我发现，现在学校门口有许多商店在卖“三无产品”的小零食，这些零食对我们的身体危害很大。

每当放学的时候，同学们都会飞快地跑去小商店，买一些小零食，有的零食里含有色素，颜色鲜艳，引起同学们的喜爱。早晨，同学们都不爱吃饭，一到放学，他们早已饿得前胸贴后背了，就会跑到校门口商店去买零食。有的小东西，颜色诱人，学生们看着就想去买，还有的零食价格在1元至3元左右，学生们都能接受，有的商家一心想把自己的东西快点卖出去，就搞什么抽奖活动，引起学生们的好奇心。

学生们有的吃零食的时候狼吞虎咽，容易吃坏身体，所以我建议父母们不要给孩子零花钱，孩子们年龄还小，不懂得怎样正确花钱。开家长会的时候，老师不要只对家长们说学习的事情，也要说说学生们每次放学买小零食的问题。小学生们在家吃饭的时候，请不要让孩子看电视、玩玩具……吃饭前要把电视关掉，玩具摆放好，家长们吃饭的时候也不要看手机，陪伴孩子们好好吃饭，让孩子们放学就回家，不去小商店买零食吃。

去年暑假，我们一家来到了上海野生动物园看大熊猫。

到了动物园，我们按照指示牌，找到了熊猫馆，我看到了大熊猫，它全身毛茸茸的，除了耳朵、眼睛、嘴巴和它的四肢是黑的外，其他部位都是白色的。它有一对圆形的耳朵，圆圆的脸上长着一对黑溜溜的眼睛，眼睛外长着圆圆的黑眼圈，就像戴着一副墨镜一样，看上去真可爱。

我们继续往前走，看到一只大熊猫，它大腿翘着二腿，仰面朝天，戴着“墨镜”的眼睛眯成了一条线，正捧着一把竹子吃得津津有味呢!”

还有几只大熊猫躺在竹子制成的“高架床”上，把手垫在脑后充当棉花枕头，睡得正香呢!有的还时不时伸出粉红色的舌头来舔两下嘴边细腻的绒毛。

正在看时，突然弟弟喊到：“哥哥，你看那是什么?”我仔细一看，原来是一只大熊猫，它正蜷缩着趴在一根很细的枝条上呢!看来我们不能小看大熊猫了，其实它们的爬树本领不比小熊猫差呢!大熊猫平时显得很懒惰，爬起树来还是非常灵巧。

我喜欢我们的国宝——憨态可掬的大熊猫。

期待的暑假换不来我所期待的快乐。

打工结束后，我浑浑噩噩地过了十几天，整天都不知道在干什么。上午是睡觉的时光和期待午饭的时候，下午，无聊，挺难熬的，只能看电视消磨时光，晚上好过多了，吃过饭，美美地洗个澡，歇息一下，然后直奔电脑，坐上两三个小时，然后睡觉，一天就这样过去了，然后是无聊地又这样重复着生活。偶尔做做家务，发点小脾气，看看小说，盼着快点开学，又担心睡懒觉的坏习惯没法儿改掉，误了开学的时间。

一个漫长的假期快结束了，我可能变了很多：剪了头发，养了很多坏习惯，邋遢了点，也不知道是胖了还是瘦了，可能是胖了点吧，不过估计也没什么大变化，我还是一个稻草人。

“桃儿红，杏儿黄，五月初五是端阳，粽子香，包五粮，剥个粽子裹上糖，幸福生活万年长。”每当听到这首歌，我就知道端午节要来了。

我在快到家的时候，闻到了一阵阵扑鼻粽叶的清香味。回到家的时候，我看见爸爸妈妈和奶奶在包粽子，因为粽子要包很多所以可以边包边煮，我看见他们正忙的时候，我去请教奶奶，我问：“奶奶，怎么包粽子?”奶奶说：“要不要我教你包?”我兴奋地说：“好呀好呀。”我们开始包粽子：首先洗糯米、绿豆、红豆和肉，放在一起虑干净水，然后放上酱油上色搅拌均匀，再拿两片洗好的绿油油的粽叶，包出一个窝，放入准备好的材料，先放入糯米和红绿豆再用筷子插几下让它更紧实，中间再放块肉，上面加上糯米材料再用筷子插几下，用绳子绑好，一个粽子便做好了。这样包的粽子才好吃呢。

我觉得这次的端午节最有意义：“它使我学会了包粽子。以前都是爸爸妈妈包好的，这次能吃到自己包的粽子，觉得它更好吃，更有味。

清明节是我们中华民族的传统节日，清明节也叫寒食节。每当清明节到了，家家户户都带着香烛、纸钱来到祖先的坟前焚烧，表示祭奠祖先。清明节正好赶上阳光明媚、柳绿花红、百花齐放的好时光，正好人们踏青春游，气温也渐渐升高，人们也开始种田，所以有一句古老的话：清明前后，种瓜点豆。

今年清明节也和以前一样，我们在家里准备了酒、水果和鲜花。带上东西去老家给先祖登山扫墓，路上看到很多人拿着鲜花，她们的神情都很严肃，可能都在思念自己的亲人。

很快我们就来到了祖先的墓碑，爸爸先用刀把草砍掉，把墓碑前整理的干净，我和爸爸一起把酒、水果和鲜花放在墓碑前面，然后和爸爸妈妈一起给先祖三鞠躬。祈祷祖先保佑大家身体健健康康。扫完墓我们离开了祖先的墓地。

清明节，我们要不忘记自己的亲人，不忘记那些为今天的美好而奋斗的英雄们，让中国这个古老的传统习俗传承下去。

今天是中秋节，吃完早饭，我和爸爸妈妈一起去购买礼物回姥姥家，一到姥姥家，妈妈让我拿礼物，我给姥姥说：“中秋节快乐”，姥姥、姥爷听见很高兴，姥姥做了好多好吃的，然后哥哥也回到姥姥家里，我们围到桌子前面一边吃饭一边喝着果汁，饭后睡完午觉，一起到绿色庄园游玩。

在沙滩上，我们拿着瓶子装沙子，装满后慢慢往里面倒水，让我明白了一个道理，原来装满沙子的瓶子里

面，还可以加好多好多水，这是因为沙子与沙子之间有空隙，沙子还可以吸水。

晚上我和哥哥在街上一起看月亮，月亮好圆啊，就像我们吃的月饼，好漂亮，多么有意思的中秋节!

It is a celebrating day. I got in touch with Michael whom I have been losing contact for one year.

It is really magic. I was searching online aimlessly yesterday when an idea struck me suddenly: since Ben can find out my secret by keying in my name in the search engines, why can’t I do so, either?

I intended to find out something about Ben in revenge in the first place, but soon extend my name list to a wider category. It was then that I recalled Michael suddenly.

We have lost contact since our last correspondence in my senior 3. He mentioned to me in his last letter that he was preparing for going to UK to further his education. I, shamefully, was too busy to reply his mail then. When I was recommended to ZJU and won the final freedom, I thought he had already been in UK so I had no idea where to write him.

I used to think that we would never meet again. However, when I browsed the entries about him, I found out excitedly that he is still in P.R.C.!!

Without a moment hesitation, I ran upstairs to my dorm and found out my old address book. Thank goodness, his home no was still there.

After 3 times calling with no answer replies, I eventually got him on the phone. He was more surprised than I could imagine that when I asked for his hp no he was too nervous to remember it. :P Hehe.

Life is enjoyable in moments such like this. Old friends meet again surprisingly, on a road of their own ways to their dreams. they look at the face of each other, and recognize the old pal. It is such moment that makes me feel grateful to life: whenever I set off for a new destination, I see I have friends in the same direction, with whom I won’t feel alone any more.

“爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。千门万户瞳瞳日，总把新桃换旧符。”在传统节日中，我最喜欢的就是春节了。

春节有很多习俗：写福字、贴春联、挂门神、拜年、收压岁钱、看春晚……其中，我最喜欢的就是放烟花、炮竹。

我们买回来的炮有很多种类，爷爷先把鞭炮放了：火星沿着导火线，缓缓地向炮走去，一碰到炮，就火星四溅，噼里啪啦地响，大家用手把耳朵捂住，但眼睛还瞪得很大，过了好一会，这串像龙一样长的鞭炮才放完。

接下来，又放了许多炮：有飞的，有转的，有喷的，有射的，有摔的，有擦的，各种各样的炮，每一个都很有趣。

烟花是最好看的，有两种颜色：一种是白色，一种是彩色。白色的似箭，直冲天空，彩色的鲜艳，布满天空;白色的速度无人可比，彩色的数量没人敢抗;白色的速度越来越快，彩色的数量分裂的越来越多。刚开始只有一家在放，然后有两家放了，最后全村几乎都在放烟花。悦耳的欢呼声从四面八方传来，甚至有人放起了音乐，每个人都满脸笑容，为烟花增添了许多“花”。

春节是多么欢快呀!我喜欢烟花，更喜欢春节!

自古，中国的节日就过得极为讲究。拿目前中国最重要的节日——春节来说，早在尧舜时期，春节就兴起了，经过代代传承，代代发展，春节的习俗就越来越多了，吃饺子、贴春联、放鞭炮、扫尘、守岁、拜年、看春晚……总能让一家老小热闹十来天。

有很多人说，我们中国人对西方传统节日过于重视从而淡忘了许多我国传统节日习俗。其实，我认为“罪魁祸首”不在西方节日而在于中国人对中国节日的概念。譬如说春节要吃饺子，但不代表有饺子就是过春节。现如今的多数年轻人别说做饺子，为家人做一顿三菜一汤的晚饭都很困难。为了延续节日习俗，一到春节，超市中的速冻饺子就成了热卖品，显然多数不会做饺子的人都选择了速冻饺子来过一个“有饺子的春节”。这就违背了过节的本意，春节本是一家人团圆的时节，春节吃饺子这个习俗也如此，不重在吃，而在于一家人围坐在一起热热闹闹地包饺子，老人包饺子皮，小孩和饺子陷，女人洗菜，男人煮粽饺子……裹的是一份热闹，吃的是一个团圆，而超市一袋一碗的饺子只能算是一顿便当，根本没有年味儿。

再说说现如今一些老学者对西方节日和中国人过西方节日十分排斥这件事。我认为西方节日也有它的精华和历史。譬如说圣诞节，许多现代西方家长为了圆“圣诞老人”这一出“世纪大谎话”，会不约而同的在圣诞当晚给熟睡的孩子准备一份小礼物。当然，在他们小时候，他们的父母也是这么做的。这就好比我们中国春节时长辈给小辈红包压岁一样，也是一个节日文化。中国的青年人在西方节日时同西方人一样欢庆，这也不足为过，相反我认为这是一种对西方文化的学习和尊重，不管怎么说西方人在咱中国春节时也会张灯结彩，也会放起鞭炮，收看春晚甚至尝试包饺子。

正值春节来临之际，望大家真正地投入节日习俗，用亲自劳动做出团圆，做出春节。

In China， Spring Festival is the biggest day. People will come back home and enjoy spending some time with their families. So no matter how far they are， they will figure out all the ways to come back home and get reunited. The house cleaning work before the coming of this big day always brings me the happy memory.

We can find something lost a long time ago in the corner. It is like the surprise and makes me feel so excited. On the New Year’s Eve， all of my families will sit together and enjoy the real big meal. We share our happiness and the future expectation. What a nice moment.
