一、定一个计划。和老师、同学以及父母商量一下，制定出一个科学详细的假期计划。这个计划里既要有学习，还要有娱乐，有读书，有特长培养，还要锻炼身体等等。

二、背诵《弟子规》。这二百五十本《弟子规》是上次高沛第女士为我们无偿捐助的，每当看到这些书，我都会从心里涌出对这位无私助教高女士深深的感激之情。《三字经》、《弟子规》等都是我们中华文化的瑰宝和精髓。在假期前会老师给你们做简单的讲解，让大家了解它的内容和意思，书中有注解，也可以自学。要求大家利用假期的时间把它背会初中作文 ，开学我们要逐一检查。

三、培养一项课余爱好和特长。我们学校有很多的孩子有自己的特长和爱好，比如舞蹈、器乐、绘画、英语等等，这些孩子的课余兴趣不光陶冶的自己的情操，学习了一项本领，同时也丰富了我们的校园文化生活，你看，每当我们演出节目的时候，都少不了他们的身影，你瞧：郜清君的古筝弹的多好啊，张献文和张龙的拉丁跳的像模像样的，范雨欣的电子琴都考到九级了，而孙开心的二胡和绘画简直就可以办一个个人特长展了。看着他们在舞台上精彩自信的表现，真让人羡慕啊！所以，利用好假期这个时间，争取父母的同意选择自己喜欢的一项业余爱好，着重培养，争取带给大家不一样的惊喜。

四、读书。假期是个难得的读书机会，时间那么宽裕，心情那么悠闲，我们一定要好好读几本书，读几本好书。每个语文老师都要为本班的孩子们制定一个读书的计划，计划读什么书，怎样写读书笔记，如何和大家交流沟通读书的心得，让孩子们的假期在书香弥漫中度过。

五、出游。如果条件允许的话，建议孩子们和父母一起有一次出游的机会，读万卷书不如行万里路，出门可以增长见识，去亲身体验祖国的壮丽山河秀丽的风景，体验风俗人情，去爬爬山，去大海里游泳，去博物馆看看，走一走山间小道，坐一坐飞机渡轮。旅游，是一种亲近自然放松身心的方式，也是学习实践的机会。

六、学习。学习在两个月的假期是不能丢掉的，我们要做暑假作业，要复习以前学习过的知识，有机会能预习一下新学期将要学习的内容更好，养成写日记的习惯，把假期的见闻都记录下来。整理自己的学习笔记和书籍，以便好好保存，为新学期奠定一个好的基础。

七、其他。坚持锻炼身体，不让睡懒觉成为习惯；可以多交几个朋友，包括网友，聊一聊学习和生活；帮父母做一些力所能及的事情，自己的衣服要自己洗，自己的房间要自己整理。不乱花零钱，有机会可以勤工俭学，或者尝试着给父母“打工”、收集废品积攒零用钱。

规律素食

每天吃素食或者无糖食物，规律吃三餐的人改成以往食量的2/3，不规律吃三餐的人要少食多餐。如果想吃饭，就必须吃素，一点肉蛋鱼都不能碰。吃素看起来比较自由，但是每餐所吃的白饭不能超过半碗。如果想吃肉，就不能吃面或者面包等淀粉类食物、甜食物或者饮料、奶类。水果可以吃，但是不能吃太甜的水果。

吃无糖食物

在这一周里必须吃无糖食物，不能吃素食。如果你吃了淀粉，那前一周的努力就白费了。在这一周必须找一天在家，早上喝一瓶酸奶，帮你煮清肠胃。在这个星期你可以吃肉、蛋以及蔬菜，但是就是不能吃淀粉。

减少食物摄入

要想减轻体重，无须放弃喜爱的食物，重要的是要加以控制。如果偏爱某种食物且食用量大，那就要注意减少每次的分量。不是每周4次，每次200克肉的食用量，而是每次100克，这样就可以少摄取1200千卡的热量，可在大约7个半月的时间内明显减少体重。建议减肥者在厨房放一个秤，贴一条提示标语，注意提醒自己摄取食品的重量。

饮食上合理安排再加上健身运动，相信吧，暑假过后我肯定会减肥成功的。

As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi. My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldnt buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didnt make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentines day, April Fools Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, its the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witchs Day in Czech. People burned the witchs puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. 最后，就要去上电子琴，上完回来后都要巩固今天和前面学习的知识，以防遗忘。

当然，现在我的个子不高，要想长高，不被别人瞧不起、嘲笑，就好好锻炼，趁空余时间多去游泳，晚上可以去溜冰，和爸爸打羽毛球。还有，可以在业余生活中多做做思维的锻炼，比如和爸爸下一下象棋、围棋、五子棋，增强脑部的发育。

3、暑假时间的分配：我的计划将从7月12日开始执行，天天都要过得充实而又多彩，不要整天无所事事，要行动起来，不然等开始上初中的话，我就赶不上别人了，所以要从现在开始抓紧一分一秒，不得怠慢！

同学们期盼已久的暑假即将来临，为了让我的暑假过得既充实又愉快，我决定给自己制定一个暑假计划。

每天早晨八点钟起床，之后，阅读语文书或英语书各半小时，接着吃早餐。吃完后，做一个小时的奥数，再进行休息，休息的时候可以下楼呼吸新鲜空气、看看远处的绿树红花，享受大自然的风采。中午回家看到妈妈辛苦给我做的美味佳肴，我垂涎三尺。美美地享受完这美食，我就像小猫一样懒懒地躺在舒服的被窝里做美梦。

下午起床后，清醒一段时间，就得坐到书桌旁，做一个小时的暑假作业。然后就去游泳池里和小朋友们嬉戏玩耍。学游泳是一举两得的好事情，既可以锻炼身体，遇到水灾等灾害时又可以自救，你说我这个想法是不是很好呢?游到五点半的时候，就得收兵回家喽，因为如果再游下去的话，太阳就下山了，很容易感冒。回家吃完晚饭后就是我一天中最向往、最自由、最快乐的时刻了：我可以尽情自由地玩耍，看看电视、和同学聊聊QQ，做我自己想做的事情，而不用听爸爸妈妈的唠叨声。九点半了，忙碌了一天的我躺在软软的、温暖的床上，甜甜地进入了梦乡。

寒假又来了，这是我上小学以来的第五个寒假。放假那天，老师在黑板上布置了许多作业。由于寒假作业比较多，需要合理的安排时间才能完成，所以我制订了一个寒假学习计划。

我准备把《数学寒假作业》和《语文寒假作业》各做3面。并在寒假里看一本好书，《好词好句大全》、《名侦探柯南》和那本《实用文摘上、下版》看完。大约一天看20分钟左右。上午做完寒假作业和课外阅读后剩下的时间自由活动。这可是我在妈妈的嘴里使用了我的“大舌头功”才争取来的。中午睡觉一个小时，下午去学金声。学完之后在电脑上学一个小时的电脑应用知识，读一篇《爱的教育》的一篇文章，并说说读完这篇文章有什么心得体会，有什么感受，今后应该怎么做等等。

睡觉前再钻研一道奥数题，读一篇英语作文，哈哈，这真是“语、数、英三不误”啊!

暑假里，学校要求我们去做社会实践，提前对自己感兴趣的职业进行了解。于是，我便来到家里附近的银行去开始两天的实习生活。

第一天，我按照上班时间来到银行，银行里的大堂经理盼盼姐十分热情地欢迎我。因为是星期一，因此来银行办理业务的人特别多。盼盼姐十分忙碌，而我，则跟在她身后学习观摩。

作为大堂经理的盼盼姐，她的工作能力自然非同小可。一个上午，事无大小，盼盼姐都亲力亲为，十分认真地去完成。就像有些老人家，不懂得怎么使用银行里的机器，盼盼姐都会微笑着主动上去教他们。说来惭愧啊，有好几个大姨问我怎么使用那部存折打印机，但我完全不晓得。真的明白了什么是老鼠拉龟——有心无力了。

幸好，盼盼姐及时给我解了围。原来，看起来又大又麻烦的机器，其实操作起来十分简单。第二天来的伯伯阿姨们，只要不会用那个机器的，我都已经会教他们如何使用啦。不过，我面对起陌生人，还是不能够像盼盼姐那样展露微笑，说起话来也打结，可让我苦恼极了。但盼盼姐说她一开始也是这样的，练多了，接触的人多了，便会好了。听后，我又对自己充满了自信。

盼盼姐总是没有怨言地在自己的岗位上奔波着，那热诚的微笑总是深深地打动着每位顾客。对于自己的工作，不仅是要有能力做好，而且要从心底里喜欢这工作并且想要做好。在跟盼盼姐私聊的时候，她坦诚地告诉我，其实她爸爸是一间工厂的老板，但之所以不继承父亲事业而选择银行，因为这是她的兴趣所在，而且也想磨练自己。她还说自己刚做大堂经理的那一天，忙得她自己快要哭出来了，还有过明天就辞职这种幼稚的想法，但都被她一一克服，终于挺了过来。

她这位大堂经理就连银行里的宣传单张都会一张张地亲自收拾好。我从心理佩服这位像蜜蜂般忙碌着却同时露出蜂蜜般甜微笑的大堂经理——盼盼姐。

虽说工作很忙，但盼盼姐还是不忘我的存在。因为想知道她是怎么跟客户们交流的，一上午我都紧跟她身后。盼盼姐就劝我坐一坐，别太辛苦了。我连忙摇头。盼盼姐一早上忙乎着都不坐，我这个没做什么的闲人就更不能坐下了。虽然是这么说，但一个上午，我的腿都快软了。

两天的实习生活结束后，我第一次明白到，工作其实是很辛苦的，并不比读书轻松。但只要鼓起勇气面对眼前困难，一定能够克服。最重要的，还是对自己梦想的那份执着和坚持。新学期伊始，回归校园的我，也将继续努力奋斗。
