他擦了把汗，抬头看见了我，笑眯眯地说：小姑娘，起得好早啊!似乎感受到了我内心的压抑，他关切地问：有什么心事吗?不知怎地，对于这个初次见面的陌生老人我似乎格外亲近，格外信任，竟将自己内心的愁苦郁闷全都发泄了出来，说完便觉得轻松了好多。原来是这样。老人若有所思，沉吟片刻，老人说：孩子，从前我年轻时，也争强好胜，总给自己定下很高的目标，为达到它用尽各种办法，这样其实很累，你现在还在学习，以后走上社会若还如此，便会被那些官场上的东西磨灭了意志和本性，我便是再也无法忍受那如山的压力，才退居于此种地。我愣了楞，说：难道你现在每天这样早起操劳，不累吗? 老人咧嘴一笑：怎么会累呢，这是最适合我的生活了，与世无争，自给自足，自得其乐。老人一脸灿烂，触碰到了我内心最柔软的角落。适合自己的。嗯适合自己的。太阳渐渐爬上来，明媚的阳光驱散了阴霾，照进了我的心中。

我步伐轻松的向家走去，内心从未有过的释然，自嘲过去的辛劳，适合自己的才是最好的，何必定下过高的目标，给自己找到合适的位置，再做努力，有何不可。

“呜——，呜——”一个小孩趴在生病的妈妈的床前哭着，脸上是一道道的泪痕。她在想，健康真好，为什么妈妈不能像她这样健康?

平时，我们跑跑跳跳，无忧无虑，十分快乐;而在生病时，我们头晕，发烧，睁一小会儿眼睛，眼睛都会酸，无法下床跑跳，吃饭没胃口，看笑话没兴趣，还让家人着急。

医院里，有好多身患绝症的人与病魔战斗着，稍有不慎就可能会失去生命。他们痛苦地挣扎，不放过任何生存的希望，才可以勉强维持生存。可见，健康有多好啊!

生命只有一次，我们要时刻爱护自己，让自己健健康康地生活。只有这样，我们才能拥有一个完美的人生!

怎样才能拥有健康呢?这就要养成好的生活习惯，比如：勤洗手，勤通风，不吃过期食物，早睡早起，勤锻炼，多喝水，不喝酒，不吸烟，保持愉快的心情……这样，我们才能拥有可贵的健康。

小朋友们!你们有听过中英鸦片战争吗?在清朝时期英国私自将鸦片输入中国，伤害了中国人民的身心健康，也使人无法工作，有人倾家荡产，就是买一种毒品——那就是鸦片。

清朝的政府也不会好到那里去，政府官员也一起跟英国人串通好，开放港口给英国进货鸦片，大约每一位官员抽取一成的鸦片，鸦片一箱一箱的进，钱也一箱一箱 的出;吸食鸦片者一旦上瘾，就不能间断，吸食时间一久就会骨瘦如柴，直至死去。所以道光皇帝看见自己国家的国民那么腐败，于是命令林则徐为钦差大臣，去广 州负责查办禁烟各事，与英国断绝通商;英国人认为利益受到损失，就派兵攻打中国，于是发生了清末第一场对外战争“中英鸦片战争”。

战争一开打时，英国就马上派兵从厦门到天津，就在这时，皇帝竟然把林则徐撤销钦差大臣的职位，改派琦善去跟英国人谈判，但是失败了，又开始了不知道那时候会停的战争，最后还是输了。

所以中国跟英国签订了中国第一个不平等的条约“南京条约”，条约的内容有赔款两千一百万银元，中国分四年交清，还有把香港割让给英国，还开放广州、厦 门、福州、宁波、上海五口为商埠，允许英国派领事居住，并许英商携眷居住，英商货物进出口税应“秉公”议定税则，英货自任何港纳进口税后，准由中国商人贩运内地，所经关口不得加重课税，还有废除公行;中国就这样被分的四分五裂，清朝这时就快走上灭亡之路了。

所以，小朋友现在你该知道吸食毒品不但伤身，更会亡国。因此，我们是不是应该远离毒品呢?

First, remember to turn off lights and turn off the faucet when you do not need to use. Use the energy-saving lamps. There are many small things we can do to save resources. Second, when we go out, take public transport as much as possible, to reduce gas emissions and to ease the transporting pressures.
