3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

在我的脑海里，迷迷糊糊地还能记起一些小时候的事情。20xx年1月8日，是我记忆中最清晰一天，永远都不可抹去。那仿佛是一个恶梦，深深地印在了我的脑海里。

那一年冬天，我得知了爷爷去世的消息。

虽然，医生们竭尽全力，但爷爷还是离我们而去了。当时才6岁的我，怎么能禁受得住这么大的打击呢?我当时并不相信，爱我的爷爷去世了。我只是很愚昧的觉得，爷爷只是安详睡去了，就是不接受眼前的事实。不知何时，泪水模糊了我的双眼，脑海中浮现出与爷爷在一起的一幕幕、一天天“爷爷教我拿笔;爷爷用他温暖的大手握着我的小手，手把手教我写字……”望着爷爷的尸体，我不禁想着。如果爷爷还在人世该多好呀!我再也不是悄悄地流泪，而是嚎啕大哭起来。我已经不管家人怎么劝我、安慰我了，此时此刻，我的心里只有悲伤。

望着爷爷的尸体被人抬走，心里有种说不出来的滋味。爷爷生前那么爱我，不管我说什么，哪怕是去摘天上的星星，爷爷也会尽量地满足我。现在，爷爷去世了，我唯一可以为爷爷做的便是守着他。在这一夜中，我都没有一点疲倦，即使有，也不会睡去的!

也许，那时我还小。在爷爷去世的前一天，我还玩的非常开心。晚上，在爷爷生命垂危的时候。奶奶喊小明姨妈带我回家睡觉，我竟跟着小明姨妈走了。回到家里，我很快就进入梦乡了。我睡得很沉很沉!现在想起来，是多么地可惜。

I have a wide range of interests and enjoy doing many things during my free

time.

I am fond of reading. I often read after class. My classmates like watching

TV while I prefer to read. I read various kinds of books and newspapers that

they afford me stories and news. The book I like most isThe House on the Mango

Street. I am also a music lover. Pop music is my favorite. I often listen to the

music programs on radio and I also have an MP3 downloading all my favorite

songs. In addition, swimming and badminton are my favorites, too. They help me

build a healthy body.

In short, I enjoy my life in school very much. Reading books, listening to

music and doing sports are very helpful to my health and my studies.

Seeing mywhole education history, I have many teachers. But my favorite teacher is onlyone. He is Mr Lu. He is my middle Chinese teacher and head teacher. He is aboutfifty years old. Maybe he works too hard, so his back is a little bent.

He alwayswears a black glasses. He looks amiable but serious in study.

He always thinks us before everything. His class isvery interesting and full of different kinds of encouraging stories. He is verystrict to us in study. But whoever has difficulties, he would help us withouthesitation.

Sometimes he plays the role of a strict teacher, sometimes he takesthe place of a kind father.

纵观我整个受教育史，我有过很多老师。但我最喜欢的老师只有一个。他是陆老师。

他是我的初中语文老师兼班主任。他大约五十岁。也许是因为工作辛苦，所以他的背有点弯了。

他总是戴一副黑色的眼镜。他看上去很和蔼可亲，对学习却是很严格的。他总是把我们放在第一位。

他的课是非常有趣的，也经常讲各种不同励志故事。他对我们学习很严格。但无论谁有困难，他都会毫不犹豫地帮助我们。有时他是一个严格的老师，有时候他是一个慈祥的父亲。
