以前我只会吃饺子，却不会包饺子。

一天放学回家，一进家门正赶上姥姥包饺子，我放下书包，就凑上去学着包。只见姥姥包出的饺子一个个的`，活像一排排小元宝。我怕包不好，就先拿擀面杖擀饺子皮。我从桌子上取个面团，先往桌子上摁了一下，面团变扁了，再用擀面杖把它擀成圆片，虽然不那么圆，也能把面团擀薄了。

接下来，我就学着姥姥开始包饺子，拿起面片上再放一些馅，用手把面片对角一折，最后把饺子的四周捏实，一个饺子就大功告成了。但是，它的形像与姥姥包出来的饺子比可丑多了，有的像小鱼，有的像月牙，还有的像太阳。不行，再来一个!这回我多加了馅，饺子也变得丰满一些!我一个个不停地包了起来，一个比一个漂亮，花边整齐，亭亭玉立。我心中那高兴劲就不用提了，姥姥也表扬我学的快，包得好。

饺子下锅了，盖莲上的饺子像一群大白鹅扑腾腾地飞入水中。我站在锅边，看姥姥煮饺子。姥姥一会盖上锅盖，一会又打开。锅里的水开了三个开后，饺子漂起来了，一个个都鼓满了气，活像一个个小鱼在水中游。当一阵阵香气钻到我的鼻孔时，我急不可耐地先尝了一个，嗬，这饺子比哪天包的都香，真像我吃的是大白鹅肉馅的饺子呢!

后来，我悟出来一个道理：自己亲手包出的饺子比吃现成的更有滋味。

年三十晚上，我听见有人早早就开始放烟火了，我也想去放。可爸爸说：“等吃好了饭再放吧!”

终于到了吃饭时间，当我刚端起饭碗，门外响起了一阵震耳欲聋的鞭炮声。我再也忍不住了，急忙放下饭碗，抱起沙发上的一堆花炮，拿来一盒火柴，箭一般冲出了大门。

我点燃了“哨声月旅行”。灰色的引线喷出暗红色的火花，只听“嗖……”的一声，炮从矮墙上蹿上了天空，宛如一颗黄色的流星。那炮在空中绕了一个大圈以后，“啪”的一声炸开了，无数火星像一只只黄蝴蝶，飘飘悠悠地往下落，几秒钟后便消失在夜幕之中。我乐得又蹦又叫：“快来看放礼花啊!”随着这一声喊，全家人便争先恐后地跑了出来，本来很宽敞的门前场地一下子变得狭小了。

我赶紧点燃了“五彩游春”的引火线。过了一会儿，只听“嗖”的一声，五只彩蝶飞上了天空，它们扇动着翅膀，飞呀，飞呀，去迎接美好的春天。接着，我又拿出“小鸟”礼花。点燃了“鸟笼子”，“口扑”地一声，“小鸟”冲破“笼子”飞了出去，它也想和我们共享人间过年的欢乐呢。

这时，越来越多的人出来了。鞭炮响成了一片，礼花把天空映得如同白昼。望着夜空中洒下的滴滴金雨、朵朵银花，我们拍着手跳着、笑着，尽情地乐着。“当、当、当……”新年的钟声敲响了，难忘的一年过去了，新的一年开始了，人们欢呼着，祝福着，鞭炮骤响着，礼花开放着。哦，那幸福之花开在天上，开在地上，也开在人们的心中……

今天下午，黄校长聚集了我们和南通师范的实习生开了一个小型会议。虽说主题只是围绕如何制作好一份儿简报，但我真的很受益匪浅，至少说我以前在这方面的知识是空白的。

黄校长围绕我们的见实习，提出了他自己的建议。如樟园印迹、校园观察行等版块，并一一为我们阐述了他的设计理念。这让我意识到，简报的设计原来是如此的有学问。

另外，黄校长还用七句话给我们总结了出简报的准则。我在此特作摘抄，留作学习。刊头设计形成系列，统筹组稿适时装满，拟定标题变换字体，控制字数及时增减，统一版式疏密有致，图文并茂以文为主，书面校对复制有方等。

总之，出好一份简报是一门学问，而且还是门大学问。

更重要的是，从出简报这种说小不小、说大不大的事情看出。要做好教育这项事业，要修的学问有很多很多，而且还要修好他们。就说简报，需要你的设计观、你的统筹观、你的组织观，你的文学造诣等等。更直接一点儿，你对现代信息技术基本能力的掌握，都起着举足轻重的作用。

我明白了，当好一名教师，不需要你是一名专才，而需要你成为一名全才。以后，要努力的方向多了。

The tomb sweeping day is one of the traditional festivals in China. On April 5th, people start to visit their ancestors’ tombs. Generally speaking, people will bring the home-made food, some fake money and paper-made mansion to their ancestors. When they start to honour their ancestor, they will light up some candles and incense, put some flowers around the tombs.

The most important thing is to put the home-made food in front of the tombs. The food, also known as sacrifices, is usually made up with a chicken, a fish and some pork. In some provinces of China, people use different activities to commemorate this day, for instance, spring-outing, swinging, tree planting and making special food. One special food is Ay Tsao rice balls. It looks like Tang-yuan, but its colour is green. Mix the ay tsao juice with the rice powder, then make it into small balls. The Ay Tsao rice ball is done. People believe that eating ay tsao rice balls can get rid of the bad luck and everything will go smoothly. Other activities such as spring outing, tree planting are the other ways to commemorate the forbears. For one thing, it is a sign that people should look into the future and embrace the hope; for another thing, we do hope our ancestor rest in peace.

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

I have stayed in shanghai alone for a week. it’s time for me to go to my

real home—it is in beijing. my parents are waiting for me. although outside is

no matter how beautiful, beijing is still my home. in fact, there is many fresh

things. like red bayberries. in the afternoon, i took a bus to beijing. i was

I’m looking forward to the coming of my winter holiday. In order to have a

On Monday I went to school for the second learning. The weather was still very hot. But I was ready to face with my lessons.

But this Saturday my journalist lesson began and I had to go to the Youth Cnulture Communication Center (near Shanghai Railway Station) to have classes.

I had to go out! The wind was really heavy. And I nearly couldn’t walk! Many trees collapsed and when I arrived there， I was late. But I was surprised to find that there was only about 10 students. Our teacher said just now on an art lesson， only two students came. The typhoon was really horrible.

My Winter Holiday Plans Well, winter holiday is coming. So what I am going to do?
