Nowadays, a large number of students do not have breakfast everyday since they would like to spend more time making up their sleep.In addition, some girls hope to keep slim by not having breakfast.

However, at the same time, they also get some unpleasant results. For example, they feel sleepy in classes and cannot concentrate attention on their study completely. What’s worse, over a long time, their bad conditions will result in the deterioration in quality of their study and the decrease in grade.

Therefore, having breakfast is significant for us. For one thing, the breakfast provides 30 percent of energy we need for the whole day. As the saying goes, “Make your whole years plans in spring and your days plan early in the morning”. If we do not have breakfast, we would not have enough energy to deal with the matters in the whole day and the result of things we done can not run up to what we have expected. For another, having breakfast is conducive to strengthen our creative thinking. Only in a good condition in the morning can we come up with more fresh ideals.

In a word, having breakfast is indispensable. No matter how busy or sleep we are, we should have breakfast on time everyday.

When someone disagrees with you or offends you, don’t lose your temper. Why? Because it is of no use to do so. You ought to (should) be patient and keep calm lest you should quarrel with him. You must know that patience is not cowardice, but a virtue. I hope that everybody practices it.

In addition, patience will also bring us success. When you meet with difficulties in your work, it is no use losing heart. You must keep on fighting until (till) the final victory belongs to you.

Life is blending with bitter and sweet. Sometimes we may feel blue and don’t know what to do, but you just need to cheer up and find the true happiness in your life. Everyone is longing for happiness. But what is happiness? Different people have different opinions to happiness. Some people think making large sum of money and spending all of it on big mansion, expensive food, pretty clothes and fancy cars make them happy; some people think marry to the people they love and live a plain life is happiness, even though they can not afford a bigger house or a brand-new car；And some other people think that don’t need to go to work and sleep in the bed until the noon is happiness. For me, staying in good health and have a long vacation without homework is happiness. Good health is the foundation of happiness. Picture this, if I sick, I will go to the hospital, and there are a lot of funny things I can’t do because I feel uncomfortable. I will lose my appetite for the delicious food, and have no strength to go outside to play with my friends. What’s worse, in order to cure the illness, I will sallow countless pills and some of them may have side effects. Only a well function body can ensure the life to be happy. While a long vacation will give me affluent time to do the things I want to. If I can spend my time to do the things I want instead of homework, I definitely will be very happy. I really love traveling; I plan to go to Tibet on next long vacation. To see the beautiful scenes of the different places can broaden my horizon and enrich my life experience. I wish everybody find their happiness in life.
