我的任务是：把凳子摆到桌子上。上课铃声一响我就和其他几个小朋友开始摆凳子。过一会儿，所有的凳子都摆到桌子上，一律腿朝上放着。这时我看见一大群女生围者金寒宾叫着：“打水去，打水去……”原来，女生们都要去擦玻璃，而他的任务就是给他们打水。

过一会儿，鲁老师发现有的地方我们根本够不着，就对我说：“你到前楼去，叫几个哥哥，姐姐回来帮我们班擦玻璃。”我马上跑到五年级，对王老师说：“王老师，能给我们班派几个人去擦玻璃吗?”于是王老师叫2个男生到我们班去，鲁老师又说：“还缺人啊!再叫几个来。”于是我又到他们班去叫四个女生来擦玻璃。过一会儿，鲁老师又叫我擦地，我擦一会儿，鲁老师说：“把水扫到外面去。”洗手池前的水可真多啊!我扫半天还没扫完，后来又来几个同学，他们也纷纷拿起扫把开始扫水。我们扫啊扫，扫啊扫，扫的上课铃响终于扫完。一会儿，走廊里没水，这些水到哪里去呢?原来都被我们扫到操场上去。就这样，从教室里扫到走廊里，又从走廊里扫到操场上，一场大扫除就在我们的欢笑声中结束。

今天的大扫除虽然有点累，但是经过我们的一翻努力，教室和学校变得更美丽!

HOW I SPENT MY SUMMER VACATION 我如何度过暑假

No sooner had the summer vacation begun than I returned to my native town. Of course I must make good use of it; otherwise I would incur the displeasure of my parents.

In the morning I reviewed my lessons and read newspapers or magazines. In the afternoon I played ball games with my friends or went fishing in the river. In our country, there are plenty of delicious foods. They are popular among

Chinese people. I like eating very much. There are many food I like, such as

chicken, fish, beef, tofu, noodle and so on. Among them, fish and tofu are the

food I like most. Fish is delicious as well asrich in nutrition. Its good to

our health. There are various cooking methods and I think the simplest way is

the best one. Tofu is my favorite as well. It can be cooked with many other

五一我去了陕北，听说陕北是革命根据地，有很多伟人曾在哪里生活过，怀着激动和好奇的心情我们一路北上。

我们先去了红石峡，从远处看山是红色的，一条弯曲的锁道在山腰中间，走近看墙上都是古文怪字，洞里面有古老的木床，各种雕像，还有地下通道。接着我们去了高家堡，高家堡是个打过巷仗的地方，城堡最高处五星红旗随风飘扬着，听说以前指挥官就站在那里指挥打仗的，巷子很长很深，很多影视作品是在这里拍的`。之后来到成陵，这里是古代一个很会打仗、很会做领导的皇帝的墓，叫成吉思汗，走进园陵，到处都是像钥匙一样的蒙语，各种各样的蒙古包。最后一站我们去了红碱淖，这里有沙滩、大海、骆驼和马等很多好玩的。

每到一个景点爸爸妈妈都会给我讲关于这里的故事，听革命先烈英勇事迹和他们当时生活条件，我觉得他们太厉害了，他们建造的房子都很漂亮，在没有机器的帮助下挖隧道。我觉得我们能在这么优越的环境下生活离不开他们的付出，以后我更加努力学习，做一个像他们一样社会有用的人，对社会有贡献的人。

这个“五一”我过的非常快乐，又学到了很多知识。

Saving Water

Water is the most valuable resource on the earth. Water is the necessity of

our life and we must drink it everyday.Now, many people can not drink clear

water, because many of them are badly polluted. So, in order to save water, the

first thing we should do is reduce water pollution. In addition, we should

develop good habits to save water. For example, turn off the tap after we use.

Or we should recycle the water to make it full use. In one word, water is scarce

for all of us and we should try our best to save it.

保护水资源

水是地球上最宝贵的资源。水是生活的必需品，我们每天都需要喝水。现在，很多人都喝不到干净的水，因为很多水都被严重污染了。因此，为了节约用水，我们首先要做的就是减少水污染。另外，我们应该养成节约用水的好习惯。比如，用完水的时候关掉水龙头。或者我们应该循环用水以达到充分利用。总之，水是对我们大家都是稀缺的，我们应该尽最大努力保护它。

1月17日星期二晴

马上要过年了，妈妈看她的头上又有好几根白头发了，就让我和她一起去理发店焗头，我答应了，就和妈妈一起骑车去我们最熟悉的一家理发店给妈妈焗头发。

到了理发店的门口，我往里面一看，哇!里面竟然挤满了人，椅子上，沙发上，都坐满了人，有老人，有小孩，还有好几个姐姐和阿姨坐在椅子上正在烫卷发呢。我和妈妈只好坐在一边等前面的人，一下等了将近半个小时的时间。终于排到我们了，妈妈走到最前面的椅子上坐了下来，只见理发的阿姨先在妈妈的头发上喷上一点水，用梳子把妈妈的头发梳整齐了，再把妈妈头上的碎头发渣子修修剪剪，妈妈告诉这个阿姨是要焗栗棕色的，这个阿姨就选出两瓶染成栗棕色的焗油膏，把这两瓶焗油膏全都挤在一个小的塑料碗里，用另一个梳子把它们搅拌均匀，一点一点地梳在妈妈的头发上，然后用一个塑料纸盖在妈妈的头发上，在热气上蒸十五分钟，阿姨又看看妈妈的头发里面有没有都染上色，觉得还没有好，就又让妈妈再蒸五分钟。等妈妈的头发染好色后，这个阿姨就带妈妈去水池边把头发洗干净。这样，妈妈的头发就焗好了。

我看着妈妈刚焗好的头发，觉得妈妈比之前好看了许多，一下子好像年轻了好几岁，妈妈看着也很开心。

Like most Chinese primary students, my life is quite simple. Get up in the

morning, have breakfast and then go to school. My day always begins like that.

But every single day is so different from each other. For example, I meet

different people on my way to school. I have different new classes every day, so

I always learn new knowledge. And the happiness is different. Yesterday I might

be happy because I got high scores in the exam, but today I am happy because I

play with my classmates. Knowledge and happiness make my every single day and

life rich.

早上刚跳完绳的我对妈妈说：“妈妈，该做劳动了!”“哦!马上来了!”妈妈急切的说。过了一会儿，只见爸爸拿着拖把，粘了粘水，马上拿着拖把站在了我的身旁，而我呢?拿着擦布站在了爸爸的身旁。就等妈妈了!“妈妈!”我大声的喊着。突然妈妈站在了我的身旁说：“开始吧!”

我开始给妈妈分配任务：“妈妈，你先去把客厅扫一遍!”然后到给爸爸分配任务：“爸爸，你等妈妈把客厅扫完，我把客厅的所有东西擦完，你就把地板拖一遍!”分配完任务后，我就开始擦着酒柜的玻璃，擦完了，我等着妈妈把地扫完，妈妈还有一点没有扫完。

于是，我就顺遍擦了擦茶几，擦完茶几，妈妈也刚好扫完，我们回头看了看爸爸，他怎么还坐在沙发上呢?“爸爸!”“哦!扫完了?”“早就扫完了!”“好的，马上就去拖!”“快点!”等我们喊到第二十九遍的时候，爸爸终于从沙发上懒洋洋的起来了!只见爸爸比我们干得还起劲，他拖完之后，我们接着又拖了厨房、大卧室等等。

我们干完之后，各个都大汗淋漓的，但是我们却很高兴，因为我们的家从脏得不成样的家，变成了美丽动人的“花园”!

暑假到了，爸爸妈妈帮我报名参加了暑期舞蹈培训班，然后我发现我喜欢上了跳舞。

我来到学跳舞地方的时候，我十分好奇和期待。也许这是女孩子的天好吧。步进了舞蹈课室，“呀。好漂亮吖。”我惊讶的大叫起来了。这时舞蹈教师走过来温柔的对我说：“不用再看啦，小朋友。赶紧加入我们一起学习舞蹈吧。”在老师的引领下我赶紧换上漂亮的粉色舞蹈衣和洁白的舞鞋，欢快地跟着其他小舞伴一起练习起来。

开始的几天，舞蹈老师教的不算难，很快我就会跟着跳起来了。但随着学习的深入，我发觉舞蹈的动作越来越难了，而且学习基本功：压腿，拉筋的时间也多了起来，我的心里开始怕苦不想了。这时舞蹈老师发现了我的问题，走来细心的对我说：“你跳的很好的，一定要坚持住练习下去。以后你会跳出更加优美的动作的，但现在放弃，以后你还是不会跳舞的。”为了学好我心爱的舞蹈，为了跳出令人羡慕的优美舞姿，我接受了老师的意见，咬牙继续坚持训练起来。

通过整个暑假的舞蹈培训，我明白了在困难面前，不能低头，要勇敢前进，努力克服困难，才能取得成功。值得高兴的是，虽然过程很艰辛，但是我终于学会了跳舞。

我又迟到了 I Am Late Again

I opened my eyes in the morning and looked at the clock. "Oh, dear! Its

half past seven already. Ill be late again," I thought. Without breakfast, I

hurried to school. But it began to rain hard.

早晨我睁开眼睛，看看钟表，“天啊!已经七点半了。我又要迟到了，”我想。没有吃早饭，我就匆匆朝学校赶去，可是天又下起雨来。

When I got to the classroom, the maths teacher had already begun his

lesson. It was Mr wang. All of us were afraid of him. I didnt like him, or his

lessons. I opened the door. " Im late again, Mr Wang."

寒假里有很多的事情值得我去回味，有一件事情我现在想起来都还很难忘，那就是拧虾壳。

那是一个阳光明媚的日子，我的妈妈买回一斤大虾，乐的我和妹妹欢蹦乱跳。

我的妈妈问我和妹妹：这些虾是炒来吃，还是焖来吃?;我和妹妹抢着来说，我说：炒来吃最美味;妹妹说：我觉得焖来吃最好吃;我和妹妹闹了起来，我说：你算老几?应该听哥哥的话。;妹妹说：就算你是哥哥也得让一下妹妹呀;我和妹妹吵得不可开交。这时我的妈妈说：还是炒来吃吧!听了我的妈妈这样说我们才停战。我的妈妈把虾拿进厨房准备拧虾壳。我觉得好玩也跟着我的妈妈走进厨房帮我的妈妈拧虾壳。

我的妈妈说：拧虾壳要先把虾头的尖角折断，然后再拧壳，把它的头里面的脏东西洗开就行了，这样就不用怕虾用尖角来刺你。我按照我的妈妈说的做果然这样拧虾壳快多了。

拧到最后，还剩几只虾，我拿起一只大虾，正当我想折它的角时它把身子曲起来，再一直它的角刺中我的手，我慌忙把虾向地下一扔。我静下来后又把它拾起，终于把它的角折断，我的妈妈叫我去做作业行了，剩下的她拧。

中午我的妈妈把虾炒好，我看见那原来晶莹剔透的虾身子，现在变成白里透让人看见都流口水三尺。我忍不住拿起筷子夹它起来吃。

看你刚才还敢刺我，还不是成了我的盘中餐了，哈哈!

there were traffic jams almost everywhere, people waited in long queues at bus-stops:and taxi-stands? looking entirely exhausted.tempers flared when people gotpushed or if someone else cut the queue.impatient drivers honked at each other every now and then.

the railway station was congested with travelers who rushed to the platform like a swarm of bees and then squeezed their way into the train for seats as if there would be no tomorrow.

in the restaurants, tables were shared. a platoon of waiters filed out from the kitchen armed with various containers of eatables. orders were taken feverishly and then shouted across to the kitchen. excitement reigned everywhere as waiters ran hither and thither to fill the orders.
