对我初中生涯影响很大的老师就是阎丽老师，她的姓很恐怖，她总是自称自己是阎罗王，要管住我们这群小鬼。

她是个很美的老师，有一种古典美女的气质。记得我刚进安外的时候，第一次离开家去外面读书，刚开学军训的时候，阎老师总是对我慈爱的微笑，她总是担心我们这群孩子军训累了，热了，时常跟着我们军训的列队，教官下命令休息时，我一个孤零零地坐在草地上，阎老师和教官聊天，然后我听到他们的交谈，阎老师对教官说我很像她之前认识的一个孩子，然后就朝我笑笑，当时心里说不出的暖，也许阎老师不曾记得，但我至今难忘。

因为我的小学不学英语，所以我的英语底子不好，进入安外有点跟不上，阎老师就放弃中午休息的时间给我补习，从最基础的教起，不耐烦的一遍又一遍，我清晰的记得当时办公室里就是我和阎老师，她就坐在我身边教我，当我一个知识点了解的时候，她就满足的笑笑，然后摸摸我的脑袋，那种近似母爱的感情让我至今心里充满温暖。

当然，阎老师凶的时候还真的很可怕（阎老师，得罪啦，呵呵）记得那时我和一个男生和另外两个一个女生负责早上扫楼梯，我和另外一个男生刘涛总是早早过来打扫，等到女生来的时候我们都已经打扫好了。我们心里很不平衡，所以，有一天早上我和刘涛都没扫，等女生扫，最后女生以为我们已经扫好了，也没有打扫。最后，阎老师发现楼梯很脏，就让我们值日生出去扫地，两个女生和刘涛都出去扫地了，就是我坐在座位上读书，因为我平时做的最多，心里很不平衡，所以有点火大就没去。阎老师最后知道我也是当天的值日生而没有出去一起扫地，就很气愤的直接在班里很多人面前发我的火，还把我叫到她办公室谈话，她很凶地问我为什么不和他们一起扫地，我心里很委屈，就说之前几乎都是我一个在扫地，两个女生几乎都没扫过，我的心里不平衡就没出去扫地。说话的时候，眼泪都是含着的，因为确实觉得很委屈。阎老师就对我说，老师一直很看重你，觉得你身上有一股正气，当她说到这里的时候，我哽咽的难受，心里更难受。然后又说“吃亏是福”我知道她对我的要求远远胜过其他人，我也不忍心让她失望，所以很努力地做人，很努力地做事。

以前的英语老师也给我们抄过新概念英语，每周一篇，必须背的。现在看着公众号的文章，能有印象的很少，都忘记了。忘记的还有以前老师的名字。

已经三年了，其实有些想念以前的英语老师。她对我们很好，我们也都喜欢她，每隔一周老师就会给我们放英文电影，看电影的同时还能学学口语和发音。

老师上课的时候也很认真，语法讲的也很详细，以前的英语笔记我现在也保存着，厚厚的一本，也可以算是我的宝典了吧，老师每讲一课单词，都会拓展，每周周三和周五是固定的考单词的日子，老师会叫两名同学在黑板上写，每桌写一次，如果座位上的同学抬头看了黑板就不用继续考了，就直接补考，老师的补考就是晚自习的时候在走廊里听写。

虽然她要求的严了一些，但是那段时间我的英语成绩确实很好，只要跟住老师，英语成绩就不会差，后来老师因为教的好，被别的学校挖走了。

不知道她现在怎么样，如果我看见她的话，一定会大声喊“英语老师！”

爱是什么？爱是伤心难过时的一句问候；爱是什么？爱是遇到挫折时为你加油的话语；爱是什么？爱是生病时那一双焦急的眼神里流露出的温暖与叮咛。

在我记忆的最深处，有一位和蔼可亲的老师。她面目清秀，一双炯炯有神的眼睛，总是为我们指引方向，就像大雾中的航船有了指南针和探测仪一样；一张“能说会道”的嘴巴，叮咛着莘莘学子，时而严肃认真的教导学生，时而温暖呵护我们的心灵。相信你已经猜到她是谁了吧？对，她就是我们那位可亲可敬的班主任。

记得有一次，刚吃过午饭，就觉得肚子左边疼得厉害，也不知道是怎么回事，我心想可能是胀气了，忍一忍就过去了。

可没想到疼得更厉害了，这时班主任到教室来了，看见我的表情不对劲，连忙问我怎么了。我一五一十的说了一遍，老师让我再课桌上趴一会儿，喝点开水，她则在一旁焦急的打着电话，可正好赶上妈妈不在家，又一连打了几个电话，仍然是无人响应。我想，现在正是午睡时间，先睡一觉忍忍也就过去了。

一觉醒来，虽然不疼了，但仍觉得四肢无力，头疼得厉害。下午的第四节课老师一下课就赶过来了，她担心地看着我，由于不想让老师担心，我硬装没事。可老师好像看出了我的心思。她拿了一瓶风油精在我的太阳穴和人中穴上抹了抹，揉了揉，一边揉一边说：“可能会有点辣，忍忍就好了。”这句话温暖着我，平时眼里严肃的班主任，原来是这么的关心学生，心瞬间被融化了。

在我的心里，有这样的一位老师，给予我温暖的怀抱和鼓励的眼神，让我明白了被爱的幸福。谢谢您，班主任！

在我们眼中他很慈祥，有的时候却又有点调皮。他慈祥的时候不论同学们怎样戏弄他他都只面带微笑，他不会在家长面前说学生的种种坏话。他总是带着一平滑的光头进教室，腋下夹着一本语文书心情好的时候面带笑容，心情不好时愁眉苦脸。同学们背地里都喜欢叫他“强哥”。他也有搞笑的时候，空闲时总是掏出手机给我们讲几篇笑话，即便有的同学不想听倒泼冷水他也只是一笑而过。他严肃起来的时候全班没人敢出声，一提问题大家都争先恐后的举起手。

我眼中的老师很可爱，但也有令人可恨得时候，我承认，我们都爱讲话，老师在上边开大会我们在下边开小会，在班级里好不容鬼找了个所谓的“知己”，就因为唠了几句话就快被活“生生给拆散了”

俗话说得好：“一日为师，终身为父。”而我们班的某位同学就借此机会想敲诈老师一笔，还没等诈成就被同学嘲笑道：感情学校这么多老师都是你父母，这么多学生都是你兄弟姐妹。我们都汗言了。

我的英语老师中等个子，不胖也不瘦，她长着一双明亮的大眼睛，好像会说话似的。当你做了不应该做的事时，她就会用责备的眼神盯你好一会，知道你低下头来承认错误为止；当你做了令她高兴的好 事时，她便用含笑的眼睛足足看你两分钟，好像是在欣赏一件什么宝贝似的。

她对我们的学习，要求很严厉：课文要背熟，句子要会写，单词要记牢。有一次，有位同学单词不过关，老师让他练会，可是他直到放学也没练。于是放学后老师就陪着他练，知道练会为止。就这样 不是我们班的每一个同学成绩落后。

一次，英语老师布置了一个非常非常多的作业：M1—M10的单词一词8个，放学前必交！而当时已是第六节课！同学们赶紧奋笔疾书，写啊——为了节省时间，同学们看了一眼单词后，默记下来，然后快 速地写八遍。终于，大家都交上了作业。这时大家发现：默写的单词都记下来了！原来这是老师让我们背住单词的方法！

可有时，他还会闹出一些小笑话。有一次，老师给我们讲练习册，本来是要讲第一单元和第二单元的，可是她刚讲完第一单元就把练习册给收了。同学们七嘴八舌地说：“老师，第二单元还没讲呢！ ”“对呀！”“对呀！”老师这才恍然大悟：“快！快把练习册传下去！”我们都笑个不停。

这就是我们的英语老师，有可亲又可敬。
