6月26日是联合国确定的国际禁毒日。今年“6.26”国际禁毒日的宣传主题是“无毒青春，健康生活”。劝阻青少年吸毒，提倡年轻一代健康向上的生活，抵制不良嗜好，慎交不好的朋友，勉励青年人以学业为重，为前途考虑。随着我国对我开放步伐的加快，邪恶之源的毒品也在暗中流入国内，少数意志薄弱者抵制不住毒品的快感诱惑，从无所谓的第一次尝试到不能自拔，落入深渊，教训极其深刻。给家人、社会带来不安定因素，危害严重。

毒品是指鸦片、海洛因、吗啡、大麻、可卡因以及其他能够使人形成瘾癖的麻醉药品和新型毒品。毒品是一种容易成瘾的东西，一旦吸上，就难以摆脱，且越吸量越大，尤其是冰毒，一次吸入就上瘾。人一旦沾染万恶的毒品，显得无精打采，什么事也不想干，一天到晚想到那个东西。毒品从非法渠道搞到，价格昂贵，往往一吸上就耗尽家财，甚至走上犯罪之路。新闻媒体上经常有这方面的报道，可谓触目惊心。有一次我看到一则《纪实》电视片，内容是一对恋人的不幸遭遇。男的因吸毒而感染上爱滋病，处于死亡的边缘。女方却深爱对方，没有抛弃男友，为男友治病。我想，如果男方不去吸毒，也就切断传染源，避免这一曲人间悲剧的发生。

人是有自制力的。虽然毒品无孔不入，暗中吸引你，但是，假如你有很强的克制能力，还是可以抵制住毒品的快感诱惑。因为生活是美好的，工作是美丽的。不去结交不值得交往的“朋友”，不碰第一次。多与家人和朋友在一起，己身正，邪气难已入侵。

每年一次的毒品日宣传活动搞得有声有色，很好。它可以引起人们的注意。毒品就在我们的身边，是一种非常危险的东西，碰它不得。党和政府下大决心禁毒，城市里已开设戒毒所，为已染上毒瘾的人脱离“苦海”，回到正常人的生活轨道上来，虽然有点艰难，但是毅志坚强者是可以克服的。

堵源截流，毒品一般从境外或边远地区渗入。如果我们的警民共建起强有力的防毒网络，让毒品贩子无孔可钻，无利可图，就可以减少毒品的危害。完全消灭毒品是不可能的，最大限度减少毒品的危害，保护人民群众的健康，是可以做到的。遥想鸦片战争，我们是吃了鸦片的苦头，加上当时朝政腐败，国力不振，导致被动挨打。现代不同啦，中国人民站起来啦，独立主权国家是不允许毒品横行的。我们有信心，有能力，打一场没有硝烟的反毒战争。让毒品造成的人间悲剧少之又少，是我们的期盼。让我们携起手来，筑起批一条毒品的防线，为造就一个没有毒品的社会而努力奋斗吧!

最近，我们的食物变得越来越不干净，各种各样的情况相继被发现，对我们的生活造成了严重的威胁。我们来回顾一下近年来频发的食品安全问题:三鹿奶粉含有大量三聚氰胺，日本毒“鲜饺子”，酸奶含有大量增稠剂、瘦肉精、食品添加剂、激素类抗生素等食品安全问题，甚至连我们平时很喜欢的肯德基、麦当劳等知名快餐店都存在严重的食品安全问题。这让我们特别担心。

记得看过一个视频，讲的是美国食品加工厂的内幕。基本上牛肉、猪肉、羊肉等都是全国垄断的。作为世界上最强大的国家，美国的肉制品存在许多问题。虽然他们死去的鸡鸭会被掩埋，但许多病菌是无法避免的。有一个例子:一个住在美国的小男孩，只有三四岁左右，因为在快餐店吃了两个汉堡而生病。他感染了金黄色葡萄球菌，无法治疗，只能等死。最严重的时候，小男孩连饭都吃不下，只能输液维持营养和能力。最后，他不久就去世了。可见食品安全已经危及到我们的生命。

在中国，这样的例子很多。很多商家为了一时的利益而制造廉价肮脏的废油，为了利益而抛弃自己的基本良心。在今天的餐厅里，我不敢问我吃的东西是否安全。我就想问什么不安全。所以我一直不敢去餐厅吃饭，因为我在家做的东西是最安全最健康的。那些搞地沟油的，我很想问问他们:你们是怎么下定决心这么做的？赚没有良心的钱，赌人家健康！你这样做是在杀人！

前不久，肯德基也爆发了食品安全问题。据说肯德基的鸡翅鸡腿都是变异鸡。那些鸡20多天就能长大，看起来一模一样的成年鸡。然而，他们走路时连站都站不稳，跌跌撞撞。他们的腿根本承受不了身体的重量。他们已经长大了，已经面临死亡。肯德基的鸡肉油条也是冷冻的，饮料都是自己做的。对人的健康危害很大，只有不安全的食物才是最美味最受欢迎的。许多人对快餐上瘾。他们已经很胖了，但仍然吃快餐和变异鸡。他们的“小强”精神真让人佩服！

不久前，当我看周立波的节目时，周立波也在节目中谈到了食物问题。他故意调侃道:昨晚我做了一个神农降临人间的梦，他来我家，我拿出丰盛的食物去迎接他。这时候神农吃了一顿地沟油，猪肉带毒血，瘦肉精，喝了一杯加了防腐剂的饮料，口吐白沫。最后他拿起纸笔，写了五个字:中文，真牛！那他就会死。

看到这个故事，我不知道该哭还是该笑。中国的食品安全问题已经到了如此严重的程度。

“以人为本，安全第一”！为了大家的幸福，希望政府能深入检查，食品企业能凭良心做生意！我们不想随便买路边菜和“三无”产品。我们期待并等待着我们能很快吃到安全食物的那一天...
