There are two main views in debate, which of them is that children should

汤老师教作文真有一手，让我们感受到写作文的乐趣。有一次汤老师让我们带泡泡水来，我们不知道老师葫芦里卖的什么药。上作文课的时候，汤老师让我们带泡泡水到操场上集合。我好奇地想：老师会怎么上这节课呢?我们来了到操场，汤老师一脸严肃地对我们说：“大家一边吹泡泡，一遍观察泡泡的形状、特点、颜色等，不要只顾着玩！”同学们一边吹泡泡，一边构思，大家都很喜欢汤老师这种教学方法：在不知不觉中，通过自己的实践去观察去发现事物的特点，然后构思自己的作文。回到教室后老师先让我们说一说作文的大致内容，并帮我们指出问题，然后让我们自己写。我第一次真正懂得了下笔如有神的意思。

汤老师平时还喜欢和我们开玩笑。有一次，李文涛的一本大字典掉到了地上，刚好砸到汤老师的脚，他夸张地叫起来：“啊！痛死我了！”李文涛吓得赶紧把汤老师扶到椅子上，连声说：“没事吧？没事吧？”李文涛用手不停地揉揉汤老师的脚。汤老师还装出一副痛苦的样子，说：“怎么可能没事！哎呦，我的脚！”李文涛听了，连忙把头低下，差一点就哭了。汤老师见此情景笑了起来，我们也跟着哈哈大笑。李文涛这才明白这是汤老师的玩笑，也跟着笑了起来。

汤老师老师是我们的良师益友。他不仅教给了我们知识，也带给了我们快乐。这样的老师我终生难忘！

您好!

您知道吗?每当我走过语音室时，总会透过明净的玻璃窗去看看里面的设备，语音室里的一切对于我来说都是那么新奇，那么吸引人。跟着您，在高科技设备装配的语音室里学英语，是我当时最大的愿望。可是，自语音室建好以来，您从未带同学们进去参观过，更没带同学们进去上过一节课，这使得我的愿望变得那样渺茫。

王老师，记得您每次在我们教室里上课时，起码有三分之一的同学在小声说笑，因此，教室里总是乱哄哄的，可您却很少制止。王老师，维持课堂秩序是您的职责呀，您为什么不去制止他们?还有，您每次提问学生时，一旦同学回答不上来，您总会露出一副不耐烦的神情，为此，许多同学感到很伤心，好多同学也不喜欢上您的课。

王老师，学校培育了我五年，我希望学校越办越好，希望老师能教得开心，我们也能学得开心。因此，我诚心诚意地给您提几条建议，希望您能采纳。

一、每周带同学们到语音室上一次英语课。

二、您不要不管那些上课小声说笑的同学。作为一名教师，您有责任对他们进行批评和教育。

三、今后，请您对那些回答不上问题的同学多一些宽容和理解，并耐心地讲解，这些同学会非常感激您的，他们也会越来越喜欢您的。
