在一个清香袅袅的早晨，我和妈妈去公园散步，透透气。公园的空气十分新鲜，而且风景美没极了，花繁叶茂，一片欣欣向荣的景色。我心里也十分舒畅。忽然，一阵风拂过，我就慢慢地感受着春光。正当我平静之时，我看见了一副不文明的景象：一位看起来有学问风度的叔叔正坐在垃圾桶边的小凳上喝饮料，喝完后随地一扔，便一走了之。我呆呆地望着那塑料瓶，犹豫一会儿，走过去捡起塑料瓶，仍进垃圾桶。

河水侮辱

我们小区大门口旁边有一条河，那里是大家的必经之地。河流原本清澈无比；但现在却又脏又臭，河面上还漂浮着塑料袋。我查了一些资料。资料显示水污染主要因为化工厂排放的污水、人们自身乱扔垃圾及大自然污染带给水的“传染”。

我想，我们应该从平时的小事做起，这样才能更好的保护环境。

We should do something to stop people from doing bad things to the environment .We should put rubbish into dustbins instead of throwing it about. Everyone must care for flowers ,grass and tress in public .We shound collect things like paper ,plastic bags our neighborhood as well ,it’s necessary to plant more trees every year .

我们应该做些什么来阻止人们对环境做一些不好的事情。我们应该把垃圾放进垃圾箱而不是直接扔了，每个人都必须爱护公共场所的花，草，树木。我们应该收集社区的一些像纸，塑料袋的东西，每年种植更多的树是必要的。

一切生命都需要水资源，电子远空气资源，大气资源，森林资源等……

空气给了新生的婴儿的第一声呼吸，给了人们一生的清新，空气给了万物一片生机。由于人们对空气的一时珍惜意识不够强烈，而导致工厂排放有害气体，从而污染了天空中的空气。

水给在沙漠中迷路的旅客的一线生机，让他们不在干渴，哺育了我们的代代祖辈。保护水的强烈珍惜还是不够，有些不自觉，工厂排放的污水就流入大海中去，可靠消息因生病而去世的根本原因有绝大数都是因为喝水的水源被污染的水导致引发疾病或死亡。

根据计算，按照现在这种浪费电量来算的话，五家门户1000酒量费的电源至少可以供一家贫穷人家用上十天左右了，这是为什么呢？这是因为每户人家，一直出现着灯开着，房间里光亮的，的却不曾见有人待在里面。

大地露出枯黄焦黄的土地在一天天扩大，砍伐树木的数量正在不断增量。

我想起一只小漫画：

村里有个人叫高亮，他是一名伐木哭，常年在这片拥有茂密丛林的小树林里医护村子里每天至少要砍20至30多棵树。已知啄木鸟每次看到他来砍树，都一直告诫她不要砍树，枯黄在一天天扩大，小啄木鸟的家也被他砍没了。之后离开了这片树林，后来领水土流失，从而引发大洪水，一个村子都被淹没了，包括高亮在内。

这则故事告诉我们：

这一个个美丽的环境是祖辈用双手保护才得来的，不能随意破坏他们，否则后果不堪设想，所以我们要珍惜资源，保护环境。

我的家乡原来是很漂亮的，清澈的河水干干净净的，还有小鱼在水里游来游去。树木葱葱郁郁的，远远看去密集得像一片片绿色的地毯……

可是现在，树木差不多被砍光了，泥石流不断地涌来，许许多多的人由于泥石流丧失了生命。小鸟没了家，只好在天空中不停地流浪。烟囱不停地冒出黑烟，把氧气转化成了不能呼吸的二氧化碳。天空中原本雪白的云朵儿，现在却变成乌黑乌黑的，像一团团发霉的棉花糖。水也被污染了，黑乎乎的一片，鱼儿根本没办法在那里生存。菜市场更糟糕，鸭毛、鸡毛随处可见，鱼摊更是乱七八糟的一片。一眼望去，能看见好多五颜六色的塑料袋，风一吹，那些塑料袋就翩翩起舞，在风的吹拂下这些塑料袋各显其能，好像在对我们说：“谢谢你们，要不是你们人类生产我们，就不会有我们的今天，真是太谢谢你们了！”

今天，我做了一个梦，发现我正站在马路上，水变清澈了，树木变得更茂盛了，天空也是碧蓝碧蓝的。我又来到了山坡上，山坡上的果树枝繁叶茂，枝头上还挂满了像灯笼似的果子。鸟儿在树上快乐地歌唱，蝴蝶在花丛中欢快地跳舞，小草频频向我们哈腰点头……

我真希望把梦中的场景变为现实，那样……

同学们，地球是生命之源，我们要爱护她、呵护她，“善待地球就是善待自己”，让我们一起保护地球吧！

当今世界环境污染问题非常严重，由环境污染引起的全球变暖问题一直是近几年受关注的话题，现在的冬天似乎没有几十年前这么寒冷，以前的河结冰了，人在冰面上走是没有问题的，而现在呢，虽然河也会结冰，但却是一层薄薄的冰，轻轻一踩都会碎裂，几十年前在冬天冬雪可谓是很常见的，而现在呢，冬雪少之又少，一个冬天能下一两场雪就不错了，一般也就下雨夹雪，地面根本积不起来，要是那一天下大雪了却被人们称为雪灾，是的，不下雪的冬天算什么冬天？冬天不下雪，孩子们就没有了打雪仗、对雪人的欢乐，也没有了那美丽的雪景，全球变暖，南北两极的冰川也在逐渐融化，照此发展下去，南北两极的动物在不远的将来就可能会五家可归，甚至很有可能灭绝，让我们行动起来，为地球退烧而努力吧，作为我们，平时可以建议家长出门少开汽车，多骑自行车，这样，既保护了环境也锻炼了身体，另外，我们要做到不乱扔垃圾，不随地吐痰，多植树造林等等……如果全球人民这样做的话，相信在不久的将来，地球退烧是没问题的。

垃圾是随处可见的，当你走在路上，一块纸片从你的眼前飘过，你是愤怒的还是……当你看到有人倒污水时，你是不是已经想到水源被污染的画面？当你看到这些画面，你会不会有所行动？是垃圾带走了我们地球美丽的面貌，是垃圾把我们的新鲜空气污染，是垃圾污染了我们的生命之源——水，是垃圾的爆炸生生夺走了我们的生命，是垃圾的面积过多让我们没有地方生存，是垃圾让我们染上疾病，可见垃圾的危害有多大。

为了让我们的环境更加干净，我提出以下这些建议：

1、可以做广告牌，告诉人们保护环境的重要性，可以把倡议书做成报纸和书籍等。

2、可以让小伙伴们组织成环保小队，主动捡拾垃圾。

3、不用一次性筷子、纸杯、袋子等用品，也可以在超市门口分发布袋。

4、在网上、微博、QQ、微信上发广告，呼吁人们行动起来，保护环境。

5、节约纸张，就是保护森林，为了让我们的地球更加富有生机，呼吁人们节约用纸。

我希望人们都可以行动起来，让地球变成零垃圾的星球。

尊敬的各位代表：

大家好!我是一名中共党员，现任浙江省余姚市桐张香垃圾处理场副场长。在08年元月九日看到扬子晚报上的一篇报道：湖北省天门市的“垃圾之争”，城管执法人员打死人的‘命案’，让我的心跌宕起伏、久久难以平静。我经过深思熟虑，认为有必要将自己的看法与见解提供给两会的代表们，并且希望各位代表们能够将垃圾处理问题放在一个较高的层次上进行讨论。

一、消除垃圾污染和危害，是利国利民利全球的大事。

我国是世界上垃圾包袱最重的国家之一，每年城市产生的各类生活垃圾总量达“亿吨之多，且垃圾处理水平很落后，科技含量低。目前处理垃圾的主要方法是把垃圾集中到农村卫生填埋，这相当于把垃圾的危害转嫁给农民，破坏农村环境卫生，严重污染土壤、水体等，.如今农民闹事现象己很普遍。农民过去只知厌恶苍蝇，现在已经开始懂得污染的危害比苍蝇更可怕，若不尽快拿出行之有效的解决方法，将会深深的影响社会和谐、稳定的发展;将会出现更多类似于天门市‘垃圾之争’的事件。

二、“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法是今后垃圾处理的发展方向。

余姚市桐张吞是闻名的‘杨梅’之乡，每年杨梅成熟的时节，也是苍蝇的高峰期，也是我们全体员工无不担心苍蝇毁坏杨梅农民闹事之时。从06年至今，臭气熏天，苍蝇成灾的垃圾场环境彻底的得到了改善，当地农民欣喜地说：“‘科技办法就是多。’当初垃圾场臭气逼人，现今比其它地方还清净，原因是2006年初，我场得知安徽合肥使用“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法，就与提供此项技术服务的丹阳市东南卫生化工厂取得联系，采用了他们的“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法，很快就出现明显效果。

当年8月9日至10日两天，由余姚市有关领导亲自参加，共组织200余人来到垃圾场参观考察，还特地安排在距垃圾作业区约三四十米处就地用餐，整个就餐过程中没有一人有脏臭不适感，参观结束，所有人员无不称说是一大‘奇迹’。2007年，我们从所有的垃圾箱、中转站从源头就开始使用，结果整个城市几乎已闻不到垃圾臭味，垃圾场也几乎看不见有苍蝇。

★垃圾污染是严重的环保问题，国家创卫应把它列为重点内容。

城市的垃圾箱、中转站、垃圾处理场以及运送垃圾的车辆，每逢夏秋之时，无处不是“臭气熏人、苍蝇成灾”，甚至连奋战在垃圾处理一线的环卫工人的身体也占有臭气。这与光荣评选卫生先进城市应感到是一种羞耻。

实践已经证明：垃圾污染被清除，臭气、苍蝇就自然消失，空气质量也会提高，人民减少生病。估计可以节省的医药费用会是处理垃圾所需费用的千倍万倍。除有可能会影响部分医院的经济效益，其它别的应该是有百利而无一害。

“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法不仅可以清除垃圾的臭味和苍蝇，还可以消除有机垃圾的有害物质和气体，还可有效抑制有害致病菌的生长繁殖，彻底除去污染源。同时还节省覆盖粘土达七倍之多，还可使有机垃圾减量30%。值得一提的是：该方法不含任何有毒化学成分，能从根本上消除污染危害。但目前尚未见在全国推广，本人了解有以下原因：

首先厂方考虑到垃圾处理需要低成本，顾及用户的利益，不愿在广告宣传中过多投入增加成本。

其次是发现市场上有不正当竞争现象甚至有类似香精等物制成的除臭品搅乱市场，影响“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法的有效推广!

第三、我国爱国卫生运动过去几十年对环卫部门的要求只是消灭苍蝇(包括卫生评比检查)，农民闹事大多数也是因苍蝇而起，所以环卫部门对消除垃圾危害的要求认识还不够深刻，导致对垃圾处理的新技术不敏感。

三、消除垃圾危害迫在眉睫。

全国有数以万计的环卫员工和上千万居住在垃圾场附近的农民，他们的身体健康时刻在遭受垃圾危害的侵袭，现在消除垃圾的危害迫在眉睫。为此，我有如下几点建议：

1.建议相关代表能够关心一下自己本地区的垃圾处理情况，把

“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法通报给当地政府的有关部门;

2.建议各级爱国卫生运动委员会把消除垃圾危害的任务列为和

扑灭苍蝇任务同等重要。

3、建议各新闻媒体多报道一些垃圾危害和处理垃圾存在的难题，

对“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法的成果进行专访和如实报道。

4.建议大会将此信印发给各位代表参考。

为了社会的稳定与和谐，为了建设有中国特色的社会主义城市，让我们一起共同来解决垃圾问题，让生活变得更加美好!

Through observation, I found that plastic bags on peoples harm and pollution is very large. People often use plastic bags: mother to buy food and plastic bags; to shopping malls with plastic bags; in the restaurant to eat rice is also packaged with plastic bags to take home; even I buy stationery also with plastic bags. People do not know what they do to the environment caused by pollution, their own body caused any harm. Such as: people often put useless plastic bags thrown into the garbage, plastic bags in the rubbish will be smelly, so that the pollution of the air. People also throw plastic bags anywhere, a wind, plastic bags flying in the sky, the branches also see the tree is a plastic bag, and even the river there are plastic bags. There is a new shopping area on every corner and new houses, townhouses and apartments everywhere. Traffic gets worse and worse because planners cant keep up with growth. Keeping up with human demand is hard enough. Environmental concerns come in last.

With growth comes pollution. Companies and communities dump waste into water. Landfills are full of trash. Emissions from factories pollute the air. Barrels of industrial waste and worse, radioactive waste, have no safe place to go. If were not careful, we can harm our planet beyond repair.

People need to respect the Earth and try to preserve it. If we dont, what kind of future will we have?
