星期日 天气 ：晴

今天是新年。所有的小朋友都换上了新衣服。我高兴地换上了新装，又去拜访了我的朋友。我们都很开心。因为我们的新衣服非常漂亮，我们还收到了一些新年礼物。

我一整天都非常开心。现在，我想大声的说：“新年是快乐的!”“我祝愿所有的人新年快乐!”

Today we saw a movie at noon and in the afternoon. It’s name suggested that it was a horrific one, but it wasn’t horrific at all. We finished watching at 5:30pm, and walked to our dormitories when we got there, it was 6:00. we had our dinner as quickly as we could and then rushed to the classroom. I’ve never been in such a hurry! In the afternoon we acted. We watched to a short play for three times and the teacher asked us to act. It was a little difficult, because we couldn’t remember all the sentences by watching the play for three times. We tried to remember something. Though the play had been changed a little, it was still very good we all acted very well. The teacher also gave some group prizes. Though my group hadn’t hot once, I didn’t mind.

There is one thing that made me very happy. One of my classmates said “happy birthday ” to me by sending a message. Though it was late, I still felt happy.

龙虾，龙虾，说起龙虾大家一定都吃过吧!今天，我就给大家讲讲这个快乐五一的“龙虾奇闻”吧!

今天早上，春风与煦，阳光灿烂。我们兄妹三人拿着盆子、绳子，去钓龙虾了。一路上，哥哥与钟明帆两人东张西望的，我问他们在干吗呢?他们异口同声地告诉我：“捉田鸡，做诱饵。”

到了一个小小的池塘，就停下了。池塘的水黄黄的，这下我心里可有疑问了：龙虾不是应该在大海大江里的吗?怎么会在这小小的池塘里呢?这真是奇闻!他俩可忙活开了，一会捆田鸡、放线、钓虾，一会又得照顾我。

哈哈，现在该我这个捣蛋鬼出场了吧!哥哥那里有龙虾上钩了，我大声喊起来，把那刚上钩的龙虾给吓跑了。哥哥三番五次钓上来的龙虾都被我的“狮吼功”吓跑了，他看了看我，也拿我没辙，谁叫他有我这样一个捣蛋鬼表妹呢!

这边这个被我打败了，又要去给钟明帆开开我的“狮吼功”表演了吧!看看那儿有一只龙虾上钩了，我一个喷嚏就把那只又肥又大的龙虾给赶走了。

……

最后，他俩带着那花了三个小时才钓上来的六只龙虾垂头丧气地回家了。

这个五一节，真是快乐啊!

Everything is new to me, new class, new teachers and new classmates. My

classmates are all good students and they can speak English well. I think I can

learn a lot from them, and I can make friends with them.

The teacher from china is full of emotion when giving a class. And her

class is very interesting. To my surprise our foreign teacher can speak chinese

very well, but in my opinion, her class is a little boring. She should have made

the class more active.

Compared to my school, Zhejiang University seems so big that it takes us a

few minutes to commute between the classroom and cafeteria.

一切对我来说都是新鲜的，新的班级，新的老师和新的同学。我的同学都是好学生，他们英语讲得很好。我想我可以从他们身上学到很多，我可以和他们交朋友。

这位来自中国的老师讲课时感慨万千。她的课很有趣。令我惊讶的是，我们的外教汉语讲得很好，但在我看来，她的课有点无聊。她本该让全班更活跃。

与我的学校相比，浙江大学似乎太大了，我们从教室到食堂之间要花上几分钟的时间。

Yesterday morning ,I got up earlier.The birds are singing in the

trees.After breakfast ,My mother and I went to the local park.Everything was

beautiful.The sky is blue.The sun is magnificent.You can see many flowers and

trees in the park.Some children are playing in the park.I saw many boats on the

lake at the foot of the hills.Later on ,mother and I played hide-and-seek in the

park.Yesterday,I had a good time.

寒假已过。现在我一想起给展哥哥做夜宵的事就想笑。

那天晚上，我和弟弟到哥哥家做客，一进门我看见了院子进一筐竹匾里凉着一些豆腐渣，边上还有一个小石磨。青黑色的石磨很迷你，只有一个大汤盆大小。我仔细观查，石磨分两部分，上面是一个厚厚的扁圆柱形的石片，下面是一个有着缺口的石盘，上部的石片用一个钉子插拴在底盘的小洞上，装拆十分方便。磨石片上还安装了一个供人手握的转把。我使劲一推，石磨转动起来了!我灵机一动。计上心来!于是对弟弟耳边嘀咕了几句，弟弟会意地点点头。我们开始行动，弟弟抓了几把豆腐渣，我倒了一盆水，把豆腐渣泡软了，放进磨的小口中，使劲地转动石磨，弟弟不时加一点水。不一会儿，乳白色的汁水就缓缓溢出，我们忙找了个杯子，接下底盘的出口处。洁白的汁水越来越多，终于冲出盘子口，奔向杯子!

等我们积满了一杯，我拔开上部的麿片，哈，中间还粘满了豆渣酱，就像嚼碎的饼干!顾不得清洗，我们端着杯子走到哥哥面前，说：“这是你的夜宵!”

哥哥狐疑地接过杯子，“你你用豆渣磨的豆浆?”

我们一听，不好，“跑!”

“站住，别想跑!……”

于是舅舅家的小院子，便成了我们欢乐的海洋……

Finally, we arrived in Guilin. After breakfast, we went to River Li. We listened to the guide and enjoyed the views on boat. But I found the water in River Li is dirty, many people washed clothes there. I feel angry and the trip became boring and exhausting.

今天终于到了桂林，我们吃过早饭后就出发去漓江。坐上了船后，我们听着导游的讲解，观赏着风景。可是我发现漓江的水很脏，有许多人在那里洗衣服。我很气愤。在接下来的旅途中很无聊我也很疲惫。

今天是五月一日劳动节，爸爸问我和妹妹：“家里谁最辛苦”。我和妹妹一齐回答道：“爸爸妈妈最辛苦”。爸爸又说：“平时你们都有小劳动，今天我给你们体验大人的工作，晚饭时间到隔壁饭店当一回服务员”。我感到很兴奋说：“好的”。

我和妹妹吃完饭后，来到饭店，老板娘教我们，有客人来了先问有几位，确定人数后带客人坐好位置，上茶水、瓜子等，拿菜单给客人点菜，菜上来了还要问客人要酒、饮料等吗?等客人吃好了，要把碗筷收拾好，桌子擦好等下位客人光临。

今天的客人有点多，我和妹妹一会儿记菜单，一会儿端菜，一会儿收拾碗筷，忙得不可开交，就像两只勤劳的小蜜蜂在小饭店里穿梭着。这次体验让我知道做任何事都很辛苦。

我终于知道累是什么感觉了，一回到家洗完澡，刚上床还来不及回想今天的事情，便沉入甜蜜的梦乡中!

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅!

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我

格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

第一次做家务

he summer vacation began. I decided to work to make money for the next

term. But I didnt know what work I could do.

At that time, my mother was writing a book. I decided to type for her for

pay. She agreed and paid me 5 yuan for 1000 words.

I began to work. I typed so slowly that I could type only several hundred

words a day. It was a hard job for me. I kept typing all day long.

I finished the work two weeks later. I came to know how hard it was to make

money.

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business

in my mothers company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager

of my mothers company. I sat in my mothers office and help her answer the

telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a

lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. Because in my mothers office, I

had nothing to do. If I did nothing, I was wasting my time and my life. I cant

do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.

During the National Day, our family went to Yunfu Mountain Hot Springs.

To the hot springs, we swim for swimsuit. First of all we came to the childrens pool, where there are a lot of fun slides there are things, I did not even do not do the warm-up exercise could not help but jumped out of the pool, "wow, really comfortable." 今天是五一节，天气格外晴朗，心情也格外愉悦，因为我要跟妈妈、舅舅一家去大外婆家，领略大自然最天然的美。

车子颠颠簸簸开在蜿蜒的小路上，我一下子被那清澈见底的小溪所吸引了，更让我兴奋不已的是那透明水中成群结队的老虎鱼，他们穿梭在水中，跟我们同行，好似在欢迎我们的到来。

一路的好山好水，很快把我们带到了外婆家。我迫不及待地下了车，找了台阶，脱了鞋，直接跟那干净透亮的水来了个亲密接触。“哎呦”一阵透心凉从脚到了头，我赶紧上了岸。这下水中的`鱼儿齐头并进游到岸边，水中的鸭子也嘎嘎地扑腾着翅膀，好像在说“这是我们的地盘，谁也别想侵犯。”

“摘覆盆子去了。”姐姐一叫，大家齐声呼应。第一眼看见绿叶丛中红红的小果子，感觉那是一幅画。走近摘下一颗放在手中，它圆圆的，外表红艳，长着许多小毛头，中间空心，有丁点白色的心，漂亮极了。一口咬下去，是一种美妙的甜味，肯定会让你意犹未尽。

我完全沉醉在边摘边吃的过程中，享受着这大自然赐予的最天然的果实。“小朋友们，看过来。”一抬头，一串串长长的覆盆子映入眼帘，原来妈妈把精心摘选的果子一个个串在野葱芯上，别有一番新意。“糖葫芦覆盆子”，我激动地大叫，顿时欢声笑语传遍了整个山谷。

夕阳西下，微风习习，我们一行人依依不舍地离开了大外婆家。我留恋那小溪，留恋那老虎鱼，留恋那大山，留恋那覆盆子，更留恋那串妈妈精心制做的“糖葫芦版覆盆子”。

今天妈妈送我去上英语课，才送到一半，妈妈就说：“走吧！”然后我就跑步、跑步，哼哧哼哧跑上了喽。

凯文第一，我第二，朱丽第三，正好我还折了纸飞机，这个样子蛮像普通飞机的。我对他们说：“我们一起玩飞机吧！”凯文就和我玩了起来，不过，我注意到凯文好像不大有力气，所以我就又放了起来。

我和他们吭哧吭哧又玩了起来，凯文和我玩‘斗鸡’我们打、打、打，我输了一次，然后后面都是赢，然后又输了一次，还有沙城堡，我到了一次，又输了一次，然后又到了一次，然后又输了一次……。好好玩，我们玩得吭哧吭哧，好累呀。

看来玩这种东西也是很累的，但是我是不会放弃滴，我可是练过跆拳道的哦，所以，我又玩，吭哧吭哧……我撞、我撞、我撞、撞、撞，他们两个输了，他们还假哭了一场。我又说要玩，他们两个吭哧吭哧的说：“我——吭哧吭哧——不——吭哧吭哧——来——吭哧吭哧——了——吭哧吭哧……”正好我也热得不行，我让老师把空调开大一点，老师就开得大了一点。

今天的英语课上来Tt这个T呢，是最、最、最简单的，好简单好简单，实在难不倒我，你知道有多简单吗？实在是太简单了，因为我已经都会了，我熟得都变成烤鸡了。

下课的时候，我本以为外面是很热很热，结果没想到比教室里还要冷。
