每次周天练拳道时候，教练总是要给我们玩一些有趣的游戏。这一次教练带了很多绳子，我们都在猜测：可能是拔河吧。可是拔河不需要这么多绳子啊，而且这个绳子还很短。教练说：“你们安静一下，不要猜了，我们今天玩两人三足游戏。”一听到这个名称，我们就“哇啦哇啦”叫成一片。活跃的男生就像花果山的猴子，高兴得手舞足蹈，文静的女生们也拍着手叫着“太好了，太好了!”教练把大家分成三个组，每组十人。在准备阶段，各组人员认真地绑好绳子，整齐地站好。

教练哨子一吹，游戏开始啦!第一组立刻抬起脚，可刚迈一步就听见叫声：“不行，不行，我要摔了!”“为什么走不动了?”两边的人往前拽，中间的人却一直不动，其他观看的组员都急得催他们：“快点走呀!”可他们没办法走动了，只好放弃。第二组上场了，因为走的步伐不一致，走的歪歪扭扭，有几个人差点趴到地上，我们在场外的伙伴笑得前俯后仰。我是第三组，我们的组长是个“机灵鬼”，他的眼睛转了几圈，然后叫我们围成一个圈，小声说：“上场了全听我指挥，我喊“一”出左脚，喊“二”出右脚，不许走乱!”

我们上场了，“机灵鬼”大声喊：“一!”我们照口令出脚。全组脚步一致，围观的伙伴们都赞叹道：“好整齐啊!”教练也为我们竖起了大拇指。我们在“一二一”的口令下快速又整齐地到终点，得了第一。

这个游戏让我们明白了一个道理：团结就是力量!

I love my bedroom

I have a bedroom .It is not big , but it is nice .There is a bed in my bedroom . A yellow dog is on the bed .Every night,I sleep with it . Next to the bed, there is a desk. A bear lamp is on the desk .I like the bear lamp. Its cute. I like to do homework under the lamp every evening. I have a new computer in my bedroom .It is my best friend . Because I study at it, play at it . There are also several beautiful pictures on the wall.

Before I came to middleSchool, I felt so excited about the new life, and I

had prepared for it for the whole summer vacation. The moment I stepped in the

school, it surprised me. The green trees and colorful flowers are around the

school. Sometimes I felt like walking in the park. There is a big playground.

When all the students get together, it is very lively. When the sports meeting

comes, there will be all kinds of competitions, and all the students fight for

their classes. The sound of cheering for the teams can be heard around the

school. I like to walk around school after class, which makes me feel eased.

我们换了一位英俊潇洒的英语老师，帅气的他，个头中等，身材匀称，健康的皮肤，乌黑亮丽的短发，非常有形，高高的鼻梁上架着一副眼镜，可能是因为时间戴久了，已压出了一道深深印子，他看上去斯斯文文的，很有学问，他就是我们的英语老师——何云先生。

他上课风趣幽默，常把同学们逗得开怀大笑。记得有一次上英语课，他先让我们看着书拼读英语单词，我们拼的都很认真，然后他用同学们最感兴趣的开火车的方式，让我们不看书拼单词，大家一下子来了兴趣，纷纷举起了小手。第一个同学李天宇站起来虽然说的不是很流利，但老师还是伸出了鼓励的大拇指，大声的说了声：“棒”！又一位同学站起来响亮而流利的拼出了单词，老师亲切的拍了拍他得肩膀说：“酷毙了！”逗得同学们哈哈大笑。每次上课何老师总能把课堂气氛带动的非常活跃，同学们都能聚精会神的听课，不由得被他这风趣幽默的上课方式给深深地吸引。风趣的他，有时也很厉害哦，对我们的书写要求总是一丝不苟，必须达到工整、漂亮。该背的课文和该默写的单词一定要会背诵，达到会默写，不然绝不会手软，所以我们从不敢抱着侥幸心理，总是老实、认真的去完成。

我喜欢风趣幽默又不失严格的何老师，我想你们也一定和我一样，让我们爱上英语！爱上何老师吧！
