在生活中，人们做的有些事情，总是有一些的不健康。

可是，你们想过没有，如果让人们做一个文明公民，有些人做得到吗？他(她)们能不能做不健康的事情呢？比如说：“有些人拥有花不完的钱，他们能不能做有害健康的事情呢？比如说陪客户喝酒、应酬，他们能不去吗？如果不去，他们怎么赚钱呢？不赚钱怎么去养家，怎么去养孩子、亲人、父母。有困难的时候，他们不去应酬，应该怎么抗拒困难呢？

有时候，人们总会吸烟，喝酒，也会危害健康，吸烟会让人得一种肺炎的病，如果得了肺炎没有及时治疗的话，会导致去世的。

一些小食品，也会危害健康，比如说，一些含有色素的水、辣条，都会危害健康，辣条里有猪饲料，就是一种让人感觉口感很好的东西。还有路边卖的小吃，也不知道他们做得干不干净，比如，串串香、烤面筯等等。

有的超市没有卫生许可证，零售证等等的一些证，所以不要去没有卫生许可证的超市去购物、买东西。

都市报道上报道过，有一家人，他们是卖地沟油的，地沟油是由一些已经死去的猪身上的五脏六腑敖出来的油，再卖给一些卖小吃的，和开早餐的，被警察人员查封了，如果人吃了多的话，会危害到人的肠胃。

油条有的是用过十几次后的油炸出来的，甚至是地沟油。

所以，大家要注意自己的身体，不要做有害健康的事情。

All of us want to be healthy. First，we should get enough sleep during the night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our health.
