我的小学是在五小度过的,小学的快乐时光因为作业少,老师经常讲故事.一年级的时候我不太爱学习,但三年级以后我开始喜欢学习,因为老师给我们说学习的乐趣,还有经常的体育活动.

我会永远记住我的小学同学,小学老师,也将永远记住我难忘的小学生活.

In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal college life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.

Under this circumstance, I never expect my college life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. It is not realistic to make all things on my own way, with everyone liking me, winning the first prize all the time, and so on. Of course, I’d like to lead a carefree life. However, this does little good to my future. What really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment. Only after experiencing those can I know what society is like, and what life is like.

To conclude my speech, I wanna say, some positive experiences are surely part of the ideal college life. But, I should not forget about the negative sides. They are not less necessary.

毒品”,一个可怕的名词，只要一不小心就会落入它的魔掌。多少鲜活的生命因为被它妖艳的外表所迷惑，从此踏上一条不归路。这是一条充满了精神与肉体的痛苦，充满了妻离子散的痛苦，充满了懦弱的灭亡的不归路。

在我们眼中“爱”这个神圣而纯洁的感情，在吸毒者眼里却是一个发财工具，一个利用友爱、父爱、母爱谋取金钱的工具。

《中华人民共和国刑法》第357条规定:毒品是指鸦片、海洛因、甲基苯丙胺【冰毒】、吗啡、大麻、可卡因以及国家规定管制的能使人形成瘾癖的麻醉药品和精神药品。

她，年仅15岁，已是第三次进戒毒所了。每当毒瘾发作时，她浑身颤抖，涕泪横流，痛苦不堪，用手使劲扯头发，用头猛烈撞墙，吃不下饭，喝不下水。她骨瘦如柴，失去了上学的大好时光。

她，年仅18岁，为了戒毒，用手铐把自己的左手铐在铁床上。仅过了一天，他就忍不住毒瘾的折磨，用菜刀剁下自己的左手，不顾一切的跳下楼去寻找毒品。结果，这一跳结束了她年轻的生命。

我曾在报纸上看到一个人吸毒，他和他的爸爸一起吸毒，应吸毒过量而死，妻子肚子里的胎儿被毒死，妻子上吊而死，妈妈又被气死。

像这样妻离子散、家破人亡的事列早已司空见惯。

“远离毒品，关爱生命!”，这不仅是一句口号，更是一口警钟。时时刻刻在你耳边响起。提醒你那些五颜六色的药丸;提高你自我保护的意识;帮助你重新认识自己的生命。

朋友，请珍爱自己的生命，把毒品踢出中国!

现在，移动互联网大为发展，原来我们的生活逐渐变得碎片化。

碎片化的时间，碎片化的阅读，碎片化的购物，碎片化的社交……碎片化的生活无时无刻不在影响着我们的心态与认可。

以前阅读文章，都是通过纸张来阅读的，而现在呢？成群的人们通过手机，电子书，电脑来阅读。许多人认为这样方便阅读，但我认为这并不好，一些书中的东西，并不是手机这些可以传递的，比如中国民族的传统文化。我认为，只有你真真切切的拿本书看，才能够切身体会。

现在互联网发展地越来越快，原来耗时的购物，也变得简单起来。以前，购物都是出去在商场里买的，现在呢？足不出户，在“淘宝”“京东”就可以买到任何东西只要你手指轻轻划去的时候，你就下好了。一个订单，过个一两天。你就能收到包裹。

自从有了智能手机，于是现在的许多人都经常看手机，玩游戏。原本休息的时间都被替代，人们沉迷于手机，工作，坐车，马路，处处可看到人低着头在看手机，甚至有人因为过马路低头看手机而被车撞到。

现在通过手机社交也特别方便，以前人们通过写信来交流。现在，无论你在哪儿，只要打个电话，就能聊天，而“微信”“QQ”。都可以随时随地交流，十分方便。

生活就像一本百科全书，每一页的点点滴滴都给我一样的启示，生活就是一种艺术，仔细感受，你会发现我们的生活非常美丽，生活是一首美丽的诗，它书写着我们的梦，我们的童年，生活是一卷美丽的画，它表现着我们的青春！

I am a student who studies in a school which is located in Harbin. I was admitted into this beautiful school. I still remember the day when I first went to school. In my eyes, everything was pretty. I get on well with my classmates and teachers. Since I went to this school, I think of my teachers as my best friends like leaves and flowers. I never look upon them as others. It is reason why I often question my teachers on some problems is that I love them. When I am trouble and lose heart, they always help me settle these problems. Of course, I am also satisfied with their education. I have a lot of friends who can make me try to form them good study habits. Because of that, I often get up early and try my best to study well.I also like you that I have favorite subject, also have dislike subject. I prefer learning English to learning others. It is easily of me to learn this lesson, I often get an "A" in the exam. In my In my opinion，In the future work, the English study also play an important role. I do not like Chinese because it is so boring that I cant stand sleeping. In order to make progress, I have to try my best to learn it well. I also want to lay a good foundation in all subjects. I believe, in the near future, I am learning will be successful.

I think we should enjoy a change from our busy life in our school.

So we must have an outing at some interesting places, Such as The Himalayas, the west lake and the great wall. In this way, we will have a rest in our busy life, If it is in beautiful places that you will enjoy yourselves. During that time, you will not only see the sights od views, but you also can go through an interesting life. That can enlarge your views. Physical recreations and intellectual activities are the two major ways of spending our leisure time. While some people have interests in both of them, most of us also have preferable way to spend our time off. I prefer a balance of these kinds of activities to provide both the physical conditioning and mental stimulation I need to face in the daily grind. For me, physical recreation is necessary for good health but intellectual pursuits such as reading stories provide the most pleasure.

I really enjoy my school life. School life should be interesting and colorful, just as the saying goes, "The school life is everyone young men, the source of happiness."

My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morningfrom Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head teacher says health is themost important thing. After running I have to do morning exercises on theplayground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast, I need to have morningreading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have to do some cleaningbefore breakfast. There come the various classes. Then noon comes. Havinglunch, I will go to sleep. I often read twenty minutes before I fall asleep. I haveclass in the afternoon. And I still have classes at night. It’s boring, right? ButI have got used to it and enjoy myself at school.

Now we are facing two problems of global warming and a shortage of natural resources, both of which are getting more and more serious day by day. Thus, it is important for us to promote aLow-carbon lifestyle.

Low-carbon lifestyle covers many aspect of our life like transportation, traveling, home-heating, and so on. In order to promote a low-carbon life, some plans must be carried out as follows. Firstly, don’t waste any electricity and water. Remember to turn off the lights and water taps unless we use them. Secondly, we had better take the subways or bus to work, so as to reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide. Thirdly, we should use cloth bags for shopping instead of plastic bags, and use recyclable bowls and chopsticks instead of disposable ones, for it can not only save resources, but also reduce pollution. What’s more, it is of great significance to plant more trees, since trees can balance the carbon dioxide emissions.

低碳生活方式包括了我们生活的很多方面，比如交通、旅行、室内取暖等。为了促进低碳生活，我们应该采取以下的行动。首先，不要浪费水电。要记得随手关灯，用水完后随手关闭水龙头。其次，我们最好坐地铁或是公交车上班，这样可以减少碳排放。第三，我们购物时应该用布袋替换塑料袋;使用可循环利用的碗筷，不使用一次性用品。因为这样不仅节约资源，也减少污染。此外，大量植树也很重要，因为树木可以平衡二氧化碳排放量。

In a word, if we live a low-carbon life from now on, we will have a better environment and more resources left for our descendants.

总之，如果我们现在开始低碳生活，我们将会拥有跟美好的环境，还为我们的子孙后代节约资源。

hello everybody.Today Im glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh experience in China Agriculture University.

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time.But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class.And then even worse there would be nobody remind me

except my teacher!So the differences are everywhere and I could easily find them.The change of life is great and its wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.

My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!

My winter vocation Winter holidays are coming. I am going to get up very

late at about half past nine because I feel litter tired. now I am on

vacation.

I don’t have to go to school. How wonderful ! During this vacation I can do

lots of interesting things. For example, I am going to play basketball ,

computer games and some other games. But of course, I must always remember that

“我想去桂林呀，我想去桂林，可是有时间的时候我却没有钱；我想去桂林呀，我想去桂林，等我有了钱的时候我却没时间”很老的一首歌，但它的歌词内容仍然适合于现在。如今的人们过于追求他们认为好的生活质量，把所有的时间都花在努力工作上，忽略了健康，忽略了亲人，忽略了所有的休息时间，到头来终于得到了自己的想要的一切，金钱或是地位，却发现自己已经失去了太多无法用金钱买来的东西，比如健康，比如时间。到这个时候才醒悟已经太晚了。

那么到底怎样的生活质量才是最好的呢？有财？有权？都不是。我认为，适合自己的才是最好的。那也许有的人要说，富人们可以有时间去度假，去打高尔夫，那是他们有钱，而我们不一样，我们要工作了才有钱，才能享受和他们一样的生活。其实不然。生活质量跟金钱是不能划等号的。每个人都有属于自己的生活，只要自认为自己生活的好就行了，何必总是和他人比较？世上总是需要清洁工，保安，保姆等职业的，不能因为他们的低收入就认为他们的生活质量不高，看不起他们。我们的生活不能没有他们，如果没有他们，我们很多人的生活都会和现在大不一样。

健康对于我们每个人来说都是最重要的。有了健康，我们才能更好的学习、工作，更好地去创造财富，改善生活。它决定了我们的生活质量。我认为，一个好的生活质量应该是和身体健康直接相关的，也许这就是为什么人们都很喜欢“身体健康”这类祝酒词的原因。人的身体就好象一部机器，总有出现问题的时候，需要时常检修，有的时候，人就是有点懒惰，如果是一点点的小毛病，没有阻碍到机器的运转，就当做看不到。只是当这些小毛病累积起来，终于让这部机器停下来的时候，运气好，还能大修，运气不好，就报废了。有多少成功人士，年轻的时候为了事业，从来不考虑自己的健康问题，只知道没日没夜地工作，也没有想过每天抽出一些时间来运动，到了老年，不工作了，才发现自己的身体已

经无可救药，这真是一种悲哀，他用了一辈子为家人创造好的生活质量，到头来自己却要在病痛中享受。

富裕的生活总是能够得到的，只要我们肯吃苦；身体的健康也是可以得到的，就看我们是否重视。好的生活质量固然重要，但一个好的身体也不可缺少。在我们的人生旅途中，我们应该设法为他们找一个双赢的策略而不是在它们中进行取舍。为了我们都可以拥有满意的生活质量，我们应该时刻注意自己的健康。
