在辛苦历经了半个学期之后，半个学期的检验也来了，那就是期中考试。

在第二天，虽是期中考试，但我仍然怀着一颗平静的心来到了教室。试卷发下来了我草草的看了一下题目，觉得非常的简单，心里也非常高兴，心想：这场总该可以考到九十分了吧！

时间正在一分一秒的过着，十分钟，二十分钟，三十分钟……铃铃铃，下课铃响了。我看还有一道题目没有写，心想：算了吧！也不过是个两分题，做不做也无所谓啦。

然而因为我这个“无所谓”弄得我只得到了88分。我看到这分数时，时时的为当时没做而感到可惜。就在这时，我们的班主任——杨老师到了我的旁边说到：“你怎么就这么粗心大意呢？你看，那些得了90分的都可是一题不漏啊。这是为什么呢？”我当时就想嘴里塞了一口棉花一样怎么也说不出话来。“杨老师，是当时下课了，也要交试卷了，我才没做”我惭愧的说到。“别灰心”杨老师见我这样说道。下次小心点就可以了。

这事刚过去不久，我也领悟到只要抓住机会，哪怕没有一机会，也要自己创建机会，去放手一搏，去拼一拼。

周五下午考英语，而我下午还要去朗晴小学进行心理学培训，只能两边跑，进行赶场了。心理学培训讲的是家庭教育与亲子关系，从整体上说，停下来收获不大，整个讲座过程都是一些生硬的心理学条条框框的展示，缺少理解性与实践意义，“讲”还是停留在理论层面，我觉着这是心理学最大的忌讳——空谈、谈空。

只是在讲座中播放的一些视频或提到的一些观点和看法，我比较有兴趣，比如播放的视频《如何批评考差的孩子》，比如在讲座最后提到的“给孩子一个空间，让他自己往前走;给孩子一个时间，让他自己去安静;给孩子一个条件，让他自己去锻炼;给孩子一个问题，让他自己找答案;给孩子一个困难，让他自己去解决;给孩子一个机遇，让他自己去抓住;给孩子一个冲突，让他自己去讨论;给孩子一个对手，让他自己去竞争;给孩子一个权力，让他自己去选择;给孩子一个题目，让他自己去创造”。

讲座之后，我早早地回到学校，想趁此更新一下自己的教育观念，并练习一下自己的情绪安抚技术。想到下午考完后，晚上要看电影，那就从电影入手，在电影的基础上再进行谈话，用电影当作我的谈话铺垫，这样电影就可以起到在放松心情、宣泄考试焦虑的过程中接受一个的教育观念一箭双雕的效果。如果在此基础再进行谈话或安慰，效果会更佳。

电影播放完，已经哭倒了一片。

我没有在班上说一句话，只轻轻地找了一个考试心理承受能力最弱的一位同学到班级与班级之间的走廊处，聊了聊，从考前的学习情况、考前的复习情况到考试时的心理状态，再到每一科考试之间的活动，每一个环节都问了一遍。然后再结合她认为考得最差的语文试卷进行具体分析，指出了几个关键的问题：学习不够踏实，学习的过程质量差，学习的自我意识不强，学习的归纳与总结意识不够，学习太过被动，疲于应付作业。

在认同我的分析之后，我有给与了一些安慰——一次考试说明不了问题，一次考试也证明不了什么问题，如果一次考试能发现一些问题，那这个考试才有意义，话句话说就是，我们输也要输个明白，败只能败给真理。我顺便又举了一位班级同学的前后巨大的学习成绩变化来说明学习一事达到中上的水平并不难。最后，我又给出了几个具体的要求与做法，不觉到了晚修结束的时间，在她轻步快走的姿态中，我体会到了一点点的成就感。

回到家里，牙牙早就睡着了，还没到每天夜里让人疲惫不堪的醒的时间。我散漫地坐在狭小客厅的旋转椅子上，两脚搭在茶几上，顺手抽出一本书翻了翻，《心理学原来这么有趣》是一本非常通俗的书，通俗得有点过了头，好在还有一些观点和案例，否则我很怀疑这本书的知识含金量或说服力。

快到十二点的时候，赶紧在手机上打开了当当，把昨天下的订单赶紧付了款，不然订单就自动取消，所有选的书以及所有的优惠都将化为乌有。粗粗算了一下，这一段时间购书有点过头了，将近一万块钱了，看到不错的书如此便宜就想下手，现在终于明白“剁手”的含义了。

付了钱，把当当立刻卸载了，又想起马克·吐温所说的戒烟的话，“戒烟很容易，一年能戒好几次”。

估计，我也能卸载当当好几次。

期中考试以后正文：

期中考试和期末考试一样重要，有时还意义非凡，期中考试以后。考好了，心里甜滋滋的，随之而来的是老师的赞扬、同学们的羡慕和父母的喜悦；考得不号，老师会失望，父母会生气，还可能会面对同学轻视得眼光和讥讽的话语。以我微薄之见，考好则已，考不好也别灰心，如果上要考虑长辈的夸奖，下要考虑同学的冷嘲热讽，则必败无疑。考好不骄，考不好不气馁，以平平和和的心态应考，反而能考好。但是，说到容易，做到却难。

就拿这次期中考试来说吧。我是抱着考双百分的信心来应考的。从早到晚，考试以后，都十分疲惫和担心，时间仿佛静止了，度日如年，考好和考不好这两个词在心里打架，晚上一觉酣睡才觉得好些，小学五年级作文《期中考试以后》。

我总想让老师快些把试卷批完，却又不想出现坏结果，但是在我的徘徊与犹豫中老师终会批完卷子。

紧张的生活一直在进行，我也不能停。人总是要跟上时间那紧张的步伐，不能总停留在松弛的历史篇章中欣赏或抱怨。在风中折翼的鸟儿，在吃饭时噎住的人，都是在满足时摔倒。

这次考试已经过去，过去就过去吧，但我也要改头换面重新做一个新的自我。

终于考完了，我把试卷交了上去。

下午考最后一个项目“语文”，考试开始了，我写好名字，马上开始答卷。

幸好我运气好，刚好写完作文就打铃了，那是我是多么得紧张啊！
