有一次我在网上看到了简单蛋糕的做法，然后我和妈妈一起学着做。我们先在网上看好了，就按网上教的开始做蛋糕。

我和妈妈分工合作，我负责把蛋清和蛋液分离，我打了六个鸡蛋，蛋清慢慢地从分离器上流下来，上面留下的蛋黄给妈妈用。真是好新奇啊!按照网上教的程序，我负责打把鸡蛋清全部打成泡泡状，达到十分粘稠，我开始打了，慢慢的鸡蛋清真的发生了变化，越来越稠了，慢慢的颜色变成白色的了，明明只有六个鸡蛋，慢慢的被我打得满满一盆的都是了!

然后把打好的蛋清和妈妈做好的面粉和蛋黄合到一起，小心翼翼的倒进蛋糕模子里，放进烤箱。看着烤箱里的变化，眼看着蛋糕慢慢变大，烤箱里飘出了香喷喷的味道，过了二十分钟，直到烤箱叮的一声时间到了，我赶紧的和妈妈一起拿出来蛋糕，哇!太香了，尝一尝真好吃，我们第一次做了一个特别美味的蛋糕，满满的幸福感充满全身!

这几天我还做了很多很多家务，帮妈妈减轻负担。这个假期是我长这么大以来，妈妈陪我时间最长的一次，我也体验到了如此多味的假期生活!

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations.

Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this.

At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

The new semester has begun. In this semester, I plan to have a plenary English time, so I made the following plan which is considered perfect.

I will preview the new lessons for 30 minutes to 1 hour on the day before the English class. In class, Ill try my best to understand every point. If necessary, Ill take notes and ask at least one question every class. And I want to be active in speaking. According to the requirement of the teacher, I am going to take written exercises. Its time to read texts aloud from seven twenty-five to a quarter to eight a.m everyday except Sunday. My oral English practice will be done for 30 minutes twice a week. To enlarge my vocabulary, I should learn 60 words everyday except Sunday. As we all know, reviewing the learnt courses is very important. So 1 hours reviewing on Sunday is essential.

Hows my perfect plan? I will insist on carrying it out and make an effort on my English learning .I believe it will work. Come on!

Health is very important for everyone. So people want to have a healthy

life.

In fact everyone can have a healthy life. Such as: I usually eat fruit

vegetables eggs and rice. I hardly eat burgers. I think we could eat meat and

ice-cream amount. Water and milk are good for your health. It’s important to

play basketball run and have enough sleep. We couldn’t spend a long time for

watching TV and playing computer. It’s bad for our eyes.

We should keep happy confident helpful and friendly. I don’t think nervous

and angry are good for our health.

暑假的一天，是一个社区活动的日子。我吃过早饭，早早的来到了社区的活动室。

刚发到一半，我们就已经满头大汗了，想想邮递员叔叔每天骑着车，带着几大包的报纸和邮件，而且这些邮件都是全国各地的，他们每天要跑多少路，是多么的不容易啊，比起他们我们是微不足道的，于是我打起了十二分得精神，又开始去发了。这时一位踩着三轮车收废品的阿姨，看见我们手里一叠一叠的报纸，满脸堆笑的说：“小朋友，把你手里的报纸给我吧，我给你们钱去买根冷饮解解暑。”我心里犹豫不决，给吧，她肯定把报纸当废纸卖掉，社区的人就看不到了，这样就体现不出宣传的作用。最后我还是咬了咬牙，慢条斯理的说：“对不起阿姨，我不能给您。”。说完我们又冒着炎炎的烈日坚持不懈寻找收信箱。树上的鸟儿看着我们“叽叽喳喳”的好像在说：“你做得对。”一张、两张、三张……终于发完了。

通过今天的体验，我才明白邮递员是多么的辛苦，他们持之以恒的精神是值得我们学习的。

炎炎的夏日到来了，我的暑假生活也开始了。

在暑假开始前，妈给我报了篮球班美术班、书法班。第七班把我急的手忙脚乱。

早上叮叮叮叮叮叮被闹钟吵醒，我揉揉眼睛，妈妈立刻把我从床上拉下来，把我送到车上，扔到了篮球场上。7：30结束后，妈妈匆匆忙忙的把我送到了美术班，开始一上午的素描课。素描课是我最喜欢的课程，也是我最有耐心的课程。我从小就喜欢画画，一画就是六七年。在画画这一方面，我立下了苦功，爸爸妈妈也非常支持我，老师对我也很有信心，相信我会有很大的成就。特别是我们美术班的王老师对我画画方面做了很多的帮助，对我非常关心。做了很多耐心的指导。

她说，我们这些后生可畏，希望我们。踏实学习，认真作画，将来必有一番成就。我也会将画画坚持到底。

篮球课也是妈妈另外给我报的一门课程，因为我体育也不好。体能训练不行，身体也不好，妈妈给我报班，让我锻炼锻炼身体。另外初中还要考试。虽然篮球课很辛苦，每天下午在太阳底下跑得大汗淋漓非常累，不过我们都坚持到底了。比起姥爷在地里干活，我们这些运动的不算什么。一定要好好对待这一门课程，好好锻炼，绝不偷懒。

另外因为我写字太难看，妈妈觉得不好给我报个书法班。我们的西瓜老师，他特别的幽默。他写的字就像印的一样，非常端正。老师说作为中国人要写好中国字。中国字具有端正的特点，老师说做人就要像中国字一样端正。虽然写起字来非常累，不过还是挺有成就的感的。老师说我最大的缺点就是顿笔顿的不好，不太明显，以后还要加强练习。

虽然今年报的课程是对我的爱好和弱点报。而补习班，不过我觉得今年暑假过的非常的充实。有意义，让我学到了很多本领。今年的暑假让我收获了很多，让我交到了许多朋友，真是愉快的暑假生活!
