Save the Wild Animals

Many wild animals are facing the danger of extinction, because the environment that they are living in has changed greatly. For example, with the developmet of cities, the using of insecticide and serious pollution, their living areas have become narrowcr and narrower. Many of the wild animals, now are confronted with food crisis. At the same time, man is killing off species just for getting their fur, skin, horns, teeth and meat.

In order to protect our resources of ecology, people should realize that the loss of any species is at least the loss of source of knowledge and a source of natural beauty. 东江源头的保护状况对于整个东江流域有着独一无二的环境和社会意义，达能中国饮料2015年初携手寻乌县政府、世界自然保护联盟(IUCN)共同启动了“魅力寻乌”水生态保护项目，通过重点推进寻乌东江源生态系统的保护和恢复、促进农村社区可持续发展以及推动公众环境教育，实现源头区域生态保护和社会发展的共同进步。

《小楼重生记》记录的是“魅力寻乌”项目中，一群来自华南理工大学建筑系的学生利用自己的所学所长投身公益——对东江源村的一栋客家老宅进行精心改造，将其打造为“魅力寻乌”项目的环境教育基地。

小楼为当地的水生态保护提供了宣教场所，同时也为当地村民和学生提供了公共活动空间。

《在水一方有伊人》的主人公张艳是IUCN龙门项目负责人，近两年来一直在这个位于广东省惠州市的小县从事小流域保护工作。广东省惠州市龙门县，是达能益力矿泉水的优质水源地。从2008年开始，达能对龙门水源地展开多年水源、土壤和环境研究，建立起三级水源保护区及缓冲区，对水源地进行着全方位保护。

2014年，达能携手世界自然保护联盟等发起“生态龙门，活力东江——嘉泉水源地可持续保护”项目，推动社区体系建设、生态恢复和替代生计，通过可持续的方法，达到促进当地社区经济、恢复生态与保护天然水源的和谐发展。
