我是一所大学的student.the问题自豪的是新鲜的，新的老师，新的同学，新的朋友。我喜欢他们的友谊，他们广博的知识和开放的思想。宏伟的图书馆，教学楼和宽阔的操场attrattde我的大学生活比我预料的好，我可以做任何我想做的事。在大学里我们不仅可以学到专业知识，也培养我们的综合abilities.if我们可以充分利用时间，我们可以学到很多有用的东西。此外，我们应该对我们的生活产生积极的态度，做贡献的society.collegelife是我们大部分人最宝贵的时间，想成为一个优秀的男人。但也有一些学生仍在浪费时间。他们聚在一起吃饭、喝酒或打牌。他们忙着找女朋友或男朋友。他们完全忘记了大学生的任务。

最后，我希望每个人都能尽自己最大的努力成为一个有价值的人，为社会做出贡献！

健康是生命的财富，生命是大自然的奇迹。世界上因为有了生命才如此丰富美丽，但生命属于我们只有一次。在暄哗的都市里，我过着自已独特的绿色健康生活。

放飞心灵

健康，从心开始。我是一个阳光女孩，在日常生活中我总是用快乐去感染身边的每一个人。面对荣誉，我用一颗平常心接受。面对挫折，我在失败中寻找差距，告诉自已我能行，我可以做得更好。在与人交往中，我保持谦虚的态度，我在生活中总是保持良好的心态，认真地做好每一件事。中医上的：“肝气郁结”是说许多病都是心情不愉快气出来的。可见健康就是给心灵松绑，让心灵在愉快中散发绿意。

远离“垃圾食品”

健康，从美食开始。俗话说“民以食为天”，面对众多的美食，作为孩子的我们总是胃口大开，食欲大增。特别是肯德鸡、麦当劳等食品，以它特有的香脆可口吸引了众多人的眼球，更是成了我们孩子们的最爱。但据研究表明，这些油炸类、烧烤类食物中含有许多有害物，是我们人体健康的无形杀手，被人们称之为“垃圾食品”。因此，我们应该远离“垃圾食品”，注重科学饮食。在本学期的综合实践活动课上，通过对《吃的学问》一课的学习与探究，我明白了要健康应该多吃含有蛋白质、“胺基酸”和维生素的食物。如：面类、豆类、海鲜、肉类、蛋、牛奶、深色蔬菜及瓜果类等。从那以后妈妈做的营养早餐和含有蛋白质的菜肴倍受我的喜欢，我还坚持每天早晚喝一杯牛奶。如今不仅喝出了健康，长高了许多，还让我自信了许多，害得同学们羡慕得还向我“取经”呢?

适量锻炼

健康，从锻炼开始。每天晚餐后我会以背、腿靠墙，脚尖向外打开的姿势站立半小时，在这期间我有时看报、有时背诵一段精彩段落，不仅有效地改善背部及腿部的体形，还增加了语文积累，真可谓一举两得。俗话说“生命在于运动”，每天，我都会坚持晨跑，因为我相信：“想要拥有自信心、健康的体魄，就多来拥抱慢跑。”晨跑是我一天当中最快乐的时候，因为此时的我可以放飞心情。晨跑磨炼了我的毅力，练就了我健康的身体，增强了我的记忆力。可不是吗?每天我那红扑扑的脸蛋上透着几分朝气，课堂上精彩的回答赢得阵阵掌声。

爱在心间

健康，从爱开始。健康的身体固然重要，但更重要的是心灵的健康。我生活中充满了爱：爱父母、爱自己、爱同学、爱朋友……总之，爱是幸福的。我爱父母，因为是父母给了我生命和不求回报的爱。我爱老师，因为是老师传授知识给我，还处处以模范的言行来教育我、感染我。我更爱班集体，因为是它让我感受到了团结就是力量，体会到了集体的快乐。正是因为有了他们，使我的人生绚丽多彩，我要感谢他们让我拥有一颗热忱、感恩的心!——学会孝敬父母，懂得用优异成绩回报老师，努力着怎样为班级争光。

我爱自己，为自己选择健康的生活方式，能给亲人、朋友带去幸福和快乐。因为，爱在心间，健康随行!

1995 I went into taizhou junior middle school.Totally we had 7 classes,I

was in class 4.The head-teacher of the class was a middle age woman.she was so

strict with us.for example, i was catched when i ate a big rabbit sugar during

class time,she asked me to buy that bland sugar one peice for everyone.in my

opinion ,she hated everyting except study,everyweekend ,she asked us to study in

school,sunday afternoon was just the free time for us.when she saw we played

football,she must get the ball back to her office.someone who was to be in love

was found by her,he would be punished just like a shit.luckyly,i was not found

by her.i liked the girl who was my Elementary school schoolmate during my junior

middle school.i didnt know she konwed or not.it ended when we graduated.but i

liked to talk with others during class time,everytime i was found by her,she

asked me to write 3000 words to explain why and how to do in future. nowadyas

every time i remeber what happened in my junior middle school,i deeply appreciat

her kindness.she is real a good teacher.

My junior middle school time has pasted ,but it will influece till the end

of my life.

In my dream

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was only a dream.

在梦中

昨晚我梦见我变成一只非常漂亮的鸟.我梦见我在一座森林,森林里有很多动物.然后有一只老鸟告诉我们,"我们有一座非常美丽的森林,因此我们应该保护它,免受污染"所有的动物都赞成他.

但是第二天,人们进入我们的森林,许多动物被逮捕.这些人要在我们的森林地上建造房子和公园.许多年老的树木被砍下,然后,突然间,一切都被夷平了.

我很震惊,接着突然大哭起来.我在半夜醒来,原来只是个梦.

众所周知，《水浒传》《西游记》《红楼梦》《三国演义》是中国的四大名著，其中以《红楼梦》的文学造诣最高，但是我却独爱《三国演义》中的英雄人物，他们不仅是在战场上英姿飒爽还有在政治上的勾心斗角，以及在谋略上的各抒己见无一不深深的吸引我，然而更多的是情节上的遗憾在我心中常驻。

刘备本是中山靖王之子，他品格高尚，拥有高贵的身世，以及温和的性格，使他广结良才，再加上他求贤若渴的精神，更是给他招揽了不少人才，昔水先生曾言“伏龙凤雏两人得一可安天下”而刘皇叔两者皆得文友诸葛孔明，武有五虎上将，而他仍然未能完成霸业兴复汉室实在令人遗憾，关羽杀颜良，诛文丑，更是对刘备推心置腹，昔日曹操与把它为其所用，但当他得知刘备尚在人世过五关斩六将在古城与兄长相会此等虎将何愁大事不成，再说刘备本身在曹操煮酒论英雄中把他的智谋临危不惧而他却不能平定中原实在令人费解，同时也让人遗憾。

世人评价诸葛亮鞠躬精粹，死而后已，但是我却认为他是愚忠，他胸怀大志足智多谋他对刘备忠心耿耿，但对阿斗却也尽心尽力，凭他的聪明才智本早可以一统天下，怎么会只落得个三分天下的局势，诸葛亮一生很小心，除了空城计外，每一计都经过一番周密的考虑，然而却派马稷去守街亭，连司马懿都能看出他一向纸上谈兵，难道心思细腻的军师会不知道？杀一个马稷只能保住军纪却无法守住街亭！

世人皆称曹操为奸雄，挟天子以令诸侯，但在种人中，也只有他能承担起奸雄二字，曹操本事大局已定，在赤壁之战却把所有的物资被诸葛亮烧毁，他一向多疑怎能听从一个奸细的话，再说草船借箭难道他就想不到用火箭去射杀敌人吗？

《水浒传》中写尽英雄豪杰，西游记中皆载妖魔鬼怪，红楼梦泪谈儿女情长，而我独爱《三国演义》中的不解与遗憾。
