她是一个花季少女，为人们口中所谓的爱情而堕落。由于始终都没有找到使自己振作的方法，她便开始寻找一些让自己可以振奋的方法。当听到这个吸引她的名词——毒品时，她跃跃欲试。她与毒品相遇相知之后，她从乖乖女沦为暴躁、蛮横的女痞子。毒品使她爱上了钱，让她不得不成为一个毒品的牺牲品，走上了风尘女子这条道路。她落寞之际，只独自一人在街头痛哭。后来，她遭人嫌弃，只能向父母不停的伸手，甚至无休止地搜刮他们的一分一毫，父母的溺爱与无知，让她仅存的后悔都消失殆尽。最终，父亲瘫痪在床，家中失去了主要的经济来源，母亲失声痛哭，而她始终两眼无力，骨瘦如柴，浑浑噩噩地过日子。

幸福经不起毒品的打击，家人经不起毒品的拜访。

成绩优异的男孩，生活在阴暗潮湿的环境下，父母每天不停的争吵，他努力让自己不屈服于这悲惨的命运。他讨厌没有父母关爱的日子，因此，他变得沉默，变得抑郁。无意中他接触到毒品，毒品使他那如空洞般的内心得到填补。为了得到毒品，他不惜用尽一切手段。同学们亲眼目睹他堕落的过程，也只能轻轻一叹。他开始暴躁。心不在焉，不时对人采取暴力行为。他的父母如尘埃般飘过，对他的一切不曾听闻。直到有一天，父母因为赌博再一次争吵，激怒了他那愤怒的内心，他冲进厨房，拿出菜刀，向着他的父母，乱砍乱杀乱骂，让人不禁心痛。当他父母看到这一切时，却不知他们眼神里的惊讶已是无法挽回的后悔。

为何人们触碰毒品后，都会忠心于它呢?首先，毒品会影响人体大脑中的多巴胺，当多巴胺大量产生时，会占据人脑的鸦片受体，便会产生幸福快乐的感受;其次，当多巴胺分泌失调，便会引发各种生理症状，如流体流泪，头昏脑胀，乏力嗜睡，甚至有万蚁噬骨的不适痛楚。

吸毒会使每一户家庭都支离破碎，经济破产，亲属离散，甚至家破人亡的困境。进行毒品活动会造成社会财富的巨大损失，扰乱社会治安，同时还会使环境恶化，缩小人类的生存空间。吸毒会使人体产生依赖，同时也会使精神产生依赖性，及危害人体的机理。

生命不应因此而结束，意志不应因此而磨灭。

作为青少年的我们，应控制住自己的好奇心，提高自我素养并调节平衡的能力和抗拒毒品诱惑的能力，筑起抵制毒品的铜墙铁壁。努力让自己成为毒品的操控者，而不是被控者。

拒之毒，珍其命。

青春正处璀璨之际，懵懂天真是我们的标签。别让毒品一步步吞噬我们，时间无法阻止它的伤害，人心却可筑起一道心墙，当毒品在你内心萌芽时，请早下定决心处决它吧!国无毒，富更强;家无毒，福安康。

I began school at seven in accordance with the law in a remote village. Short of funds, the school had only a few classrooms, all poorly constructed.  to say, our teachers were few, too. As a pupil I preferred the playground to the classroom and often liked to play tricks on girls, as by hiding insects in their desk drawers. On one occasion, I even grimaced behind the back of our teacher, caing the whole class to break into laughter; however, instead of becoming angry, he merely asked why we were laughing and wondered whether there was anything wrong with him. On ather occasion, I punctured the tires of a  parked inside the school by ing something sharppointed, leaving the principal frightened and bewildered after he had ticed that. Such were the happy moments in my life at that school. The happiest moment, to me and to all of my schoolmates, however, was the one when the school was letting out at the last bell of the day and we were rhing home as if we would never be back. Once, on our way home, a bunch of naughty students found a crickets hole and exerted themselves to inject water into it with loud cheers. The girls were  less frantic than the boys when they were having a good time at such games as jump-rope, hopscotch and battledore and shuttlecock.

I’m talking about / Here is my advice about how to keep health/fit?

As a middle shool studentfirst you’d better do more exercise such as playing ball games running swimming and jumping rope.Then you should pay attention to your diet or meals Don’t eat too much meat and suger but more vegetables and fruit.Third you need enough sleep or rest . Nextkeep yourself happy.As people often say smiling makes younger.Last you mustn’t drink wine or smoke .They are bad for your health. That is my advice.

Todays society is a highly developed technological society. However, the

shortcomings in the development process are obvious, such as: carbon dioxide,

and environmental pollution. But the most serious should be the carbon dioxide

problem.

Now the problem of global warming because of excess emissions of greenhouse

gases. Excessive amount of carbon dioxide emissions, creating a diversified

economy and La Nina phenomena lag disorder. Two levels of glaciers melting,

polar animals lose their chance of survival at the same time, will lead to

rising sea levels, many coastal cities into the water did not result in a few

years later. Therefore, we must take the necessary measures to reduce the

environmental impact of carbon dioxide.

For example: tree-planting activities, reduce fossil fuel use, we can from

our own, to promote low-carbon living.

Yesterday, after a long meeting in the class, all the students had been told about the safe issues, then the summer vacation finally came. All of us felt so happy and liked a free bird, rushing to home quickly. I had been looking forward to this holiday for such a long time, I really needed to take some rest after studying for a semester. I have made some plans for my summer vacation. First, I wanted to spend some time to stay with my grandparents. I miss them all the time and they always tell me to visit them when I have the time. My grandma will cook the delicious food for me.
