成绩优异的男孩，生活在阴暗潮湿的环境下，父母每天不停的争吵，他努力让自己不屈服于这悲惨的命运。他讨厌没有父母关爱的日子，因此，他变得沉默，变得抑郁。无意中他接触到毒品，毒品使他那如空洞般的内心得到填补。为了得到毒品，他不惜用尽一切手段。同学们亲眼目睹他堕落的过程，也只能轻轻一叹。他开始暴躁。心不在焉，不时对人采取暴力行为。他的父母如尘埃般飘过，对他的一切不曾听闻。直到有一天，父母因为赌博再一次争吵，激怒了他那愤怒的内心，他冲进厨房，拿出菜刀，向着他的父母，乱砍乱杀乱骂，让人不禁心痛。当他父母看到这一切时，却不知他们眼神里的惊讶已是无法挽回的后悔。

为何人们触碰毒品后，都会忠心于它呢?首先，毒品会影响人体大脑中的多巴胺，当多巴胺大量产生时，会占据人脑的鸦片受体，便会产生幸福快乐的感受;其次，当多巴胺分泌失调，便会引发各种生理症状，如流体流泪，头昏脑胀，乏力嗜睡，甚至有万蚁噬骨的不适痛楚。

吸毒会使每一户家庭都支离破碎，经济破产，亲属离散，甚至家破人亡的困境。进行毒品活动会造成社会财富的巨大损失，扰乱社会治安，同时还会使环境恶化，缩小人类的生存空间。吸毒会使人体产生依赖，同时也会使精神产生依赖性，及危害人体的机理。

生命不应因此而结束，意志不应因此而磨灭。

作为青少年的我们，应控制住自己的好奇心，提高自我素养并调节平衡的能力和抗拒毒品诱惑的能力，筑起抵制毒品的铜墙铁壁。努力让自己成为毒品的操控者，而不是被控者。

毒品阴影下的青少年群体

我们面对的，是一个异常复杂的毒情。

国家禁毒委发布的《2015年中国毒品形势报告》指出，我国的毒情表现出青少年滥用合成毒品及吸毒人员低龄化两大特点。2015年，全国新发现吸毒人员53.1万名，而这些新发现的吸毒人员中八成滥用合成毒品，七成滥用冰毒等苯丙胺毒品;吸毒人员的职业也呈多元化趋势，虽然无业人员仍为吸毒人员的主体，但学生的比例占到0.5%，企业管理人员、公职人员及演艺界明星等社会地位较高的人员也占到0.4%。

一方面，不少青少年对以冰毒、K粉、摇头丸等化学合成毒品存在认识误区，认为“新型毒品不是毒”;另一方面，明星等社会影响力较大人员吸毒，给青少年带来了错误的示范效应。

毒品犹如恶魔，操纵人的心智，带来严重的公共安全问题。根据报告，2015年全国共发生因滥用毒品导致暴力攻击、自杀自残、毒驾肇事等极端案件事件336起，查获涉案吸毒人员349名;破获吸毒人员引发的刑事案件17.4万起，占刑事案件总数的14%，其中，抢劫、抢夺、盗窃等侵财性案件7.2万起，涉毒犯罪案件7.4万起，杀人、绑架、强奸等严重暴力案件716起;依法注销14.6万名吸毒驾驶人驾驶证，拒绝申领驾驶证1.1万人。

毒品的阴影正向青少年群体侵袭，让青少年远离毒品，就是在保护我们的明天。

铲除毒品在青少年中的生存土壤

“这是生命最美好的世界，孩子啊，你不该这么做，年轻的生命就此打上死亡的阴影，让父母的心碾成齑粉……”一首流传于网络的小诗，道出天下父母的心声。从源头遏制毒品在青少年中的扩散趋势，国家在行动。

2015年8月18日，由中宣部、公安部、教育部等14个部门联合制定的《全国青少年毒品预防教育规划(2016-2018)》部署实施，全国青少年毒品预防教育“6·27”工程由此全面启动。规划明确提出以10岁至25岁青少年为重点，力争通过3年努力，构建完善的青少年毒品预防教育工作体系，使青少年识毒、拒毒、防毒意识和能力明显增强，新滋生吸毒人数大幅减少。

将“6·27”工程纳入国家禁毒委员会例行督导、制定《2016年全国毒品预防教育工作考评细则》、召开由教育部、共青团中央、国家新闻出版广电总局等成员单位参加的联席会议……“6·27”工程启动一年来，青少年毒品预防教育工作在各部门的通力配合下得到有力推进。

截至目前，全国共有近25万所学校开展了“一次展览、一部电影、一堂课、一次征文、一次班会”为主题的毒品预防教育“五个一”活动，1.21亿学生参加禁毒专题教育课，收集禁毒征文186.1万篇。各地禁毒、教育、共青团等部门通过远程培训、举办培训班等形式，培训禁毒师资和志愿者近10万人。记者了解到，全国现已建成省级禁毒教育基地36个，90%以上的学校开展了毒品预防教育，1.21亿名学生接受了禁毒专题教育。

一手源头预防，一手重拳打击。一年来，中国禁毒部门深入开展“百城禁毒会战”“网络扫毒行动”等专项行动，共破获毒品犯罪案件11.3万起，抓获毒品犯罪嫌疑人13.4万名;同时，对全国60多个毒品问题重点地区进行分级分类整治，目前已有16个毒品问题严重地区摘掉了挂牌整治的“帽子”或取消了通报警示。

为了孩子，打一场全民禁毒战

打一场全民禁毒战争，功在当代，利在千秋。在第29个国际禁毒日到来之际，有关部门作出庄严承诺：

——针对合成毒品滥用的情况，公安机关将全链条、全环节打击制毒犯罪活动，加大易制毒化学品案件经营和来源倒查力度，从源头上加强对麻黄碱类等重点化学品的管理，开展重点化学品专项检查治理;

——针对日趋严重的互联网涉毒违法犯罪问题，将加快互联网禁毒法制建设，落实互联网服务提供者和广大网民主体责任，坚决遏制互联网涉毒危害，努力营造清朗网络空间。

——在禁毒宣传教育方面，将以合成毒品的成瘾性和社会危害性为重点，切实提高公众特别是青少年自觉抵御合成毒品能力;紧紧抓住各级各类学校这一毒品预防教育工作主阵地，把毒品预防教育作为学生道德教育和课堂教学的重要内容，持续构建学校、家庭、社会“三位一体”的毒品预防教育体系;继续把互联网作为禁毒工作的重要阵地，进一步推动全国青少年毒品预防教育“6·27”工程……
