This form displays the result of a survey on how to spend students’ weekend. It says that few students are glued to their schoolwork any more. Personally I think， students are now freed from heavy burden but their spare time is not well arranged. They are expected to spend some time on what they learn instead of hanging out. 纵观历史的长河，许许多多的英雄形象早已让人铭记于心。无论是古时征战沙场的文天祥、精忠报国的岳飞、还是抗争时期以身殉国的邱少云、无私奉献的雷锋，都让我们深刻体会到了何为英雄，何时需要英雄精神。在我看来，无论我们身处战争时期还是和平年代，英雄精神是一种必不可少的存在。

英雄精神不仅让我们领会到爱国的精髓，更是引领我们如何做人，如何处事。于谦“粉身碎浑不怕，要留清白在人间”的忠义之情，文天祥“臣心一片磁石针，不指南方不肯休”的坚定之心，荆轲“风萧萧兮易水寒，壮士一去兮不复还”的凛然之义，不断地教会我们对事坚定，处事凛然，忠义爱国。其中的忠义、坚定、凛然就是英雄精神的内涵无论我们身处什么时代，无论我们身处什么环境，英雄精神总是会启迪我们，振奋我们的。

英雄精神不仅限于忠贞报国的牺牲英雄身上，其实我们每个人都可以有英雄精神。社会在发展，时代在进步，许多人会因为生活的繁忙，也更是害怕惹上是非，对关乎自己之外的是置之不理，这是因为他们没有想要成为“英雄”的意识，其实英雄不仅限于在做大事方面取得巨大成就的人的身上，在小事上无私奉献，做好自己，乐于助人，这也是英雄的另一方面的体现。“托举的小哥、最美的教师、最勇敢的司机······”这都是现如今社会上的英雄，他们的身上都有值得我们学习的英雄精神。

往日的英雄不会如今时代的和平而离我们远去，我们更不可以忘记他们，他们的身上所蕴含的英雄精神永远都值得我们去领会，去学习。而体会和传承英雄精神也是我们需要做到的。
