Nowadays, there are more and more students becoming short-sighted. Some students get short-sightedness when they are little. There are fifteen students wearing glasses in my class. Being short-sighted is common among students, even in primary school. That is too serious. Therefore, we should protect our eyes carefully. When we are reading and writing, we should keep a standard posture. Besides, we should not watch TV or play computer for too long. They are bad for our eyes. And, we should do eyes exercises regularly. A good rest is also important to our eyes. In all, eyes are the windows of our mind. We should keep it healthy.

我是河流，是地球的血液，是地球的根本，也是人类的根本，你可知道，我在地球上也快“灭绝”了。

人类，你们知道吗?我已经生病了，而且病得不轻啊!好多地方的我又黑又浊，臭味满天飞，而且变了颜色。原来透明的河水，如今像一条被染坏的布一样，五颜六色的，让人看了都触目惊心!生病的我，血液中含有大量的有害病菌，像重金属、病原微生物、放射性物质等，都会对你们人类造成很大的危害。原本生活中在我怀里的小鱼小虾因喝了这些有毒的水都相继死去，有些人类也因为喝了不干净的水而身患重病，有的也和小鱼小虾一样惨遭相同的命运。

当你们人类纷纷把矛头指向我的时候，我真是欲哭无泪，欲辩无嘴呀!你可知道，真正的罪魁祸首是谁?是你们，是你们这些忘恩负义的人类，我用我的乳汁哺育了你们，你们却不断地伤害我，造成我生病。你们在我身上乱扔垃圾，乱排污水;你们在水库区域边滥砍滥伐树木导致水土流失，污染河流;最可气的是你们又排一些有毒有害的工业废水到我的体内。在偏远山区，我体内好不容易通过层层障碍没被污染的血液又被你们人类的渔业、养鸭等养殖业充分“利用”。这样一来，你们说，我能不生病吗?

如果现在，你们人类意识到了错误，就赶快停止你们的破坏行为吧!携手起来，一起拯救我吧!不要因为自己一个人的力量不够，帮不上忙来推卸责任。保护地球人人有责，而且刻不容缓，其实只要你来保护我一点，他也来保护我一点，就可以起到保护我的作用了，因为俗话说“众人拾柴火焰高”;“人心齐，泰山移”嘛!

救救我吧，人类!请你们伸出援助之手，要知道我与你们的生活息息相关，如果我“灭绝”了，你们也别想生存。

水对大家来说是很很重要的，可是如今临立的工厂和频频的垃圾，破坏着水的环境。星期六的下午，爸爸带着我去看柯桥最有名的几个湖，看看那儿的水质情况。

首先我们来到北岸公园，观察瓜渚湖的水质情况。那里的水有点脏，水上漂浮着细小微生物，远远望去，微生物正在慢慢地飘荡，水草扩散到瓜渚湖的每个角落，时尔还能看见死烂的鱼儿。这可是我们的母亲河啊！

看完了瓜渚湖我们又去了大。小板湖，那里我看见了有人在垂钓，心想这里的水质应该不错吧！可是走近一看，河面上漂浮着一条死狗，还散发出阵阵恶臭味。远眺板湖，湖水不是很清澈，对岸的建筑垃圾堆如小山。只有湖面上的几只鸭子在嬉水，也只有它们对水质的要求不高。前面正在建造中的高楼大厦。试想，如果建成后又有更多的居民搬进去，那对板湖将是更大的考验。无数的垃圾和生活污水会不断地流入湖中。可喜的是我们在大楼的对面看到了治理板湖的项目正在建造中，希望他能还给板湖一个更好的明天。

最后一站，是我爷爷奶奶的家————安昌古镇。古镇的水系很发达，但古镇的水质让人担忧。河面上有几条乌篷船在清理河道上漂浮的垃圾，但河水以成绿色，听古镇的老伯伯讲：“以前这水清澈见底，鱼虾成堆，而现在印染厂的污水排放和不讲卫生的乱丢垃圾，这水就成这样了。”我低头仔细一看，啊，那水不仅浑浊而且很臭。爸爸说：“如果长年居住在这种环境下就会得很多病。”

想想去年到过的千岛湖，那清澈而带有甘味的湖水让我难以忘怀，看看我的家乡，到处是浑浊而带有臭味的水质，使我感到责任重大，保护水环境从我做起，大家一起努力，还大地一个清洁的环境。让水变得灵气十足！

水是地球给予人类世界上一切生物的灵魂,没有水就没有生物,虽然人人都知道水是生命之源,但是这些年来,人类不但不保护水资源,还大量地破坏水资源。例如,居民把垃圾废物、医院把带有病毒的脏水、农药厂造纸厂等把污水排到了水的体内。水被污染的混浊不堪,散发着臭气,甚至河里的鱼虾等都难以生存。更可恨的是人们过度地乱砍滥伐,随意地破坏地球的保护神--森林,造成了严重的水土流失,使环境恶化。

比如说,我妈妈小时候住的小屋旁有一条清澈的河流,在阳光的照耀下,波光粼粼,在河岸上可以清晰地看到水底游来游去的鱼虾,可是,当我们现在来到这条河边时,它再也不是以前的那么清澈见底,已经变成了一条污水沟,这里水质发黑、浑浊,垃圾满河飘,臭气熏天,死鱼无处不在,和以前的那一条美丽的河流相比真是有天攘之别。像这样的流淌不息的河流都已经被污染成这样了,何况杂草丛生、死水一潭的小河流呢,更是污染严重,水资源根本无法食用。

水创造了文明,滋润了万物。我们要如何去保护水资源呢?

我们要从身边的小事做起,从现在起要学会珍惜和合理利用每一滴水。 可以循环利用的水决不浪费,生活中很多的水是可以再利用的,比如洗脸,洗衣服的水,完全可以用来洗厕所。如果在家庭用水中改掉不良习惯,约可以节省70%的水。节水不仅仅是在家庭生活中,大家还应该关心周围环境中有无漏水情况,如发现问题,及时向有关部门报告;同时在城市生活中,相关部门的工作人员可以想办法提高污水的回用率,达标后用于冲厕、城市景观喷水、绿地浇灌、工厂冷却水、洗车等。当然还要多植树造林,防止水土流失。淡化海水,扩大淡水来源。那么,我们听到的将是欢声笑语,看到的将会是人间真情。

让全社会都来了解水、关心水、珍惜水、节约水和保护水,让我们共同远离污染,珍惜水资源,保护好我们美丽的家园吧!
