UNEP is honoured that the City of Barcelona, the Catalan Regional Government and the Government of Spain will be hosting this important United Nations day.

庆祝世界环境日可以在许多方面,包括街头集会,自行车游行、绿色音乐会、论文和海报比赛在学校、植树、回收工作,清理活动等等。

国家元首、总理和部长环境提供声明和承诺照顾地球。更严重的承诺是导致建立永久性政府结构处理环境管理和经济规划。这个仪式也提供了一个机会签署或批准的国际环境公约。

6月5日世界环境日,每年纪念的主要车辆通过联合国促进全球环境意识和提高政治关注和行动。

2004年世界环境日的主题选择想要的!海洋和海洋——死的还是活的?主题要求我们做出选择,我们要怎样对待地球的海洋和海洋。它还要求我们每一个人采取行动。我们想要保持海洋和海洋健康和活着的或污染和死了吗?

所有的生物，都是环境的儿女，可现在，却，哎，却让人类毁灭了好些。你想：杀人蜂是人类培育的，吉丁虫，早就移到了印度;大闪蝶，在中国早以不见了踪影;那捕鸟蛛，本该是活着来，可早也成了标本;那……可怜这些可爱的动物，只剩下三三两两地了。就因为人类啊!昆虫，有的自相残杀，因为环境的污染，有的生成了怪物，甚至失去生育能力，造成了一个可怕的事实―绝种!

在昆虫界来看，昆虫太惨了!蚕结了茧，被煮了;吉丁虫一停下来就被抓，做了标本，不明不白、迷迷糊糊地上了天堂;有的药用的昆虫，绝了种，人得了那种非用虫子治的病，也只好等待死神大驾光临了!哎，人类污染环境、捕捉昆虫，不是等于，等于―自杀吗!?还有的人因为自已污染了环境，害了自已和亲人。这，是那可恨的人应该得到的悲惨的结果，那是他们自已酿的苦酒，由他们自已去细细地、慢慢地品尝，这也是一个―血的报应啊!

看了这些，听了这些，这些也凝结成了一句不用翻译的话―为保护环境而呼吁：“不要再伤害环境，不要伤害我们的朋友，不要，不要再伤害自已啦!”

这一句话不用翻译，这一句话发自全世界人的内心，这一句话是最难实现的，这一句话也是最好实现的!只要我们能拉起手，把环境弄好，从每一张小纸片，每一个“白色污染”做起，我们一定能行!我们都要牢牢地、牢牢地记住：团结就是力量!

In the last several decades, our earth has been extremely polluted, such as

air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and so on. In recent years, the

extreme weather becomes more and more frequent. Winter gets colder and summer

becomes hotter and it rains more frequently. All of these warn us that

protecting the environment is a serious and emergent event. As our general

people, we should build proper lifestyle. We should pay attention to water and

light saving. When we go out, we should firstly choose the public

transportation. The most important is that we must realize that we can do a lot

of things to protect our environment. Its our duty to make our home better.

Let’s change from ourselves.
