水资源是人类生存和发展的重要物质基础，它不仅制约着人类的发展，更主宰着人类的生存质量。今年山东的可用水量还不到去年的一半，博山南部山区已经出现了用水困难，部分乡村的机井已经干枯。今年的大旱可能才刚刚开始，在厄尔尼诺现象影响下，可能夏秋冬连旱。虽然市区用水是优先保证的，但我们不要浪费这优先供给我们的水。因此，博山区中医院向全体职工发出节约用水、保护环境倡议书。

1、保护医院环境卫生、整洁、“动物归原”，不乱丢垃圾，卫生及生活垃圾要分类管理。

2、门诊及办公室卫生要天天打扫，做到窗明几净，保持通风改善室内空气质量。

3、积极推广“无纸办公”、“无纸通信”，节约打印、复印用纸，提倡双面使用打印纸。树立资源循环利用的意识，争取做到“一物多用”。

4、公务长途用车时，提前告知派车人员，以便集中派车，减少用车次数;驾驶员应努力钻研节油技巧，为节能减排出力。

5、养成长时间离开办公室、寝室及其他公共场所时随手关灯、关空调、关电脑的良好习惯。

6、会议室、办公室做到冬天空调温度不高于20度、夏天空调温度不低于26度。天气晴朗、光线充足时，办公室、会议室尽可能采用自然光。

7、逛街时带上购物袋，少用塑料袋，减少一次性用品(如纸巾、纸杯、筷子、方便碗等)的使用。养成健康科学的饮食习惯，树立节俭文明的生活消费理念，节约粮食、反对浪费，提倡适度消费，不超前消费。

8、分类保存和回收处理废纸、饮料瓶、电池等废弃物，促进生活节能减排。

9、倡导文明的低碳生活方式，自觉养成健康、文明、节约、环保的良好习惯，发现身边有浪费等不良行为要主动制止、及时规劝，发现因设备损坏造成的浪费现象要及时通知有关部门并督促整改。

10、开展节水行动，随时关闭水龙头，做到人离水断。

从现在做起，从自己做起，从节约每一滴水、每一度电、每一张纸、每一粒米的点滴小事做起。
