五月的第一天，阳光明媚，我们一家人驱车赶往姨奶奶家——景色宜人的饶阳，这里有富饶的土地和勤劳的人民。

途中，金灿灿的油菜花铺满田野，不时地映入我的眼帘;路边的柳树枝，好似姑娘乌黑的秀发随风舞动;波澜起伏的麦田，绿油油的，像是大地妈妈的绿衣服。

我们一行人经过了长途跋涉终于到了老家，听老家人说，近年来家里养了好多好多貂，这次来我一定要近距离地看看它们长啥样。来到了养殖场一看，足足有好几百只貂，它们身形修长，身体浑圆，皮毛有光泽。有时会发出“咯咯”的声音，听起来好像在笑，听家里人说这是貂开心的表现，有时我还会听见它们发出“呀呀”的声音，像是撒娇，原来这说明它们现在很舒服，要是你听见“叽叽”的声音，就表示它们很生气，没想到这些小动物的感情还如此丰富呢。

看完了这些貂，听奶奶说家里还养了几只小藏獒，听到这我兴奋得不得了，因为我最喜欢藏獒了。家里最小的这只叫嘟嘟，只有三个来月，体重就40斤了，肥肥的，跑起来一扭一扭的，非常可爱。小嘟嘟可聪明了，它知道谁是主人的好朋友，谁是主人的一般朋友，比如今天他见到我们就特别高兴，一个劲儿地摇头摆尾，还不时蹭蹭我们的腿，听妈妈说，藏獒不但非常勇敢，而且对主人也相当忠诚，永远都不会背叛主人。和小嘟嘟玩了一小会儿，我俩就成了形影不离的“好兄弟”了。大人们拔野菜的时候，我和嘟嘟当保镖，它在野菜里可撒欢了。

这就是我五月假期的一天，有阳光，有绿色，有劳动。

5月1日晴星期二

一个风和日历的下午，我和妈妈、表妹表哥以及小狗溜溜去空气清新、风景优美的歌乐山游玩。五彩缤纷的小花儿笑着欢迎我们的到来;小草们探出小脑袋向我们挥手。我们一边欣赏着美丽的风景，一边爬山。

一路上，小狗溜溜蹦来蹦去，不时顽皮地跳进水坑里，溅得旁人一身泥巴。我们来到一处山岩，看见美丽、芳香的金银花满山遍野。我和表妹表哥迫不及待地拿起口袋去摘金银花。摘着摘着，我被金银花的藤拌了一下，脚一滑，就摔了下去。要不是我的手紧紧地抓住了金银花的藤，说不定就粉身碎骨了呢。采完花后，妈妈问我们：“你们知道金银花的好处有哪些吗?”表妹说：“金银花很香。”表哥说：“金银花清热、降火。”我说：“金银花还可以避暑降暑。”妈妈说：“你们都说得对，但金银花最好的地方是它土生土长，不为别人的欣赏而生存。”

经过这次游玩，我不但欣赏到了美丽的风景，还懂得了做人的道理。真是收获不少啊。

这次五一节，我感到很开心。我们去了外婆家，吃过饭后，我和姐姐还有两个哥哥一起玩，我们模仿电视里的“撕名牌”。规则是谁的名牌被别人撕掉，他就输了，如果别人找到复活水晶才有可能复活。

我们开始撕了，姐姐没有防备，她的名牌被我撕掉了。然后我两个哥哥结盟，我乘其不备，把大哥的撕掉，后来我和二哥扭打在一起，我们都撕掉了对方的名牌，结果我们两败俱伤。后来我们又玩打保龄球，我和大哥一组，姐姐和二哥一组，我们找到了十个瓶子，然后用篮球当保龄球。

比赛开始了，那一组打倒的多那组获胜，姐姐一球打倒了两个，我打倒五个，我们就这样开心的玩着，最后我和大哥这组胜出。这个五一节，我不仅锻炼了身体，我还玩得很开心，还增加了我们兄妹之间的感情，我好快乐呀!

1、思想重视的不够

随着各种教学法涌入我国，对我国英语教学影响最大的当数“听说法”和&ldquo,日记;视听法”。这些教学法提倡将英语作为一门工具来对待，侧重学生语言技能的训练。然而，我们在着意于口头技能培养的同时却忽略了书面阅读和写作，在强调语言结构形式的反复操练的同时却忽略了学生语言能力的培养，从而导致教师和学生轻视英语写作现象的产生。

2、写作素材的缺乏

教师对小学英语写作究竟要写些什么缺乏明确的认识。大部分写作练习表现为简单机械的抄写，学生容易完成，老师易于批改，但写作内容与学生生活缺乏练习。

3、母语文法的束缚

the railway station was congested with travelers who rushed to the platform like a swarm of bees and then squeezed their way into the train for seats as if there would be no tomorrow.

in the restaurants, tables were shared. a platoon of waiters filed out from the kitchen armed with various containers of eatables. orders were taken feverishly and then shouted across to the kitchen. excitement reigned everywhere as waiters ran hither and thither to fill the orders.

做完了第一步与第二步，外婆就拿出一根擀面杖，让我来擀皮。我起初以为擀皮非常容易，就高兴地拿起擀面杖开始擀皮，可是那一团面粉就似一个淘气的孩子，不管我怎么样擀，它总粘着擀面杖。我有点生气了，外婆见了笑着说：“孩子，别心急，你先在擀面杖上放一些油，再来擀就不会粘了，在擀的时候用力要均匀。”她边说边示范，看着她熟练地示范着，我心想：也不是非常难啊，我一定要把它学会。我接过擀面杖学着外婆的样子慢慢地来擀，奇怪了这回面团似个听话的孩子。我心里非常高兴——我终于学会了擀皮了。

我看着外婆正熟练地包着粉果，我也想学一学。我拿起一块皮儿就学起外婆的样子去包。可包了几只，不是形状不好看就是皮破了馅儿掉得满地都是。我有点不耐烦了，外婆看见了过来手把手地教我包，只见外婆熟练地先把馅儿放在粉果皮上，然后对折，再用手指轻轻地一推一捏。

不一会儿，一个漂亮的粉果就做成了。我在外婆的指导下慢慢地一推一捏，果然，做出来的粉果也似个样儿了。吃着香喷喷的粉果，我心里别提有多高兴，因为这个五一节过得非常有意义。我不光学会了做粉果，还懂得：要想做好一件事情就不要心急，要有耐性。

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

实习日志二

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

实习日志三

今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢？唉下午要去请教高人了。

实习日志六

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

Tomorrow is New Year’s Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious

food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program. How happy we were!

明天是春节,我家里以近在两天前做了彻底的大扫除.然后我和爸爸一起装饰家里,妈妈则在烧好吃的东西.晚饭以后,我们一起看电视节目,我们多高兴呀!

五一劳动节是人民劳动的大日子，我也劳动哦!我干了一件事——帮妈妈在店里拖地。

事情是这样的：那一天，我忽然想起来，今天可是五一劳动节呀!我应该干点什么好呢?我想了又想，想了又想，我忽然大叫了一声，说：“哦，我可以去拖地呀!”于是，我就去和老妈说：“老妈，可不可以让我拖地呀?”老妈答应了，我也开始拖地了!

我首先拿起扫把，去拖试衣间，我看见试衣间很脏很脏，已经灰尘满天了。我看了这景色，立刻用力地拖了起来。我拖呀拖，我感觉到我的手或拖把像是会魔法一样，一碰，一拖，灰尘立刻“变”没了。实际上我知道，这不是变魔法。只不过是灰尘已散开了或已经沾到拖把上了。

然后是第二个试衣间。这里灰尘比较少，我就轻轻地扫了一下。可是，灰尘们也一样被拖把像“变魔法”一样给“变”走了。

接着是桌子附近，那儿灰尘并不多，可有两样垃圾最多，一样是线头，另一样是纸屑。结果，我把垃圾铲拿了过来，一边拖，另一边呢?当然是扫地了!

最后是中间了!我看了一眼，这个可不好分了，因为有些地方干净，有些地方肮脏，这我不管三七二十一，照样四处乱拖，没过一会儿，我便把整个店一处不剩地拖光了。我放好了拖把，在店门中一看，“哇!好干净啊!不愧是我拖的!”

我就是这样快快乐乐地过了五一节!

今天是“五一”节，许多地方都搞了各种各样的活动，比如花花大世界的魔幻休闲旅游节，民歌湖的坐船观景等。可我哪儿也没去，在家和老妈下棋。

平时老妈要工作，我要上学，就算周六周日，她还要干很多活。现在是“五一”正好我们都在家，趁此机会来过两招。

开战啦!首先老妈先出棋，她还是老套，打“中兵”。我肯定不会放过，不管三七二十一，上“马”迎战。看到我识破了她的计谋，改变了目标。我知道敌方“吃掉”左侧“兵”一定会咬右侧“兵”的，所以我出“兵”。果不其然，她把我的左侧“兵”灭了。她出“炮”我也要搬“炮”出来。当对方有所察觉，上“象”之后，如果我杀对方的“兵”，就失了一个“炮”，而她只丢了一个“小兵”，真好比捡了芝麻丢了西瓜——划不来，要赶紧改变方案。我把另一个“炮”安在对方的“象”身边，这样自己平安无事，还能品尝到美味可口的“马肉”呢，何乐而不为?不好，被敌方发现了，对方的“车”已经开到“马”旁边了。郁闷啊!接着，我和妈妈开始交战了，我俩“打”得你死我活，双方丝毫不让一步。看，这哪是在下棋啊!分明就是在打仗……最后，我取得了胜利，哦耶!

虽然今年“五一”节没有什么“特别节目”，但我心里非常开心、快乐!

The delicious lunch

Today,when I went home after school at noon,the moment I opened the door,a

good smell drifted out.Then I saw my mother was cooking in the kitchen.Wow!That

were all my favorite food:lobsters,chiken wings,sweet and sour pork

ribs,kung-pao chiken and steamed fish.My mother said:“your uncle,aunt and your

little cousin will come to visit us soon.”No wonder my mother cooked so many

delicious.After we ate lunch,I felt very fulled,because the lunch was actually

tasted delicious,I hadnt eaten such tasty dishes for a long time.Then I played

with my little cousin,he is two years old,and he is chbby and very cute.
