记得以前上学的时候呢，我总是让爸爸开着小汽车来接送我上班，为了低碳生活，我请求爸爸给我买辆自行车，让我自己骑自行车上学放学，这样还可以锻炼身体，又可以减少小汽车尾气的排放。

上班看手机，乘公交车看手机，吃饭还是看手机，这似乎让你缺乏对孩子交流，变成“低头族”。让你感觉这生活好像缺少了些什么。所以，别让碎片化毁了你的生活。我们应该让快乐传递下去，这就能使你不再那么烦燥，不那么焦虑。
