I found that my mother came home from work every day and

said she was tired， and her legs ached from time to time. I advised her to go

and have a look. But she always said for a few days， when she was not busy. But

I havent seen it yet. I was so worried about my mothers health that I wanted

to find a time to go to the hospital with her.

how time flies! it is ahnost a month since i arrived here and began a new

our university lies at the foot of mount zijin, in the eastern suburbs of

nanjing city. the campus is very big,with a big sportsground surrounded by lots

and the well-equipped language lab. our campus is also very beautiful. there are

quite a few well-kept gardens. every road is lined with trees. how happy we are

life here is both busy and coloufful. we have classes every morning. in the

occupied most of the week. but on weekends, there are always many

entertainments. we may go to the club to have a dance or go to the cinema to see

a fihn. sometimes we may also hold a party to practise oral english. in a word,

we like our life here very much.

students in your class are lucky for they will certainly benefit greatly under

your instruction. but take care not to overwork yourself. i do hope you will

I have a friend in the U.S. His name is Don Adams. I know him very well，

but I have never met him. We write to each other all the time. My letters are

very short. It is still hard for me to write in English. I received a letter

from Don yesterday. It makes me very happy. He is coming to my country for a

visit next summer. We are going to see each other for the first time.

Im in the school is a beautiful school， has many different kinds of

plants. Look! Those two covering at the school gate， thin timbo hangs from the

My grandparents are very special to me. They have worked hard all their

special friends to me. They are easier to talk to than my parents. For

example,my grandmother makes me delicious things to eat and my grandfather often

takes me fishing.
