敬爱的洪老师，您知道吗?新学期里，我最开心的一件事情就是您来教我们班的语文了，您是我见过最温柔体贴的老师，您也是一个幽默风趣，多才多艺的好老师，我真喜欢您!

洪老师，您讲话真诙谐有趣。记得刚开学，浩旗同学爱在课堂上讲悄悄话，您听到了，您笑着对他说：“浩旗，我觉得你应该在学习上真正的‘好奇’，而不是‘好说’。”同学们顿时笑了起来。可过了一会儿，他又开始抠指甲，又被您的“火眼金睛”发现了。只听见您轻声细语地说：“浩旗，你变成‘好奇宝宝’啦!要研究指甲，可以在科学课上向老师请教哦!”哈哈，同学们大笑起来，浩旗也被洪老师的幽默逗笑起来，不好意思地挠了挠头，开始认真听讲。因为您的幽默，我们都被您圈粉了。

洪老师，您还爱看书和写字，真是令我们佩服。您写出来的字，文字秀美，笔画如行云流水，在我心中，您的字已经和书法老师是同一个等级了。您还爱阅读，时常跟我们分享读书的乐趣，在您的影响下，我也爱上了阅读，作文水平也提高了不少，连妈妈都夸我了呢。

洪老师，您像妈妈一样时刻关心着我们的学习和生活。您经常利用休息的时候，在班级里给我们补习，帮我们拓展知识，耐心讲解我们不懂的问题，所以在我们班上经常能看到您穿梭的身影。洪老师，我想对您说：“您辛苦了!我一定会好好学习，认真把每一件事情都做好，不辜负您对我们的期望!”

要说起拿手好戏，可能每个人的答案都不一样。我的拿手好戏那可是骑自行车，你还别看骑自行车挺简单，为了练成这个拿手好戏，我可是经历了“九九八十一难”呢。

记得那一次，爸爸骑着自行车带我出去，在林间的小道行驶，飞一般的速度，让我好羡慕，突然间想学骑自行车，于是就让爸爸教我。然后我们找了一个比较空旷的地方，爸爸先教我掌握平衡，但是我摇摇晃晃的，活像一只刚下水的笨鸭子。爸爸就教给我一个办法：先不踩脚踏板，顺着坡往下滑。

我按照爸爸教的办法去练习。我一不留神，摔了一跤。爸爸看到了，连忙跑过来问：“怎样，没事吧?”我从地板上爬起来，拍了拍身上的灰，笑了笑：“没事，继续练吧。”接着，我努力地控制平衡，但还是摔了很多次。爸爸耐心对我说：“你踩脚踏板吧，我在后面扶着你。”我慢慢地踩着脚踏板，小心翼翼地专注把握平衡。骑了一会儿，爸爸在我后面喊：“你太棒了!”我回头一看，爸爸居然没有在扶着自行车，我吓得立马倒了下来。原来，爸爸只扶了一程就没再继续了。在爸爸的教导下，我再认真地练了一遍又一遍，也摔了一次又一次，功夫不负有心人：“终于练成我的拿手好戏了!”我高兴地得一蹦三尺高。

回家的路上，爸爸载着我，我哼着小曲，抬头一看，天是那样的蓝，小道两边的树是那样的挺拔，树下的花儿是开的那样的灿烂。有了这项拿手好戏后，小伙伴们都称赞我，同时练成这项拿手好戏的过程中，我也明白了做一件事要坚持不懈才可以成功。
