In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in

Spending small moments of time alone—sans phone, tablet, laptop, TV, and radio—allows one to really tune in. We need to ask ourselves things like: What is my body telling me today? How do I feel today?

There are all kinds of things we can do to enjoy our alone time, some of them very simple. I enjoy my shower, my yoga practice, and the scenic drive home, all without communication to the exterior world. This helps me to really absorb my practice and just “be.” I find it helpful to journal, old fashion style, with a pen and paper after this little escape.

我们可以做很多事情来享受独处的时光，有些事情非常简单。我喜欢淋浴，喜欢瑜伽练习，喜欢在开车回家的路上看秀丽的风 景，这些都不需要和外部世界联系。这能帮我真正消化自己的所做所为，仅仅安静的待着。我发现在这种小小的消遣之后，用在纸上用笔写日记这样古老的方式很有帮助。

People want to have good health.what is good health?you are feeling strong and well.your eyes are bright and clear.your face is clean and fresh.you feel happy and ready for anything.you enjoy your work and life.you are in good health.exercise is one of the forms to keep our body in good health.exercise trains the muscles and makes them stronger.you can walk and throw a ball because you have trained your muscles to do these things.feel the soft part of your arm.you are feeling muscles.when you bend your arm you can feel the big muscles move and become firmer.exercise not only keeps the muscles of the limbs and body in good condition,but also strengthens the muscles of the heart and organs of breathing.exercise helps to make the heart strong.have you ever felt your beat?it beats faster when you are running than when you are sitting still.the heat pumps blood more freely when we do exercise,and serves all parts of the body better.exercise helps the lungs to do better work.too full and rapid breathing develops the muscles of the chest.lets take part in exercise.the earlier,the better.

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt myself to it. Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to render service to my country.

I get up at six o’clock every day. After I wash my face and brush my teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o’clock.

After school is over, I return home. We usually have supper at seven o’clock.Then I begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before I go to bed.

If we want to keep our bodies healthy, we must have a good habit. We should

get up and go to bed early and sleep at least eight hours every day. Do more

exercise, such as walking, swimming, playing balls and so on. We should also eat

healthy food——more fruit and vegetable s and less meat. If you don’t feel well,

you’d better see a doctor at once. And we should wash our hands before meals and

drink enough boiled water every day. It’s necessary for our health.

We should not throw litter about, keep long fingernails and smoke etc. It’s

also very important.

Some people like living in the city because city life has many advantages. They think there are more job opportunities in cities， life there is more colorful and meaningful than that in the country， and there are more modern conveniences in cities for people to enjoy.

But some other people prefer to live in the countryside. They say life in the countryside is closer to nature and better for their health， life there is quieter and that country people are more honest than city people.

I would like to live in a city when I am young to earn enough money and I live in the countryside when I am old for having a quite life.
