今天我们终于来到了神秘而又陌生的福建省未成年人强制隔离戒毒所，参加626国际禁毒日的活动。

一进大门，我们便看见了高墙、铁丝网和身强力壮的警察。首先，我们需要核对身份证件，获得许可后才能够进入，因为场所比较特殊，手机，包不能够带入，在他们进行基本的讲解以后我们被分成了两个小组带进去参观。接着，我们进入安检室，那里有警察叔叔阿姨拿着安检器进行扫描，保证没有一些禁止的东西带进去，通过安检室就是监控室，这里可以全方位监视整个未戒所。随后我们又经过了一道大大的铁门，进入后，隔墙铁丝网更是随处可见，警察叔叔为我们介绍，他说这些未成年人是违法者，但也是受害者，他还带我们参观了大楼，里面设施十分齐全，有卫生所，教室，阅读室，宿舍等等，在参观他们宿舍时，有个亲情墙，大家看着都十分感动，上面是戒毒人员写的心愿，他们都十分希望尽快和父母团聚，这也让我们意识到毒品的危害重大。我还注意到了他们养的小，说明他们对生活十分热爱!我还看到他们的，十分大，十分漂亮，有一个人工和天然草混合的足球场，可我知道这一切都容不下他们想家的心。我发现阅览室里有部亲情电话，每周天就可以拨打，每月的10号20号是探视日，这可能是他们最期盼的一天了!接着就是今天的重头戏一一文艺汇演了。先是领导讲话，我也了解了今年禁毒活动的主题是“无毒青春，健康生活”。

演出开始了，通过主持人的介绍，我们得知这一次文艺汇演共有13个节目，大家十分欢欣的坐在自己的位置上观看这一场精彩的文艺汇演，我们小记者网的多名参加演出，有演唱成成学法律主题曲的，也有表演吉他的，可谓是形式多样，们可以说是身怀绝技。我们还看了戒毒学员们表演的节目，他们的节目有手语感恩的心，以及街舞，表达了他们对新生活的向往。省歌舞剧院更是派出了歌手及各种民乐表演者，演出非常精彩!我们共同度过了有意义的下午。

最后我采访了省关工委的肖，他们都对禁毒表示十分的支持与肯定!我们也衷心的希望社会上毒品能够彻底杜绝，给我们青少年一个更好更美的明天!

最近，我们的食物变得越来越不干净，各种各样的情况相继被发现，对我们的生活造成了严重的威胁。我们来回顾一下近年来频发的食品安全问题:三鹿奶粉含有大量三聚氰胺，日本毒“鲜饺子”，酸奶含有大量增稠剂、瘦肉精、食品添加剂、激素类抗生素等食品安全问题，甚至连我们平时很喜欢的肯德基、麦当劳等知名快餐店都存在严重的食品安全问题。这让我们特别担心。

记得看过一个视频，讲的是美国食品加工厂的内幕。基本上牛肉、猪肉、羊肉等都是全国垄断的。作为世界上最强大的国家，美国的肉制品存在许多问题。虽然他们死去的鸡鸭会被掩埋，但许多病菌是无法避免的。有一个例子:一个住在美国的小男孩，只有三四岁左右，因为在快餐店吃了两个汉堡而生病。他感染了金黄色葡萄球菌，无法治疗，只能等死。最严重的时候，小男孩连饭都吃不下，只能输液维持营养和能力。最后，他不久就去世了。可见食品安全已经危及到我们的生命。

在中国，这样的例子很多。很多商家为了一时的利益而制造廉价肮脏的废油，为了利益而抛弃自己的基本良心。在今天的餐厅里，我不敢问我吃的东西是否安全。我就想问什么不安全。所以我一直不敢去餐厅吃饭，因为我在家做的东西是最安全最健康的。那些搞地沟油的，我很想问问他们:你们是怎么下定决心这么做的？赚没有良心的钱，赌人家健康！你这样做是在杀人！

前不久，肯德基也爆发了食品安全问题。据说肯德基的鸡翅鸡腿都是变异鸡。那些鸡20多天就能长大，看起来一模一样的成年鸡。然而，他们走路时连站都站不稳，跌跌撞撞。他们的腿根本承受不了身体的重量。他们已经长大了，已经面临死亡。肯德基的鸡肉油条也是冷冻的，饮料都是自己做的。对人的健康危害很大，只有不安全的食物才是最美味最受欢迎的。许多人对快餐上瘾。他们已经很胖了，但仍然吃快餐和变异鸡。他们的“小强”精神真让人佩服！

不久前，当我看周立波的节目时，周立波也在节目中谈到了食物问题。他故意调侃道:昨晚我做了一个神农降临人间的梦，他来我家，我拿出丰盛的食物去迎接他。这时候神农吃了一顿地沟油，猪肉带毒血，瘦肉精，喝了一杯加了防腐剂的饮料，口吐白沫。最后他拿起纸笔，写了五个字:中文，真牛！那他就会死。

看到这个故事，我不知道该哭还是该笑。中国的食品安全问题已经到了如此严重的程度。

“以人为本，安全第一”！为了大家的幸福，希望政府能深入检查，食品企业能凭良心做生意！我们不想随便买路边菜和“三无”产品。我们期待并等待着我们能很快吃到安全食物的那一天...

When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing

exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and

novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which

I couldnt stand the most. In a word, all i did in high shool should be

considered for the College Entrance Examination.

However, my college life is totally different from the life in high

school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the

library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also

join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My

teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us

knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. In

addition, there are more opportunities for me to improve myself.

I believe college life is an important stage in my life. In college, i can

learn how to learn by myself, how to get on with others, how to live

independently.College provides me with a stage where i can show myself and be

myself.

With the development of science and technology, more and more rich, along with the people on the street also slowly up more private cars, people gradually away from the low carbon life. Continue like this, will also affect other creatures, the earth will disappear from the universe.

That will not save the earth? No, as long as from now on, our action, and save the planet, save yourself - low carbon life!

Speaking of low-carbon life, since I can remember, my grandfather would help me to develop a good habit - which would be some waste paper and the cartons are collected, and then get a junkyard to sell. I still dont understand what then, is to save, now think about, if everybody can do so, the less we human beings will be able to cut down many trees! Every time I went to the supermarket shopping with my family, I will remind adults take environmental protection bag, normally we buy drinks will try to buy carton, it can reduce the "white pollution". Remember once in the supermarket, I saw a mother can toothpaste, get down, can say something like that to squeeze toothpaste is very clean, that can save a point. I said, "you see, it is made of plastic". Mother dont understand what that means. I say again: "in order to save a little toothpaste and make the earth a few more white trash, have what good"? Mom suddenly enlighted, even said: "yeah, yeah! This invention is really not worth ah"!

Low carbon living there are a lot of tips! Such as water washing a face can be used to flush the toilet, watering the flowers. Washing machine wash clothes of water can be rigged up with small basin, which can be used to clean the floor, wipe furniture... These are all we can do some things at ordinary times.

You see, low carbon life is so simple! Let us act together: everyone is to do with me!

随着科技的发展，随着人们越来越富裕，大街上的私家车也慢慢地多了起来，大家渐渐地远离了低碳生活。再这样下去，还会影响到其它生物，地球将从宇宙中消失。

那地球会不会没有救了呢?不，只要从现在开始，我们行动起来，拯救地球，拯救自己——过低碳生活!

说起低碳生活，从我记事起，外公就帮我养成了一个很好的习惯——将一些废纸和纸箱都收集起来，然后拿到废品收购站去卖。那时我还不懂什么，只当是节约，现在想想，要是每个人都能这样做的话，那我们人类将可以少砍多少树呀!每次我和家人去超市购物，我都会提醒大人带上环保袋，平时我们买饮料会尽量买纸盒装的，那样可以减少“白色污染”。 记得有一回在超市，我妈妈看见一个可以挤牙膏的东西，就要买下来，说那样的话可以把牙膏挤的很干净，那可以节省点。我却说：“你看，这是用是塑料做的”。妈妈不明白是什么意思。我又说：“为了节省点一点牙膏而使地球上又多了一些白色垃圾，有什么好的”?妈妈恍然大悟，连说：“是呀，是呀!看来这个发明的确是得不偿失呀”!

低碳生活其实还有很多小窍门呢!比如洗脸过的水可以用来冲马桶，浇花;洗衣机里洗衣物的水可以用一个个盆子装起来，可以用来擦地板，擦家具……这些都是我们平时力所能及的一些小事。

你看，低碳生活其实就是这么简单!让我们一起行动起来：人人做到我做起吧!
