一会儿，我和妈妈到了外婆家，我看见外婆，连忙走过去说：“外婆，祝你健康长寿。”外婆笑了，摸摸我的头说：“你真懂事，真有礼貌。”说完，外婆从口袋里拿出一个红包给我，我双手接红包，高兴地说：“谢谢你外婆。”然后我和表兄弟表姐妹们去玩，妈妈和爸爸进外婆家的房子里聊天。我们去外婆的空地去玩放鞭炮，我还带来了一架赛车，我控制赛车一边跑一边叫，一不小心摔了一跤，逗得表兄弟、表姐妹捧腹大笑。直玩到中午，吃了团圆饭才回家。我对爸爸说：“今天我玩得很高兴，还逗得表兄弟、表姐妹捧腹大笑呢，今天我很高兴。”

积累丰富的作文材料是写好作文的首要条件，初中写作文的方法。许多文章高手文思敏捷，很重要的原因是他们脑子有一个丰富的材料库，写起文章来，就能得心应手，左右逢源。同学们要写好作文，也必须花大力气积累作文材料。作家秦牧说：“一个作家应该有三个仓库：一个直接材料的仓库装从生活中得来的材料；一个间接仓库装书籍和资料中得来的材料，另一个就是日常收集的人民语言的仓库。有了这三种，写起来就比较容易。”这段话中说的前两个仓库正是同学们写好作文应必备的。

1、积累“从生活中得来的材料”，最好的方法是坚持写观察日记。同学们写日记的通病是记流水帐，自己觉得没意思，也就懒得写了。建议你们照老舍先生教的方法写：“你要仔细观察身旁的老王或老李是什么性格，有哪些特点，随时注意，随时记下来……要天天记，养成一种习惯。刮一阵风，你记下来；下一阵雨你也能记下来，因为不知道哪一天，你的作品里需要描写一阵风或一阵雨，你如果没有这种积累，就写不丰富。”

|2、积累“书籍和资料中得来的材料”，一方面靠课内阅读，把语文课堂中的阅读和写作结合起来；另一方面还要靠课外阅读，坚持写摘录式的读书笔记。如果每段摘录用一张纸片，就是读书卡片。俗话说：“好记忆不如烂笔头”。记忆力再强，时间长了，要记的内容多了，总会遗忘一些。如果一边读书，一边把认为很精彩的内容摘录下来，不仅能避免遗忘，而且翻阅起来也很方便。

所谓值得摘录的“精彩内容”。与阅读者的兴趣、爱好、水平、需要等等因素有关，并无统一标准。一般来说，精彩警策的语句，生动形象的描写，新颖深刻的观点，活泼有趣的对话乃至优美的词语，都可以分类摘录，中学生作文《初中写作文的方法》。为了以后查阅方便，在摘录原文的后面注明材料的出处也是必要的。

不少同学写过摘录或读书笔记，但坚持写的不多。一项有益的工作半途而废是很可惜的。有人统计：马克思写《资本论》，写过“摘要”的书籍多达1500多种；列宁写《哲学笔记》，直接引用的哲学著作多达数十种。像革命导师那样，坚持写摘录式读书笔记吧，它能使你成为聪明、充实、富有的人，能使你今后写作时文思敏捷笔下生花。

二 要按循序渐进的规律训练

提高写作能力不是一朝一夕的事，要有长期打算，因此，要安排好作文训练的序列。怎样的序列是最合理的，从众多写作人才成长的过程中，我们看到了异彩纷飞的“序列”，还很难谈那一种是放之四海而皆准的真理。下面介绍“七先七后”的训练序列，也许是比较具有普通意义的一种，请同学们根据自己的情况，参考使用。

1 先练习写记叙、描写文章，后练习写说明、议论的文章。

2 先练习写自己亲身经历的事，后练习写别人转述的事

3 先侧重训练观察和积累，后侧重训练分析和表达。

4 先练习写单纯的事，后练习写复杂的事。

5 先不受写作“框框”的限制，放开胆子写；后按不同文章的基本要求及特点作规范训练。

6 先“模仿”，写依样画葫芦的文章；后“创造”，写新颖别致的文章。

7 先力求把文章写长，强调扩展与铺陈；后力求把文章写短，讲究简洁凝炼。

以上“七先七后”，与人们认识事物的规律，由具体到抽象，和能力培养的规律，由低到高、由拙到巧是一致的。至于以何时或达到何种程度作为先与后的界限，这又是个不能“一刀切”的问题，必须具体情况具体分析。如果有的同学将上述七先七后交替反复安排，如模仿创造再模仿再创造，也未尝不可。

三 要养成良好的写作习惯

同学们从小学进入初中后，作文训练踏上新的历程，要特别注意培养自己良好的写作习惯。从作文比赛获奖同学的写作经验中，我们总结出下面七条良好的写作习惯，供同学们参考。

1 “天天动笔，多少写一点”的习惯。不少获奖同学说他们的作文获奖，归功于他们坚持写日记，时间多则多写，时间紧则少写，哪怕少到几十个字，也从不间断。这的确是经验之谈。俗话说“拳不离手，曲不离口”，天天动笔，即能使笔头子练得更灵巧，还能积累许多作文素材。

2 “通篇构思，写作文提纲”的习惯。写作文切忌写了上段还不知道下段写什么，一定要通篇构思，并且用提纲的形式把构思的作文“框架”固定下来。长期从事写作的人动笔前也是有提纲，不过有的把提纲藏在肚子里，名曰“腹稿”罢了。

3 “默诵文章初稿”的习惯。古代写诗，有“吟”和“哼”的习惯，因为有很多毛病是“看”不出问题来的，念出声。如果是在考场上，就只能默读，才能发现句子是否顺通，语气是否连贯，文脉是否流畅，音韵是否和谐。

4 “认真修改”的习惯。古人云：“文章不厌百回改”，这是写好文章的金玉良言，也是所有文章高手的经验。如果没有这个习惯，要写好文章几乎是不可能的。

5 “不说假话”的习惯。凡是好文章，一定是作者真情的流露，任何一点虚假都骗不过读者的眼睛。如果同学们初学写作就染上无病呻吟的绝症，作文的前途几乎就没有好起来的希望了。

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。
