小雨晨光内，初来叶上闻。

清晨，小雨淅沥，我站在窗前，望着水洼里的涟漪，一圈，又一圈，仿佛这个涟漪永远波不完。

郑伟：做盲人朋友的“贴心人”

郑伟，是一位光影故事的讲述者。从20xx年开始，他在天津开办免费公益影院——“心目影院”。在这里，志愿者为视障人士讲解影片，每月一次，坚持不懈。“心目影院”通过语言描述电影中画面信息部分，弥补了视觉障碍带来的信息缺失。7年来，“心目影院”文化志愿者团队已有180多名成员，服务视障人士超2万人次。郑伟常说的口头禅是：我奉献，我快乐。

为了能将每一个细节、每一个场景都讲给盲人朋友听，郑伟提前做了充分的准备。由于是同步讲解电影，对白之外的一切需要他来传递。只要对白一停止，他马上抓住这个空隙告诉大家人物的表情、动作、甚至周围环境的变化。只有说得越详细，他们才能越接近“看到”电影。在郑伟绘声绘色的讲解下，大家都听得入了迷。再加上专门为活动配置的专业音响所带来的完美听觉效果，让现场的所有人都为之震撼。电影结束了，大家依然不肯离去，有位盲人拉着他的手激动地说：“我活了大半辈子，还是头一次有人从头至尾给我讲电影啊!”得到了盲人朋友的认可，郑伟心里是甜滋滋、暖融融的。

战国时楚国人屈原，是的诗人。他因馋言陷害而流放到江南，在沅江、湘江一带流浪。有一天，面色憔悴，身体枯瘦的屈原在江畔吟诗，一个老渔翁见到他，就问：

“你不是三闾大夫吗?怎么流落到如此地步呢?”

屈原因答：“我之所以被流放，因为世人都肮脏只有我清白，众人都喝醉了只有我清醒。”

渔翁说：“圣人应该不拘泥于一物，应随事物变换而变换。既然世人都肮脏，你何不也掀起波浪，带起泥沙?既然所有人都醉了，你何不也一醉方休?何必苦思冥想，故作清高，以至于落到今天这般田地?”

屈原回答道：“我听说，刚洗过头的人，一定会先把帽子上的灰尘弹掉再戴上去;刚洗完澡的人，也一定会抖干净衣服。我怎能让干净的身体去沾染俗世的尘埃呢?我宁可投江喂鱼，也不能那样做。”

渔翁听了笑笑，就划桨离开。边划边唱道：“沧浪河水清啊，可以洗我的帽缨;沧浪河水浊啊，可以洗我的脚。”

渔翁的意思仍是劝屈原不可过于清高，人应随波逐流，适应尘世的生活。但屈原没有听进去，不久就投江而死。

后来，“沧浪濯缨”这一典故，用来表示保持高风亮节，或表示避世脱俗;也用于表示随波逐流，混同世人。

温暖，温暖是什么?

难道是那一缕缕的阳光?难道是那一次次的关怀?难道是那一双双援助的双手吗?

在我眼中，温暖似乎不用我去操心它，它好象一直在我周围旋转着，我的温暖，可以是父母的照顾;我的温暖，可以是同学之间的帮助;我的温暖，可以是明媚的阳光。

在我的记忆中，温暖都是平常事了，但要说我记忆最深刻的就是我发烧的那一次。不久前的晚上，头模模糊糊的有点晕，有种发烧的预感第二天早上就开始热成岩浆了，又到了晚上，我已经忍不住了，就跟妈妈说我发烧的情况，她急忙摸了摸我的头，就说要带我去医院，于是拉着我到马路上，拦了一辆的士就前往医院。那个时候我已经热的没有了知觉，整个人都好象飘在空中似的，全身上下只打哆嗦。一到医院挂了个号就去打吊瓶，在针头进入到我手内时，我一下子就精神多了!回到家以是三四点钟了，我一到上床就是一天的时间，到了第二天的六点起来时，摸了摸头，见没发烧了，就连忙向妈妈说谢谢!心里面真的被温暖给覆盖了

还有一件事，也是使我难以忘却的，有一位老师，我在他的课上说了话，他就把我家到了教室外面。下了课，他把我领到了办公室，在办公室里他说：你怎么说话也不说大声点?这样我当场就可以揍你一顿!我当时就愣了，不知道该说什么好。但是老师说到这里就把手挥了挥，示意我可以走了，在这个过程中，我并不知道是什么含义，但是我深刻地体会到了老师给我的那份温暖!
