可没想到班里举行了榜样的力量一节特别的课，有两位同学主持举行，我要读我的手抄报上的字，排练时读到一半有一个字不认识，问了一下老师这一次吧，这个字读了出来，但没记在心上，后几次我都马马虎虎跳过了。

The Olympics are just around the corner. Today I want to talk about good manners and courtesy.

We Chinese have always been respected and highly praised for good manners and courtesy, which have, as well, become precious traditions of our people. In a couple of weeks beyond, a large number of foreign friends will come to China to join us in enjoying the Olympics. Before foreign guests, we should have an easy manner and behave politely and warm-heartedly. Nowadays university graduates have different job outlooks. For most of them, to find a job with satisfactory pay is their most important wish while majority want to be self – employed. When I come to the middle school, I feel so excited, because I want to

learn more knowledge and prepare for my future. Some of my friends are afraid of

the coming challenges, they think they can’t handle, but for me, life will be

wonderful with all kinds of challenges. It is the challenges that makes me

stronger. If everything comes to me without hard working, then I won’t cherish

it. I am so eager to meet the coming difficulties, I won’t give up no matter how

hard they will be. Some day when I look back on these days, I will not be

regretful of what I have done.

I am a shy girl, when my teachers ask me the questions, I will always low

down my head and answer them with small voice. Because of my character, I miss

the chances to make myself stand out and I also don’t have many friends. I

really want to change my situation, I don’t want to be a stand by anymore, I

want to be part of the group. So I force myself to join the class activities, I

find I enjoy them and I talk to my classmate a lot. I become active and start to

try more things, I take part in the debate competition and show my ability, I

find my stage.
