一身长而金黄的毛，四条长而有力的腿，一把“指挥刀”挂在屁股上，加上灵敏的鼻子，凑成了金毛犬“将军”。

将军是我们家对门的一条狗，我每天上学时都能见到它，它非常亲近人，也非常大度，即使其它狗偷偷吃它的饭，它也不会生气。它很聪慧，一个动作只要教一两遍，就能学得有模有样。现在，它都已经学会倒立、两腿直立行走、开门、握手等许多高难度动作啦！

有一次我去上学，突然看见一只老鼠在将军身上走来走去，将军依旧趴在地上一动不动，那只老鼠竟然得寸进尺，一只咬在将军背上，将军痛得一下跳了走来，把老鼠震翻在地，老鼠正要逃跑，将军用它灵活的前腿直接抓住了它，将军把老鼠叼在嘴里，抛向天空方向，又一“把”拍到了地上，把老鼠摔得半死不活的。接着，它就一屁股坐在昏倒的老鼠身上，威风凛凛的活像一尊雕像。直到老鼠开始“吱吱”乱叫它才起身。老鼠连滚带爬地逃跑了，将军得意洋洋地看着它狼狈逃跑的身影，好像在说：“小样儿，这次饶了你。”

不管别人对狗的看法怎么样，在我眼里它都是一种可爱、忠诚的动物。将军给我的生活添加了许多色彩，它和我的友情是别的小动物无法代替的，我爱你——金毛将军。
