记得那是一个灰蒙蒙的天气，已经连续下了好几天的雨，下午终于出太阳了。我满怀期待地来到了舞蹈教室，舞蹈老师正在教室里等着我们，看到我来了，就开始教我们舞蹈的动作，前面几个动作老师一教我就会了，可是教到最后一个动作时，我被吓着了，这可是跳舞十级的高难度动作啊!这个动作需要腾空而起，在空中做一个翻腰，然后落地时下腰。我就在想，现在的我才八级，学这个动作会不会太早呢!我想打退堂鼓了。老师仿佛看出了我的心思，温柔地对我说：“没事的，老师相信你!”我便忐忑的跟着老师学这个动作，在把腿抬起来的瞬间我摔倒了，感觉全身无力，好像站不起来了，这个时候老师把我扶起来，还怀疑我骨裂了。

到医院检查后，医生说一个月就好了，在这期间，不要剧烈运动。我自言自语道：“什么?不剧烈运动我怎么跳舞啊!只是一个月左右，六一儿童节就要到了，我还怎么表演呢!”舞蹈老师也没有办法，只好每天给是我讲解这个动作，教我方法和技巧。终于，一个月过去了，我的伤也好了，虽然只剩五天就要表演了，但我通过老师一个月的讲解，已经把这些动作深深的刻在脑海里了，加上几天的在家练习，我已经学会了这个舞蹈了。

表演的那天终于到来了，我的表演也得到了大家的认可和喜欢，心里无比的激动和高兴。在此要谢谢我的老师，是老师的鼓励和不放弃，让我看见了舞台上的自己。这就是我的拿手戏，每当我做到这个动作的时候，我内心都充满了喜悦，因为这是我用汗水和泪水换来的!

第二天，我亲手把这份“荣誉”接回了家。老师对我说：“馨泽，我把你那幅被彩虹杯选为特金奖的画挂在了校区展示墙上，恭喜你!”我看着证书上用金色写着的“特金奖”，心里甜滋滋的。

只要肯努力，就会有成功的可能。我会继续努力，不断提升我的“拿手好戏”，将更多荣誉“接”回家!

在我自己身上就有一个十分深刻的教训——去年寒假，刚开始几天，我天天出去玩儿，晚上是十二点多才睡觉，白天十点多才起来，生物钟完全乱了套。直到看见家里的弟弟妹妹哥哥姐姐都早已写好了作业，开开心心准备过年时，我才发觉自己的作业从结业典礼拿回来直到现在连碰都还没碰过呢!过年了，由于家里的亲戚多，所以天天都要去别人家里拜年，忙得不可开交。其他人都其乐融融的过年，而我却是提心吊胆，玩的不安心。距离开学的日子渐渐近了，终于临时拜佛脚，粗枝大叶的完成了所有作业。唉，这样不仅没学到什么，还被老师家长狠狠地批评了一顿。

如果当时我有一个计划就好了，每天都给自己“布置任务”，定时定量地完成，并且劳逸结合。不仅学的有效，过年也能安心的玩儿了。这可见有一个好的计划是多么重要哇!每天几点起、几点睡;每天写多少作业、背多少古诗;每天电脑电视娱乐多少分钟、户外活动几小时……
