今年的这个春节过得太有好处了，我不仅仅大了一岁，还让我过的很快乐，这时，让我想起了王安石写的《元日》：爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。千门万户瞳瞳日，总把新桃换旧符。

It doesn’t matter that the air-conditioner has been broken. But my notebook-computer also was broken. I really don’t know what to do. So I went to play basketball. I didn’t know any one in that place. And I was the first time to go there to play basketball. At first, there was no person playing basketball. So I played basketball alone. I went to the City Wildlife Park with my classmates by bus. We arrived there at 8:00. When I got out of the bus, some of us had rushed into the gate of the park. First, we visited the golden monkeys. They were lovely and cute. They jumped from this tree to another tree which was about two meters away. That was amazing, wasn’t it? And then we watched an animal show. They danced like humans. They could do everything we asked them to do. After that we visited safari park. All kinds of animals could be seen there, such as tigers, lions, deer and goats. I loved lions best, because they were the king of the forest, they are so powerful. I wished I could be strong just like them !

How lovely they were! They were my friends! They could smile and cry just like human beings. We should regard them as our friends, and we should not hurt them , instead, we should protect them! They need our help!

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀！快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗？”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

As is well known， books teach us to learn life， truth， science and many other useful things. They increase our knowledge， broaden our minds and strengthen our character. This Saturday, I learned to ride a bike, and I thought to myself, "will I fall down?" Thinking, thinking, feeling anxious.

Today, I hiked on a trail in Arches national Park. It was the longest trail I ever hiked on. It was a rocky and dangerous mountain. I was extra exhausted. When I was at the top, WOW! It was an arch called Delicate Arch. It looks like Athena looking over everybody’s eyes to see if they are obeying rules. How can a loose little arch stand so high. So today was a miracle.

I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends during the summer vacation.

We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and

windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of

foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the

Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were

exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Walls history. They thanked us a lot

and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being Chinese.

Li Ming is my classmate, he is always the best student in my class. The

teachers speak highly of him all the time. I wondered how he can do so well, so

I talked to him. He told me that he kept reading books every hour a day, if he

二、日记的格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

A)September 1，2004或September 1st，2004也可省略写成Sept. 1，2004或Sept. 1st，2004;the 1st of September in 2004(月份不可以缩写)

B)只有月、日：September 1或September 1st(月份可以缩写)

C)只有年、月：September 2004或the September of 2004(月份不可以缩写)

以上的1或1st都应读作the first.

2、星期也可以省略不写，可将其放在日期前或后，星期和日期之间不用标点，但要空一格，星期也可缩写。如：

3.天气情况必不可少。天气一般用一个形容词如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Snowy 等表示。写在日期之后，用逗号隔开，位于日记的右上角。如：

三、日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

四、日记的类型和训练

日记分为记事型、议论型、描写型和抒情型。建议大家在学习写日记的过程中，可按以下步骤进行：

①将一天所经历的主要事情和过程依次简要地记下来，不附加任何感情色彩，这是最简单的记日记的方法;

一.理清思路

你会不会觉得，心情不好时，写出来的东西就是在倾诉，在发泄？

记录下自己的愤怒哀伤，就像自己再一次经历一样？

在这种情况下，记录下来一些东西，其实是在帮你理清自己的思路。

我们最常做的一件事：在电脑上看着电影同时吃着零食并且玩着手机，美名曰，效率。

而效率的高低评价，要在结果成功的基础上。如果是一部烧脑电影，看完后你也许根本不知所云。如果是重要的事情要用手机联系，或许会因为打错字、消息发错人显得你不靠谱从而错过某些机会。而零食的味道你又是否真的体会到了？几件事情同时做，每件事情都只花了几分之一的心思，每件事得到的也只有几分之一。谈何效率？

当你无法做一件枯燥但又重要的事情时，不妨试试每天坚持写下日记随笔。

写日记能让你在一个时间段内沉下心来。只要你有欲望，你就想得到，想得到结果，你就得经历过程，要经历过程，你就要对欲做之事有一个清晰的认识。

你要是暂且还不“知”，写日记来记录你的“行”，别人的“行”，慢慢地参考对照，你就自然会“知”。

在你已经“知”了一些道理的基础上，写日记可以帮助你对一个事物做出检视，考虑每个环节，哪里有问题，哪里需要改 进，促进你对“行”做出修正，直至你得到结果。结果的好坏，你也可以在日记中进行衡量。也许在经历之后，你会对“好”与“坏”重新审视一遍，说不定还会发现“灰”。

知行合一从古至今都很困难。日记随笔是个有利的载体，你写的字促进你“行”，你的“行”能矫正你的“知”，把你的“知”逐渐写下来，让“知”与“行”在一条道上重合，然后就能唤出阿拉丁神灯，达成所愿之事。

People always say that if you want to be successful, then you need to never

give up. I agree with it. The power of insistence is infinite. It can bring us

to our destination. I have made up my mind to finish the task in the planned

time. At the beginning, I would write my homework once I got home and I finished

it quickly without other’s interruption. But sometimes my friends came to my

house and asked me to join the activity, and I would say yes without hesitation.

When I got home was almost ten o’clock, all I wanted to do was to sleep, but

thinking about the homework, then I decided to finish it and refused to leave

them another day. Today’s thing should be done in today. That’s my faith. My

insistence helps me to be an excellent student.

节日的早晨，迟迟地起床，我推开窗户，呀，白茫茫的一片，悄无声息的，昨晚下雪了。我一阵惊喜，母亲提议去爬临平山。

吃好了早饭(实际已经中午12点)，我们和在我家过年的堂姐一家还有好朋友韬韬一同出发了。驱车来到临平山下，买好门票，进入了临平公园，精神抖擞的开始了登临平山之行。

刚走过一块草地，就听见母亲在后面叫我，我回头一看，呵，一片广阔的草地竟然被我们抛在了脑后，草坪的景色还真不是盖的，白茫茫的雪地上透出了一点绿色的小草，高大的衫树，湛蓝的天空更使这里有了悠远的感觉。“儿子，给母亲来一张!”“站好，说茄子!”“喀嚓!”母亲灿烂的微笑定格在了相机中。

登山还在继续，风吹在脸上，却已不觉得寒冷，相反的，有股热气油然而生。没多久，就来到了烈士墓碑前，马上感觉到了那种庄严肃穆的氛围，不用说，我们在这里又拍下了一组照片。

休息了一会儿，马上出发，一路上，两旁的苍松白雪都那么让人陶醉，一幅幅美景也都复制在了我手上的相机中。走了半天，在累得出汗后总算到了山顶，一座高大的阁楼在云

雾中忽隐忽现，还真有点“多少楼台烟雨中”的意境。走到阁楼前的广场上，一块环状雕刻物立在正中，上面刻着一些让人难以琢磨的图案(也许只有我们一行不解其意)，这样的背景，我知道特爱拍照的老妈是不会放过的。果然，母亲发话了，于是，我们每个人都在雕刻物前摆出一些各自喜爱的造型，我和韬韬也合了影。

水时的壮观场面。不难想象，等到这“东来第一阁开张”的日子将会是怎样的游客云集。

开始打道回府了。路上，我还和堂姐打起了雪仗，她被我打的落花流水，飞奔直逃山下，到了晚上她的脚还酸着呢。

今天的登山结束了，总感觉这天过得特别充实，是寒假中最快乐的一天。
