一、孔子简介

孔子(前551-前479)，名丘，字仲尼。春秋后期鲁国人，儒家学派的创始人，中国伟大的思想家和教育家。

(一)人物事略

尽善尽美

孔子对音乐的内容与形式是非常重视的，它赞美古代乐舞《韶》及《九辩》完善的艺术形式。《论语·述而》：“子在齐闻《韶》，三月不知肉味。”孔子评价《韶》乐尽善尽美。而对周朝乐舞《大武》的艺术表现形式给以高度赞扬外，对其表现周武工伐纣灭商的战争功绩的内容却给予批评：“《大武》，尽美未尽善也。”

安贫乐道

孔子说：“不义而富且贵，于我如浮云。”在孔子心目中，行义是人生的最高价值，在贫富与道义发生矛盾时，他宁可受穷也不会放弃道义。但他的安贫乐道并不能看作是不求富贵，只求维护道。孔子也曾说：“富与贵，人之所欲也;不以其道，得之不处也。贫与贱，人之所恶也;不以其道，得之不去也。”“富而可求也，虽执鞭之士，吾亦为之。如不可求，从吾所好。”

发愤忘食，乐以忘忧

孔子63岁时，曾这样形容自己：“发愤忘食，乐以忘忧，不知老之将至。”当时孔子已带领弟子周游列国9个年头，历尽艰辛，不仅未得到诸侯的信任，还险些丧命，但孔子并不灰心，仍然乐观向上，坚持白己的理想，甚至是明知其不可为而为之。

君子固穷

孔子到达陈国，寄居在司城贞子家，居住了三年。楚国听说孔子在陈蔡之间，便使人聘请孔子，准备把有户籍的民社方圆七百里之地封给孔子。孔子前往拜见回礼，从陈地往蔡地迁徙被围闲，没法行路，断绝了粮食。随从的弟子疲惫不堪，饿得站不起来。但孔子仍“讲诵弦歌不绝”(讲习诵读，演奏歌唱，传授诗书礼乐毫不间断)。子路生气，来见孔子说：“君子亦有穷乎?”孔子说：“君子同穷，小人穷斯滥矣(君子能固守穷困而不动摇，小人穷闲就胡作非为了)。”告诫君子任何艰难的时候，不管发生什么事情，也应该维护自己的操守和道德。

逝者如斯夫

孔子伫立于尼山脚下，望着滚滚辽河，触景生情，禁不住喟叹：“逝者如斯夫，不舍昼夜!”孔子于司空见惯的流水绿波之中发现了深奥的道理，懊丧的情绪也如水般流去了。后来庄子在《庄子?知北游》中也有类似感叹：“人生天地间，如白驹之过隙，忽忽而过。”形容时间流逝得非常快，这也是“白驹过隙”的来历。

苛政猛于虎

孔子路过泰山，见有一位妇女在坟莹旁痛哭哀号，于是询问。妇女回答说：“我的公爹被老虎吃了!”孔子让子路问道：“为什么不离开这个地方呢?”妇人回答道：“因为这里没有苛捐杂税的暴政。”孔子对随从的弟子们说：“苛政对人的危害，有甚于猛虎啊!”

待价而沽

孔子游说诸侯，想得到重用，却四处碰壁，十分感伤，常暗中自怨自艾。某日，子贡得一美玉，来问孔子，是要收藏，还是找个识货的卖掉。孔子大声叹道：“沽之哉，沽之哉!我待贾者也!”意为：卖掉吧，卖掉吧，我正等着识货的人哩。比喻等待有了赏识自己的人才会出来效劳出力。

成也萧何，败也萧何

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

妈妈说，以前它是种在大院子的，长得茂盛青翠，夏天会结出像一个竹青果子。秋天成熟后，就是一个个美味的白果。当年曾祖父最爱的曾祖母的白果炖鸡了，那两棵银杏，就是曾祖父与曾祖母结婚时种下的。可因为曾祖女的去世，他种的那棵银杏就移到了他的墓边。而另一株银杏就开始变矮。青翠的叶子变黄开始枯死。

母亲细心栽培终于救法了那棵银杏树。可从那以后，银杏就也不结果了。

从记事起，曾祖母便是寂莫的，好比那一棵不结果的银杏。多时，她会一边摸着树，一边说着她的近况，她的生活。好像树可以听得懂她说的话似的。说着说着，眼角会流下一颗颗浊浊的泪珠。像可以回到从前曾祖会在世时，他们坐在树下聊着天，谈笑间，都是满的情意。

烟花烟花满天飞，我为谁妩媚，不过是醉眼看花花也醉。

流沙流沙满天坠，我为谁憔悴，不过是缘来缘散缘似水。

那，零落的银杏……

Dear friends,

May I have your attention,please? I have an announcement to make.A student touring group from Australia is coming to visit our school on Friday afternoon,April 12.Our guests will arrive at 2:00 p.m.and leave at 6:00 p.m. We are going to hold a meeting to welcome them on the playground at 2:10 p.m..Everybody is required to attend it on time.After that,they will be shown around our classroom building,lab building,library,school-run factory and swimming-pool.Last of all,a get-together will be given in the auditorium.There will be singing,dancing,music,games and exchange of gifts.Please take an active part in it.

Today is Sunday. It is sunny. I dont go to school. I want go shopping. I get up at 6:30 in the morning.I have some cereal and an egg for breakfast. I go out at 8:00. The shop is near . I go there on foot. Many people are in the shop. I buy a pencil . At 12:00 I go home for lunch. I have some vegetable and meat for lunch. I read a book in the afternoon. I eat some noodles and fruit for supper. After supper, I do my homework. then I watch TV. Later, I play on the computer. I lie on my bed. I listen to the radio. I have a happy day.
