假如我是叽哩咕噜的英语教师，我还是会辞职。学生学习困难，本来就已经被语文和数学压得喘不过来了，现在又加上一门英语。学生都抱怨作业太多，单词难背，学习太累。一些不懂得知识的家长还找上门来，说什么中国人说中国话，不要学英语。有的还拿减负为由，不学英语。可是不学好英语怎能与时俱进，怎能跟上中国加入WTO的步伐。又有多少人理解我们这些生活在“水深火热”中的英语教师呢？所以我会辞职。

而来自家庭的压力和社会的谣言也是我辞职的重要原因之一。为了成绩不得不应试的我，遭到社会谣言的数落，把造成学生只会应试，素质不高这种现象的责任全推给教师，而我为了让素质教育能和应试一样得高分，一天工作的时间会远远超过规定的工作时间，而且“加量不加价”。花在学生身上的时间多，花在自己家庭的时间就少。就得不到家庭的支持，而且得不到社会的支持，日子难过可想而知，所以我会辞职。

面对种种困难，假如我是教师，我会辞职。

如今教师难当，请大家多给教师一点关照，到时，假如你是教师，你一定不会辞职。

新学期开始了，我们班换了个新的英语老师——曹老师。

我第一眼看到她就觉得她比以前的英语老师年轻漂亮得多。她的眉毛又细又长，眼睛又大又亮，非常有神。她的头发非常奇怪，前面留了刘海，靠耳朵的头发修剪得尖尖的，后面的头发有尖也有平，这种发型我还真没见过！不过我最关心的不是她的样子，而是她教得好不好。

等到开学的第一天，我终于能听到曹老师讲课了。我觉得她的普通话讲得不是很标准，不过她每一个英语词句的发音读得一清二楚，每个英语词句的意思解释得明明白白。

曹老师要是在上课时发现有同学违反了纪律或是习惯不好的现象，她就会讲道理，从来不打人，这一点她做得很好。

现在曹老师己成为我心目中语、数、英三科老师中最好的一个了，我希望能变得更好。曹老师真是个既漂亮又能干的好老师，不得看得舒服，学得也愉快。不过我只担心好老师会走哦。

我们的英语庞老师是一位五十多岁的中年人，虽然已经有些许白发，但还是充满活力。她憨厚善良，她淑质英才、温柔敦厚，还有她那无比敬业的精神值得我们去赞扬。

我的英语老师中等个子，不胖也不瘦，她长着一双明亮的大眼睛，好像会说话似的。当你做了不应该做的事时，她就会用责备的眼神盯你好一会，知道你低下头来承认错误为止；当你做了令她高兴的好事时，她便用含笑的眼睛足足看你两分钟，好像是在欣赏一件什么宝贝似的。

她对我们的学习，要求很严厉：课文要背熟，句子要会写，单词要记牢。有一次，有位同学单词不过关，老师让他练会，可是他直到放学也没练。于是放学后老师就陪着他练，知道练会为止。就这样不是我们班的每一个同学成绩落后。

一次，英语老师布置了一个非常非常多的作业：M1—M10的单词一词8个，放学前必交！而当时已是第六节课！同学们赶紧奋笔疾书，写啊——为了节省时间，同学们看了一眼单词后，默记下来，然后快速地写八遍。终于，大家都交上了作业。这时大家发现：默写的单词都记下来了！原来这是老师让我们背住单词的方法！

可有时，他还会闹出一些小笑话。有一次，老师给我们讲练习册，本来是要讲第一单元和第二单元的，可是她刚讲完第一单元就把练习册给收了。同学们七嘴八舌地说：“老师，第二单元还没讲呢！”“对呀！”“对呀！”老师这才恍然大悟：“快！快把练习册传下去！”我们都笑个不停。

Thirdly, perhaps you’re alsolooking for a student which can entertain the

class and makeEnglish classes more interesting (a class clown). Then I

recommendLeo, he jokes all day long, has a great sense of humor and

crazyimagination. But he isn’t a classic good student, so perhapssometimes

you’ll get a bit annoyed.
