临近期末考试，没日没夜废寝忘食的复习却丝毫没有减轻我的压力，我的目标如何实现。考前清晨，我很早便被含义惊醒，便再无法入眠。孑然起身，不声不响地离开了家门。

雨后的清晨，还透着阵阵凉意。我沿着小道漫无目的向前走着，道边绿草如茵，比率的叶片上还挂着晶莹剔透的露珠，可我却无心欣赏，生怕辜负了老师和父母的期望而带来的压力如密不透风的屏障包裹着我，又如一座巍峨的大山压在我的肩上，呼吸困难，一阵眩晕，顿时有一种想要呕吐的冲动。谁来拯救我已疲惫不堪，接近崩溃的心?

没人回答，我眺望远方，太阳微露，天边雨意朦胧，模模糊糊，迷迷茫茫，看不透，望不尽，一如我的内心被黑暗笼罩，无法触碰尽头。

失失落落，向前走着，偶然发现不远处竟有位老人，佝偻着身躯，在田里忙活着。不自觉地走上前去，注视着老人。老人似乎没有察觉到我，神情专注地打理着他的菜地，如同在悉心照顾他的孙儿。他很瘦，如枯木的手背上隆着醒目的情色血管，灰黑的匹夫与苍老的面颊与他脸上的笑容格格不入。

他擦了把汗，抬头看见了我，笑眯眯地说：小姑娘，起得好早啊!似乎感受到了我内心的压抑，他关切地问：有什么心事吗?不知怎地，对于这个初次见面的陌生老人我似乎格外亲近，格外信任，竟将自己内心的愁苦郁闷全都发泄了出来，说完便觉得轻松了好多。原来是这样。老人若有所思，沉吟片刻，老人说：孩子，从前我年轻时，也争强好胜，总给自己定下很高的目标，为达到它用尽各种办法，这样其实很累，你现在还在学习，以后走上社会若还如此，便会被那些官场上的东西磨灭了意志和本性，我便是再也无法忍受那如山的压力，才退居于此种地。我愣了楞，说：难道你现在每天这样早起操劳，不累吗? 老人咧嘴一笑：怎么会累呢，这是最适合我的生活了，与世无争，自给自足，自得其乐。老人一脸灿烂，触碰到了我内心最柔软的角落。适合自己的。嗯适合自己的。太阳渐渐爬上来，明媚的阳光驱散了阴霾，照进了我的心中。

我步伐轻松的向家走去，内心从未有过的释然，自嘲过去的辛劳，适合自己的才是最好的，何必定下过高的目标，给自己找到合适的位置，再做努力，有何不可。

呵，原来适合自己的才是最好的，放下心中的包裹，前进的道路一片光明……
