随着现代的发展，人们对饮时安全方面的知识渐渐减少，所以我们要加强饮食健康，作到少吃对身体有害的食品，多查找食品方面的知识，和食品健康交上朋友。

记得是在前年的一件小事，中午，太阳炽烤着大地，我和妈妈踏进快餐饭店的门，一股凉丝丝的风迎面扑来。我加快了步伐来到点菜中心，那琳琅满目的菜央入我的眼帘，我一口气点了5各菜，“西红柿炒鸡蛋”“炒土豆”“红烧肉”……妈妈端着菜做在了饭桌上，我马上迫不及待的抓筷子，把菜饭往里塞，吃到一半我就捂者肚子，满脸通红，哇哇的叫了起来，妈妈看我有些不安，就着急的问我怎么回是?我说：“我肚子疼”妈妈马上放下筷子，牵起我的手，直奔医院。

到了医院，医生上问下问，给我量了体温，又给我看了一下肚子，经过了一翻问后，终于给我的病下了个结论，是食物中毒，妈妈把我扶回家，一进门我那不气的肚子开始折腾了，我连捂着肚子跑进了W-C……

过了几天，我们小区开展了食品安全知识“进千家社区、入万户家庭”的活动，主要是宣传食品安全的活动，我们小区的老爷爷老奶奶纷纷来到这里，再闹嚷嚷的人群中开始了这次活动，“哦，张老师啊，我们得改变生活习惯了，你看剩菜剩饭的以后尽量少吃啊，总认为倒掉可惜，从冰箱里拿出来再烧烧还能吃的，现在看来是没有营养的，而且有害身体健康啊。”已经68岁的社区老奶奶在和对面的张老师谈的唾沫横飞哩，社区的大爷也乐呵呵地举起大拇指说：“这样的活动好，以后要多办，食品药品安全问题我们老百姓最关心，那边的工作人员还教会了怎么区分真假灵芝、冬虫夏草之类的补药呢”。我和妈妈也不放过着次机会，询问了医生上次的食物中毒，医生说在食物中有些不能在一起吃，不然会发生中毒，上次是因为我鸡蛋和马铃薯一起吃，导致了食物中毒，才肚子痛。哦，原来食物中还有不少知识呢!

那些医生告诉我们食品安全的3要素：1、要看清食品包装带上的“蓝帽子”2、在看看蓝帽子下的国食健字地批号有没有3、生产日期，执行标准，和有关部门的地址电话等。这些小小的知识告诉了我们大大的道理，让我们大家加强了食品的知识与认识。

食品的安全是人们身心安全的基础，而科技进步与食品安全的有机结合，们美好健康生活的重要环节。科学食品技术是把双刃剑，科学食品的发展对人类文明的进步有推进作用，科技食品有时也污染了环境，但对人类提供了不少的食品来源，保持了人的生活基本需要。
