I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as

the eldly people saw us, they were all happy. 1.We sang songs and danced for

them. Then we helped the worker clean the rooms and washes the clothes. They

praized us a lot and said that we were good boys. Although we felt tired, we had

a good time.

嗯，意料之中的一种，小学生们十分配合。由于是复习刚刚所学过的单元，不少人已经掌握得很好，外加是实习老师的授课，大家显得特别的积极和热情。

上课之前，这是我期望看到的。但当局面真的变成这样的时候，我又显得有些手足无措，不知该如何是好。整堂课上大家的情绪都很高涨：有的是学习得高涨、有的是自娱自乐得高涨当时看到这样的场面，我想控制，却是心有余而力不足。

今天的教学中，不谈教学方法、不谈教学设计、不谈其它什么理论知识。光是课堂秩序，就让我极其无奈。从中，真的不难看出我的组织管理能力是何等欠缺，老师也是不能缺气场的。

One way to get around in big cities like Beijing and Shanghai is to take a

taxi, but it’s too expensive. Many people like to go out by subway or light

rail. They are very fast and convenient. Now they are becoming more and more

A visit to the zoo.I went to the zoo with my friends last Sunday. It was

hot and sunny that day. It took us about two hours to get there by bus. There

were thousands of people in the zoo. We saw lots of animals, such as, pandas,

kangaroos, polar bears, gifaffes, elephants, tigers, wolves, snakes and so on.

We also saw the elephant show. The elephants were so clever that they could do

lots of things like us. At noon we had a picnic in the zoo. And then we thew the

April 28th Saturday Fine

It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were pided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Play ground and wiped all the equipment clean. 今天是星期六，是在五一劳动节之前。我和我的同学去附近的公园，我们不是去那里娱乐，而是去参加义务劳动。

我们在9:00到达那里。我们分为三组，然后开始工作。第一组学生种植树木和花草浇水。而第二组的任务是捡起游客留下的垃圾和清洁长凳。我在的组去了儿童游乐场给所有的设备清洁。我们工作很努力。在11:00，所有的工作都完成了，我的同学们再次集合。虽然每个人都满身是汗，但我们感到高兴，因为我们做了很好的工作。

Today was a day for music, because we had the preliminary contest in the morning and we would have the final contest in the evening.

After the preliminary contest, we thought that only one program could go on next at first. It mad Vanessa sad. This result gave us a big surprise. At last, we knew that she got the first place of girl’s vocal music. Why she couldn’t pass at first was because she didn’t use the match music. Just like a joke! However, we all thought that she sang well all the time no matter whether she could pass or not.

In the evening, Vanessa, Ellison and I took part in the music contest. Vanessa sang almost perfectly and she go the second prize and last. I don’t think Ellison and I sang well. Ellison forgot the words of the song and my voice was a little dumb. Maybe Ellison felt a little nervous and I didn’t feel very natural on the stage. We haven’t got any prize. It was a little pitiful. Besides, my mother and uncle came to see me last night, so they could hear the song I sang by chance. I thought I should take part in activities more and be on the stage more.

After the music concert, my mother, my uncle and I talked a lot in my room. I felt happy to see them and talk with them.

今年暑假，我、妈妈、表姐、表妹等一行16人一起乘火车去太姥山旅游。一路上，我们都十分兴奋，叽叽喳喳地说个不停，晚上觉都睡不着，都想尽快到达太姥山。

早上6点，火车停靠在看温州火车站，我们一下火车，就搭乘上了一辆面包车，准备去白水洋游玩。经过了5、6个小时的颠簸，当车上的人都昏沉沉的时候，旅游车总算到达了白水洋。当看到白水洋的那一刻，我就不由得赞叹道：“哇!真漂亮啊!”只见河内水流湍急，浪一波接一波，就像是鱼鳞片一样;白水洋平坦的岩石河床为一石而就，净无沙砾，河床布水均匀，水深没踝，阳光下波光粼粼，一片白炽，故称白水洋。我们每个小朋友买了把水枪，准备打水仗玩。我急着想下去，可是妈妈拉着我要我喝点姜汤再下去，因为河水很凉，怕感冒。于是我只好捏着鼻子乖乖的喝了几口，只觉得嗓子火辣辣的。每个人还发了双防滑袜，因为水流很急，河石很滑，怕摔倒。当我站在水中的时候，只觉得河水冰凉冰凉的，一股凉意透彻心扉，好舒服啊;可是水浪一波一波的，站也站不稳，有很大阻力，我们就几个人手拉手慢慢往前走。当我静静地站在水里。闭上眼睛时，就会出现一种幻觉，我就像是坐在一艘船上，慢慢的开着我向前开，真新奇!有些人穿着泳衣躺在河水里闭着眼睛享受着河水的清凉;有些人穿好救生衣玩冲浪;有些人拿着水枪互相射击，还有些人脚下打滑一下子坐在了水里，哈哈!我们的衣服虽然都湿了，但是玩的很尽兴，连毒辣辣的太阳都感觉不到热了!

第二天，我们又去了被称为“天然良港”的三都澳，在郭沫若游三都澳时，曾写下“良港三都举世无，水深港阔似天湖”的诗句;我们还去了惊险的斗姥迷宫玩;也去了美丽的太姥山，太姥山可以从“石奇、洞异、峰险、雾多来概括，山上380多处天然石景，大都惟妙惟肖;还有不少奇特的岩洞，有的直通海面，有的见天如线，有的洞中套洞。在我们去过的几个山洞中，其中太姥一线天令我印象最深刻。里面十分窄，只能容一个人过，我们要侧着身子过去，还要收腹挺胸，如果胖的人被卡住了，还需要前面的人拉，后面的人推才能过去;有些地方要弯腰，有些地方要低头，还有些地方要做什么俯卧撑的动作才能过去，不然不是撞头了，就是皮磨破了，非常惊险!

一眨眼，两天的时间久过去了，我坐在了返程的火车上。这两天，我欣赏到了美丽的景色，也体验到了惊险和刺激。这次的旅程 真让我记忆犹新，印象深刻!

其实有挺多事，想说不敢说的，在爸妈，在老师眼里，我们学生的想法都是很消极的，我们现在唯一的目标，不，应该是任务就是学习。

在小学，如果你运气好点，进入的班级，老师没有这么严，作业还可以少点，晚上回到家里随便霍霍几笔，或者蒙一蒙，应付一下。到了假期，就两天而已，作业如山，尤其是每次快要考试的时候，可是，又有谁能想到快要考试了，会复习一下，还是只想着玩，每次到最后星期日的下午，疯狂的补。课上被老师吵两句，并不觉得老师对自己好，而是觉得老师想让自己丢脸，心里默默的骂一句mmp。回到家，听自己爸妈跟自己说学习的重要性，emmm，当时自己还小，想到的唯一一个字是忍，学校里老师要是再凶点，稍微有那么一点崩溃。很是想着赶紧上初中，上了初中就可以解放了，很是期待。

到了初中，开学就是军训，那么热的天，大大的太阳，干嘛要军训，这么热，自己都被晒黑了，军训结束，同学在一起说话，难免会说到谁黑谁白，还会起外号，心里很委屈。初中友谊，应该多交几个，总会有人背叛，在学校一呆就是一天，困得要命，回答不上来问题，总是在自己喜欢的人面前出丑，还不可以早恋，回到家，爸妈一天天说自己，不干活，不学习，整天就知道玩，时间久了，心里很是难受，整天上学已经够烦了，爸妈还烦自己，内心崩溃，觉得小学真的好好，在晚上，失眠的时候总想着要自杀，整天听着爸妈说看看谁谁谁怎么怎么好，有时候还会被逼疯，干嘛总拿我和别人对比，难道学霸的爸妈们就不会说他们么，其实啊，学霸们也很羡慕坏学生，坏学生们无忧无虑，天不怕地不怕的感觉，整天嘻嘻哈哈，没有任何烦恼。或者还有一种选择，慢慢混，成为社会人，可是如果说错一句话，小心眼的人就会找人揍你，还会找你麻烦，还有的人谁势力大，就和谁玩，一但闹掰，就会像扔垃圾一样，扔掉势力小的一方，不管关系多好。

在小学羡慕初中，在初中羡慕小学，而我从来只羡慕幼儿园，社会太险恶，我不想要深交，只想做个小朋友。

save water. Water is very important for human being but some people are just

wasting water. They dont turn off the tap after they finish using it. We should

昨天是大年初二，我和爸爸妈妈一起回到了姥姥家拜年。姥爷姥姥一见我，就问长问短，我给姥爷姥姥拜了年，说了许多祝福的话，祝姥爷姥姥新年快乐，身体健康!吉祥幸福!

年少的心总是敏感而多情的。

今天看了张晓风的《一一风荷举》。不得不说，这样抒情性的文字真合我的胃口，诸多文字也就不在这里一一赘述，有兴趣的同学可以自行查找。看了张晓风的文字内心其实波澜还是挺大的，有许多感受，想找人分享，但是环顾四周……举目竟无一人可倾心，此乃人生大不幸之事也。很可惜，我想分享的时候找不到人。这也不是一次两次的，真心朋友真是难找，也许也有我自己的原因?

中午被班主批评了，原因是没有尽到自己的责任。其实我的内心是有点小小的不服气的，因为中午我和管理值日的同学说了我有事让他和老班说一下，也不知道他带到了没有，反正已过去就是劈头盖脸的一顿批评。但是没办法了，确实自身也是想老师说的需要完善的不足，也无从辩驳。

放学后和班级里的同学一起打了篮球。我们班十几个男生，90%以上都喜欢打篮球，这让我很欣喜，每次叫人哗啦啦的出来一大堆。但是，这个技术……我就不敢恭维了。我的技术说实在，投篮还不行，但是运球就好多了，起码过大部分人犹如过清晨的马路一般。我知晓麦迪的38秒奇迹，也知道乔丹神一样的传说，更知道科比创造紫金王朝强悍，自能自叹不如。我也想打好篮球。

然后又回到学习上。不得不说科学什么的真的是越来越难，但是不厚道地说我自认掌握不错。但是，在昨天的培优班上，今天七点二十的办公室里，我的自信一次又一次的被摧残着。唉，真是难。

This morning,i woke up with a start: my clock was alarming. unwillingly

opened my eyes, i found it was 6:30 already.nevertheless, the room was very

gloomy, for it was raining outside. what a cold day! how comfortable it would be

if i could stay in bed for the whole day, reading a favourite book in the sound

of rain. but, i did have to go to work.

Though it was a rush hour, on the way, there were fewer people than usual.

wind.fortunately , i was dressed in a raincoat. several yards away, a policeman
