世界上有七大奇迹，秦兵马俑的发现，完全可以算得上是第八大奇迹！不看金字塔不算到过埃及，而不看秦兵马俑就不算到过中国。我和妈妈就到了举世闻名的秦兵马俑博物馆参观来了。

来到博物馆中心的陈列馆里，馆内一个菱形标志吸引了我。我定睛一看，原来是“世界文化遗产”的代表性标志。蓝色的外圆中心包裹着菱形的图案，很有特色。

馆里很明亮。前方是一个阶梯，走上去，可以看见壮观且巨大无比的两个提线木偶。一个是面容平和的秦俑，他的手牢牢地牵着一个小女孩。它们可曾经在北京奥运会开幕式上“走过秀”哪！不知你们发现了没有？

钻进一个昏暗的小厅里，阴暗的光线使得周围的景物更加生动。眼前四匹骏马正拉着一辆车。玻璃柜台柔和的白色光线洒在马儿身上，形成淡淡的光晕，让它们显得更加真切。那四匹马白色的身子，几块显眼的黑色斑纹点缀在四只强而有力的长腿上，可以想象它们驰骋起来会有多么英姿飒爽啊！可是为什么非要四匹马呢？原来争强好胜的秦始皇认为，“四”与“君子一言，驷马难追”的“驷”谐音，可以说明自己是个守承诺、讲信用的正人君子。

向前走，好多的玻璃柜台中陈列着各式各样的文物。其中有两只箭很是显眼，上面青漆斑驳，残旧不堪，年代又颇为久远，就更是显得陈旧。导游说，这箭一支头儿尖，一支头儿平，一支用来演习，一支用来讨伐征战。可想而知，当时的秦始皇野心雄厚，想据天下为己有。

出了小厅，出了陈列馆，我们来到一号挖掘坑。刚进门，我就被它的宏伟气场震慑了。它一望无际，每个小坑里都笔直地站满了秦俑，挨挨挤挤。头戴冠冕的，脸布胡须的，眼神凌厉的……个个神态不一，各有其表且栩栩如生，难以想象古人是如何做到这样的精雕细画的。它们的发髻全都向右，这是大秦的一种习惯。远处一望，好像来到一片海域，雄壮得令人惊诧不已。一号坑还有尚未挖掘完毕的地方。横木横穿，秦砖堆积。有几个人头戴头灯，正用刀仔细地修缮文物。坑土里还散落着已经出土的秦俑，还有的只探出了脑袋……

这场面煞是壮观，我都舍不得出去了。

来到二号坑，尚未出土的兵俑和马俑居多，面积也不如一号坑大。它的坑土上下起伏，呈波浪形，如浪潮一般跌宕起伏，还是墨绿色的。这号坑在1967年6月份发现，总面积520平方米。此坑曾经遭到严重破坏，挖掘出来的全是残破不堪的。

三号坑和二号坑有些相似，不过大部分已经出土了。那些秦俑站的笔直，手持刀剑枪棒，面容严肃。

接着我们来到一个展示秦兵马俑的大厅里。迎面是单膝跪地的中级军吏俑。它头戴长冠，外披铠甲，脚穿方口齐头履。面部严肃而认真，双唇紧抿，很是威严。再向右看，是一个双眼微眯的高级军吏俑，俗称“将军俑”，目前只出土了7件而已，是秦俑坑中级别最高的陶俑。再看身边，一个双手持拳，半蹲马步的年轻秦俑作持弩待发状，名为“立射俑”。它的姿态是步兵一类的生动写照。而所有的秦俑雕刻都甚为精细，竟然连鞋底的花纹都细心雕刻出来了！

可是，为什么会有这么多的秦俑呢？据说秦始皇生来残暴，是个昏君。因此死去之后也希望不受人侵略，便命人大量制作了兵马作为陪葬，好保护他。

但是，抽调来的工匠谁也没做过陶人陶马，只会烧砖瓦。他们试烧多次都烧坏了，有一百多名工匠被砍了头。就在这批被杀的工匠中，有个老工匠想出个法儿，他在临死前告诉他的儿子，要他单窑分段烧制。儿子含泪埋了父亲，按照父亲生前嘱咐，单窑单俑分段烧，烧成后再组合。经过几次试烧，终于烧成了。

这个方法试验成功后，工匠们齐心协力，经过日以继夜的苦干，几千件陶人、陶马终于按期如数烧制好了，并按照李斯的要求，把陶俑排成整齐的队形。

秦始皇驾崩，秦二世胡亥继承了帝位。他怕修建工匠泄露墓中秘密，便暗地把秦始皇灵柩运入墓中，然后下令叫所有参加修。建陵墓的人，一齐到墓中看戏，并领赏赐。可怜那些流血流汗、为修建秦始皇陵墓卖过大力的工匠、民夫和刑徒，全上了秦二世的当。他们刚刚走进陵墓，便被封闭在墓中，成了殉葬品。传说只有一个人逃了出来，这人就是第一个制成陶俑的青年小伙子。原来，秦始皇陵墓里的水道是他修砌的。他见事情不妙，便钻进水道，等到天黑才逃了出来。后来他流浪关中，给人们烧制瓦盆、瓦罐和瓦瓮为生。

8月6日，我和妈妈、外婆参观了位于陕西省西安市临潼区的兵马俑博物馆。

兵马俑是秦始皇的陪葬品，分为高级铠甲军吏俑、中级铠甲军吏俑、下级铠甲军吏俑、立射俑、绿面跪射俑、“朝”字跪射俑和铠甲武士俑。每个兵马俑身高1.7米——1.9米，体重约200千克。兵马俑博物馆有三座大型兵马俑陪葬坑，它西距秦始皇帝陵1.5公里，是最早发现的秦始皇帝陵的陪葬坑。

根据发现的先后顺序，三座俑坑分别编为1号、2号、3号兵马俑坑。三座俑坑共占地20000平米，坑内埋藏了和真人、真马大小相近的陶俑、陶马约8000件，其磅礴的气势、精美的雕塑艺术撼动人心，被誉为“世界第八大奇迹”和“二十世纪考古史上的伟大发现”之一。

As a lyric goes:“ You’ll be old if you don’t pursue something you like insanely.” I didn’t pay much heed on it the first time I saw this lyric. But you’ll never realize the profound meaning until you put it into practice.

Not long ago, I did a crazy , at least as far as I can see, thing. Well, you can guess it. I went to see a vocal concert of my favorite super star---Yan Yalun, who comes from Taiwan province. Although it happened two months ago, the stirring scene still excited me a lot every time I recollected it.

On January 9, 2013, Yalun held a concert at the centre of Kaide Square in Wuhan. I arrived there alone at about 11:20am. Cause the concert would begin at 5:00pm, I had to wait for nearly six hours. But it seemed that every fan who had arrived there gave a cold shoulder to the waiting time, the half of the square had already been occupied by Yalun’s fans. They were taking pictures of the advertisements about Yalun’s concert, buying album and making new friends with each other. About one century passed by, it was the wonder time next. With the thunderous applause breaking out, Yan Yalun presented at the stage. I burst into tears instantly I saw him. Then it was the official procession. He described what the new album tried to tell us and answered some questions asked by the host. Later, it was the key link and also the point why I eagered to come here so much---Yan Yalun’s autograph on my new album. It meant that I could shake hands with him, I had never imagined it. It was my turn to get the autograph. He firstly received my letter written to him by me and shaked my hands. Then, you could never guess it, he touched my head softly! 到了兵马俑，我们先去参观了一号坑。一号坑前三排都是战袍佣，也是先锋部队;两边各有面向外的兵士防止从侧面进攻;后面也有三排兵，其中有一排兵士面向外，以防止从后面进攻;中间是步兵主体，里面有38路纵队，是由夯土隔开的，还有木战车镶嵌其中。接下来我们参观了二号坑，二号坑是精英部队，是由步兵、车兵、弩兵、骑兵等多种兵合起来的另一个地下军阵。这里的佣保存完好。第一是气宇不凡的将军，他身上的甲片小的像鱼鳞，肚子突起，“将军肚”的名词由此得来;第二是跪射佣，“他”的头发整整齐齐、一丝不乱，“他”鞋底的针脚也刻得清清楚楚，身上的甲片比将军佣的甲片大一些。第三是兵车佣，“他”头顶小圆帽，手里拉着栓马的绳子，挺胸抬头，一副自信的样子。在马的嘴里有六颗牙齿，说明这匹马属于健壮的青年时代。接着我们又参观了三号坑。三号坑面积最小，佣没有其他两个坑的多，却是最重要的地方，它是1、2号坑的指挥部，坑的两边分布有南厢房、北厢房，中间是指挥车。这三个深5米的大坑组成了一个巨大的地下军阵。当你检阅这气势雄伟的兵马俑时，你会觉得他们还活着，让你感到“他”的盔甲之寒、肌肤之温，一双双眼睛好像还在眨动，制作家的高超水平便可想而知。

The Pilgrims who sailed to this country aboard the Mayflower were originally members of the English Separatist Church (a Puritan sect). They had earlier fled their home in England and sailed to Holland (The Netherlands) to escape religious persecution. There, they enjoyed more religious tolerance, but they eventually became disenchantedwith the Dutch way of life, thinking it ungodly. Seeking a better life, the Separatists negotiated with a London stock company to finance a pilgrimage to America. Most of those making the trip aboard the Mayflower were non-Separatists, but were hired to protect the companys

interests. Only about one-third of the original colonists were Separatists.

The Pilgrims set ground at Plymouth Rock on December 11, 1620. Their first winter was devastating. At the beginning of the following fall, they had lost 46 of the original 102 who sailed on the Mayflower. But the harvest of 1621 was a bountiful one. And the remaining colonists decided to celebrate with a feast -- including 91 Indians who

had helped the Pilgrims survive their first year. It is believed that the Pilgrims would not have made it through the year without the help of the natives. The feast was more of a traditional English harvest festival than a true "thanksgiving" observance. It lasted three days.

Governor William Bradford sent "four men fowling" after wild ducks and geese. It is not certain that wild turkey was part of their feast. However, it is certain that they had venison. The term "turkey" was used by the Pilgrims to mean any sort of wild fowl.

crop. There was also no milk, cider, potatoes, or butter. There was no

domestic cattle for dairy products, and the newly-discovered potatowas still considered by many Europeans to be poisonous. But the feast did include fish, berries, watercress, lobster, dried fruit, clams, venison, and plums.

It wasnt until June of 1676 that another Day of Thanksgiving was proclaimed.
