每天完成暑假作业各15页；6点到7点从家到学校再从学校走回家；一个半的娱乐时间；读背千家诗里的三首古诗；控制饮食，每餐吃饱就行，不喝垃圾饮料，不吃没营养的零食，防止身体发胖；看完书去图书馆借，让大脑知识量膨胀增多。
