一、掌握日记的正确格式

英语日记与汉语日记的结构相似，主要由两部分组成，即书端和正文。

1.书端（Heading） 英语日记的书端，是专门记载日期、星期和天气的，这一点与汉语日记相同，但在排列上有所不同。英语日记的书端在正文上边的左边（顶格），从左向右推进。

1）英语日期的写法有两种：

（1）先写某日，次写月份，最后写年份。某日用序数词的缩写形式；除May ， June和July三个月份外，其余各月份均可缩写；年份均用阿拉伯数字书写，但不能把“1991”缩写成“91”等。例如：

15th August 1989

（2）先写月份，次写某日，最后写年份。用这种写法比较普遍。某日用基数词，也可用序数词的缩写形式，但后边须加逗号。例如：

August 15，1989

August 15th，1989

如果在英语日记的书端里要写星期的话，可将其写在日期的前面或后面。例如：

Saturday，October 22nd，1983

October 22nd ，1983，Saturday

2）天气情况

如果书端里还要记载那天的天气，只需用少数的词，如“Fin e”“Cloud y”等形容词表示。天气写在日期之后，须用逗号隔开。如果第一行内写不完，也可以移到第二行去写，但第一行内前边要空格，不可与第二行平头。例如：

Saturday，March 4，1988，Fine but windy in the afternoon 常见的天气用语有：

fine 晴天的 rainy 下雨的 cloudy 阴天的，多云的

2．正文（Body） 日记是每日生活的记载。生活的内容广泛，但写作时应有所选择，最好是记下当天有意义，感受最深的东西、不可巨细不分地记流水帐。 记日记的手法灵活，形式多样，它常用叙述的方法，可议论、也可抒情和描写；有话则长，无话则短，甚至于三言两语亦可。

值得一提的是日记的时态选择，由于日记记载的事情通常已经发生，因此谓语动词一般用过去时态。然而，根据实际情况，也可用其他时态。例如：

I went to school at seven this morning．When I got to the classroom，the class had begun ．

When I got home，my mother was cooking．

注意：表示习惯性的动作，客观事实、普遍真理、名言或谚语时，常用一般现在时。

今天，是我实习这么多天来性质最不一样、意义最为重要的一天。因为今天我完成了人生职业生涯里第一堂课的教学，心中感慨颇多。

为了今天的这一堂课，虽说只是一个小学、一位老师，一堂简简单单的随堂课。但对我来说，却是最初的尝试，意义非同小可。所以我还是花费了很多的心血和精力，精心地准备了一番。

在准备的过程中，我体会到了教案设计的艰辛，课件制作的不易。但更重要的环节还在后面，那便是真正的课堂教学过程的组织。

对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。

最近，我们班组织了一次绿色行动，我们的口号是：“我是环保小卫士”。

我们的绿色行动将从身边的点滴小事做起，比如：“节约用水，植树，保护小动物，不乱扔垃圾纸屑”今天中午，我与同学们有了一次真正的体验。

操场上，我们三五个同学在玩“抓人”游戏。忽然，我们发现脚下有一些垃圾，我赶紧跑回教室拿了一袋子，到操场上对他们说：“我们等一下再玩”同学们跟上来一起讨论后，我们把这个活动变成了一个游戏—看谁捡得垃圾多。我们划分了区域，我被先在捡卖冷饮的那一块，真是个好地方，那里有许多冰袋子，可是，当我去捡时，发现冰袋子全进了垃圾桶，只有几个在地上，我只好先把几个星星点点的垃圾捡起来，于是就蹲在地上“守株待兔”。5分钟了，我才捡一只小袋，我一定要努力比他们俩捡得还要多一点才行，过了一会儿，他们来到集合点，我一看表，啊?只剩下30秒了，我用最快的速度冲过去，只见他们已经在好那儿等了，我赶紧加快速度，放眼搜寻每一点垃圾，一个也逃不出我的视线……集合了，时间刚刚好，最终我捡的垃圾数量排名第三，还算不错。

比赛结束了，我们回到教室里，把捡回来的垃圾分类装进了垃圾箱里。

这次的游戏不仅提高了我们的环保意识，还增强了我的耐力，下次多参加类似的活动。这样我们自己会觉得很有意思，还能环保。

不过，我还是希望同学们能加强环保意识，养成不乱扔垃圾纸屑的好习惯，让我们的学习与生活环境变得更加干净整洁，让这座城市变得更加美丽迷人。

August 7,2014 Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not

very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will

feel happy and become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to

grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions.

Once again, I make a decision to be a good girl.

译文：今天，我帮助了奶奶做家务。奶奶的身体不好。我以后要常帮她做事。这样她就会高兴身体也会好一些。突然觉得，人老了真不好。不但身体不会好，而且一不小心就会惹得大家讨厌。我又做了一个决定，以后一定要做个乖孩子。
