In recent years, the global warming gets increasingly attention. More and

more people make contribution to stop the global warming. Therefore, a new

lifestyle occurs--low carbon life. What can we do to live in low carbon?

First, remember to turn off lights and turn off the faucet when you do not

need to use. Use the energy-saving lamps. There are many small things we can do

to save resources. Second, when we go out, take public transport as much as

possible, to reduce gas emissions and to ease the transporting pressures.

All in all, there are many other things we can do to live in the low carbon

life. It needs us to do something practically. If everyone can keep this

lifestyle from now on, it will greatly change the situation and our home would

become more beautiful.

升华主题在文章的结尾可以用含义较深的话点明主题，深化主题，起到“画龙点睛”的效果。如“I Love My Hometown(我爱家乡)”的结尾可以是：I love my hometown, and I am proud of it.

3.反问结尾，引起深思

这种方式的结尾虽然形式是问句，但意义却是肯定的，而且具有一定的强调作用，可引起他人的深思。如 “Learning English can give us a lot of pleasure (学英语能为我们带来许多乐趣)” 的结尾可以是：If we learn English well, we can …Dont you think learning English is great fun?

4.表达祝愿，阐述愿望

这种方式的结尾常出现在书信或演讲稿的文体中，表示对他人的祝福或对将来的展望等。如“A Letter to the Farmers(给农民们的一封信)”的结尾可以是：I hope the farmers life will be better and better.

During the Days of Military Training

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

现如今，我们的生活条件变好了，生活水平提高了，口袋也慢慢鼓起来了，但我们的身体健康却亮起了红灯，碎片化了。以前我们生活不富裕时，吃不饱，穿不暖，但是没有现在好多的疑难杂症，得病的主要原因也是营养不良生活条件差引起的，可是现在我们吃得好，穿的好，一味的追求美味、刺激的食物，身体却得了富贵病，如：“脂肪肝”、“酒精肝”，还有因为过多当了“低头族”引起的颈椎病。那么有哪些问题需要我们重视起来，不再被碎片化呢？

第一问题就是胃病。最早人们得胃病是饿出来的，可如今最常见的原因之一就是进食过冷、过热、过硬的食物，暴饮、暴食、饮用烈酒、浓茶、浓咖啡等，而且有些年轻人喜欢熬夜吃夜宵，凌晨两三点才休息。二是饮食不均，饥饿时胃中空空没东西，饱是胃中撑得满满的，长久下去肠内菌群失调，产生消化不良，导致种种胃病发生，对胃造成很大的伤害。所以养胃要从日常生活小节上做起，一天三顿要按时吃，晚上睡觉前最好不要吃夜宵，水果蔬菜要多吃，俗话说“三分吃药，七分靠养”，因此胃病还是要从生活饮食中改掉不良习惯才能治本。

第二个问题就是肥胖。现在许多青少年肥胖趋势不断地在增长，以前老年人得的高血压、糖尿病、心脏病越来越年轻化了。之所以这样也是因为饮食不注意的问题。现如今生活的节奏越来越快，快餐形式的餐饮也越来越多，比如汉堡、披萨、薯条、碳酸饮料、冰淇淋等等。这些高热量高脂肪的食物都是易发胖的，积月累长此下去高血脂、糖尿病、心脏病怎能不出现呢？据一次新闻报道，有一个小伙子夏天为了消暑竟把冰淇淋当饭吃，一天吃十几根雪糕，到了晚上引起胃穿孔而住进医院抢救……

最后一个问题也是现如今最普遍的一个问题：夺走我们身体、心灵健康的手机。不难发现在马路上，公交车上，地铁上……到处充斥着手机族，他们不管什么时间都是在看手机，是颈椎病发作的重要人群。回到家中我们不再是和父母儿女心贴心的话语交谈，代替的是各自拿着手机不停的翻动页面，一家人没了往日的欢笑和交流，只有在静悄悄中不时的发出短信的提示声，是什么使我们变成了这样？是什么夺走了我们健康快乐的心灵？是手机，是碎片化了我们健康生活的手机。

我想我们的科技不断在发达，生活水平不断在进步，那我们是不是也应该健康快乐的活着呢？规律的生活习惯，棒棒的身体，往日的亲情需要我们自己找回，不要让自己碎片化了我们的美好生活。
